The Good: Phyllis provides you with a fairly clean little room with a great working a/c, fan, tv, fridge & a half kitchen. The fridge is stocked with... bacon and eggs for d-i-y breakfast, snacks and soda for the beach, & a bottle of rum. There are beach towels, plus the common area has snorkel equipment and lawn chairs. There's a rocky little beach about a 5-minute walk away, not good for swimming but great for a little sun or shell collecting. It's close to town where you can shop, eat, or grab a taxi for a nicer beach. The Bad: It's called the Hillcrest. This is a serious hill. Also, if you're planning on walking to it from the ferry, be sure you know where it is. Our iPhone map said it was up one hill; it was up a completely different hill. Catch a taxi if you have a lot of bags until you know the way. The Ugly: When we arrived and couldn't find it, we called the phone number and no one answered. When we finally got to the Hillcrest itself, we couldn't find the front desk. Called again, no answer. Called Expedia, they called, finally got through, and Phyllis came out. It's just her that works there, so if she doesn't hear the phone you get no one. I guess if you don't get an answer you should just stand at the gate and yell till she comes out. Also, the towels seemed clean but I dried off and had hair on me. I have cats, it looked like cat hair.
