плюс: местоположение, в этом же доме на первом этаже большой супермаркет минус: не самый приятный (такое ощущение что даже надменный и в чем то жлобский) персонал, отель типа бережет свет и выходя из номера в темный коридор вначале ищещь кнопку включить в коридоре свет, в номерах нет фена, холодильника, запрещают стирать личные вещи (хотя какой смысл к примеру сдавать в прасачную носки) . плюс пытаются впаривать экскурсии которые существенно дороже чем в турагенствах, обильно распоженных по городу (речь именно об агентствах а не о навязчивых лжегидах). даже пишут что типа брать экскурчии где то помимо отеля нельзя, хотя никаким законом это не запрещено (запрещены в Марокко лишь гиды без лицензии). Одним словом пытаются любым путем даже не самым приличным вытащить дополнительные деньги с постояльцев и поэтому никакого доверия не вызывают
