Check-in в 15-00 вместо указанных в бронировании 14-00. Парковка в отеле маленькая и все время занята, приходилось искать место для парковки на близлежащих улицах.

Редкий случай, когда отель на яву лучше, чем на фотографиях на сайте бронирования. Очень дружелюбный персонал, уютные номера с балконом, очень красивое и стильное ниццианское здание, довольно удобное расположение, потрясающей красоты внутренний дворик (который почему-то владельцы не отобразили на фотографиях - а зря), вкусные завтраки (если попросить - вам с удовольствие пожарят яичницу помимо шведского стола) - все супер. Остановился бы еще раз, всем рекомендую.

Situated near the beach, Hotel Metropole, Monte Carlo is in the heart of Monte Carlo, steps from Place du Casino and Casino de Monte Carlo. Also nearby are Grimaldi Forum and Monaco Harbour.
Hotel Features.
Hotel Metropole, Monte Carlo has a full-service spa, a health club, an outdoor pool, a spa tub, and a steam room. Complimentary wireless and wired high-speed Internet access is available in public areas. Business amenities at this 5-star property include a business center, small meeting rooms, and limo/town car service. Dining options at the hotel include 3 restaurants along with a poolside bar and a bar/lounge. Onsite parking is offered for a surcharge. The staff can arrange tour/ticket assistance, wedding services, event catering, and business services. Additional amenities at this Beaux Arts property include spa services, a fitness facility, and a sauna. The property has designated areas for smoking. A total renovation of this property was completed in May 2004.

"enchanting place"
Gorgeous place. Stunning, really. We got a mini suite with walk in closet that was old world classic elegance. Well worth the money. Hated the price for breakfast and drinks. Way expensive for the small stuff. Service was good, but not immaculate. "terrible customer care"
Despite arriving after checking time, we were kept waiting for ages for our room to be prepared. We were sent away twice and had to complein to get checked in. Everything was too much hard work for them. Considering the prices we paid, the service was not adequate. otherwise, a very nice comfortable hotel

Hotel is zeer goed gelegen in het centrum van Monte Carlo. Service personeel zeer goed.

雰囲気、客室、従業員の態度等さすがにモンテカルロでも一流のホテルと納得。地下にショッピングモールもあり大変便利。２泊して内一晩はホテル内の YOSHIという日本料理で夕食。これが期待以上の美味しさで嬉しい誤算でした。
