The location of the hotel is ok if you're going to the ADNEC, there is nothing else in the immediate location. The rooms are spacious, but the TV channels are limited. Very convenient for the Convention Centre - it is directly connected, but not a lot else around. Décor was anonymous, the hotel could have been anywhere in the world. Don't get over-excited by the various zones and 'cool' social areas, they are just a bar, just a seating area. No real complaints, just a standard hotel.

at 1pm the lady at the reception give me the room key at the 10th floor and there was no view at all its just at the back of the hotel and no swimming pool view at all- I went down they said I asked for a splash room with a pool view they said this is splash room but -they give another room with a good view this time- I called the room service - within […] 10 minutes they bring the food and he asked me to sign the bill and there is funny something called food tray - I want later on to go down to buy some stuff before my trip I give the card to the concirage he said 50 dreams - he said you need to stamp the card so I have to go up again and stamp it at the reception when I go down the car was ready but so hot because they park it in the sun where there Is no protection of the sun- then at midnight - I sign my bill and checked out I stamp the car parking ticket so I don't have to go up again , went down and again at the concirage he said Iam busy sorry and give me the car keys telling me the car is in the 3rd row just take it and I will open the gate - the funny thing is what follows next day I received an email telling they are trying to refund extra money the take from my credit card so far it's maybe usual but receiving a call on 12:01 afternoon telling me what time I will do check out OMG I checked out already 12 hours ago and as if it's not enough they deducted twice the money they want to give me heart attack telling that Iam still in the room - what is this is it a joke Подробнее

I have to say that unfortunately my stay at the Aloft Hotel was not what I expected. I booked my reservation online and when I checked in late at night (1:30am), I was extremely surprised to find the staff were nowhere to be found at the entrance to the hotel, and when I entered my room the main door lock to my room was broken. After a long and tiring […] flight I wanted to take a shower and pamper myself, but to my dismay, the toiletries were almost non-existent. I am not one to complain, however with all the advertisements and the marketing campaign the Aloft Hotel makes, it doesn't deserve a good rating. Hotel was very nice and cozy and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was close to the Exhibition Centre and the Grand Mosque, but unfortunately kind of far from the city centre. However, we significantly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The room was way above our expectations!

Room service was a bit slow. I had to ask them to clean my room. The food is very expensive for what you get...I hate ketchup in plastic packets.....loved the bathroom, though......other hotels offered more in the personal services and food departments but this hotel will do in a pinch!

We had a good deal for our two nights stay at the Alof hotel, we were there for the tennis tournament last December 31,2011, only 10 minutes taxi drive about 6 durhams, they were fixing the streets, only noisy in the morning. I was attending a 6 days course in the same hotel, it's a business 4 stars hotel with some disadvantages: when i first entered the room it smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking floor!! the fridge was not working, the telephone was not working and they gave me a wrong password for the Wi-Fi !! when i went downstairs the receptionist didn't show any […] interest to apologize but she sent someone to fix everything! i was SHOCKED when i ordered the food in the room!! they serves the food in a disposable plastic containers inside a paper bag!!!! i asked for a soup they brought me instant soup with a cup of hot water for me to make!! if you go downstairs at the lobby the re-fuel "cafeteria" you have to help yourself by yourself! the other disadvantage is the location of the hotel though it's in the heart of ADNEC but no near place to visit or see.. It's definitely a business hotel . the advantages are: i didn't have a problem with the check-in or the check-out , the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was new and clean,there was a coffe/tea maker, for in room food order they will bring the food within 15 minutes, the food was tasty ,the lunch in the main dine restaurant was diverse and delicious . my overall experience wasn't so good, it's not the type of hotels i'm used to stay in. This hotel was good for a short between flight stopover because it is not far from the airport - make sure you get a "metered" taxi. There is nothing else other than construction sites around the hotel so dont expect to go for a walk anywhere. The breakfast was great though an extra cost and not cheap. Lovely swimming pool and good service.

A friendly check in at 1am was the start of a fantastic stay at the Aloft Abu Dhabi. Having only 22hrs in country it was a relief that the hotel is close the airport and a 15 min taxi ride away. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. WLAN und Parkhaus-Parkplätze sind kostenlos. Empfehlenswert ist ein Mietwagen, da das Hotel doch relativ weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt liegt (ca. 20 min Fahrzeit).
