Нам понравился и персонал отеля, и его удобное расположение. Тут работают дружелюбные и отзывчивые люди. Отель поддерживается в чистоте. Номер у нас был меленький, как и в любом другом отеле. Есть бесплатный WiFi с приличной скоростью, а что особенно понравилось - можно бесплатно пользовать компьютером и принтером в холле. Включенный в стоимость горячий […] завтрак выше всяких похвал: омлет, вареные яйца, бекон, горячие вафли, пирожные, кофе, соки… Расположен отель просто идеально: на 44 улице рядом с 8 авеню, то есть на соседней авеню уже Таймс-сквер. В отеле нет прачечной, и обычно в таких случаях приходится пользоваться платной, которая стоит $3-4. Нас в семье четверо, так что когда в отпуске долго, стирка может влететь в копеечку. Однако тут нас ждал приятный сюрприз: неподалеку от отеля мы нашли прачечную всего за $1,10. Единственный недостаток отеля – это номер 108, который выходит окнами на ресторан (живешь у всех на виду). Этот отель стоит потраченных на него денег. Находится он в нескольких минутах ходьбы от Таймс-сквер и нескольких станций метро, откуда мы добирались до остановок «Yankee Stadium», «Fenway Park» и «Battery Park», чтобы сесть на паром до острова Эллис или до Либерти, посмотреть на статую Свободы. Завтрак в отеле нам понравился. Парковка расположена через […] дорогу, и это очень удобно. Причем сотрудники парковки дважды подгоняли нашу машину к отелю, когда нам нужно было сгрузить туда вещи. Персонал отеля очень вежливый, услужливый и квалифицированный. Номера хорошо обслуживаются. Бесплатный завтрак по утрам оказался приятным сюрпризом. Рекомендую этот отель всем, кому важно жить рядом с основными достопримечательностями.

Нам тут очень не понравилось. Номер очень маленький и выглядит чистым, но нас троих сильно искусали клопы. На момент выселения у дочери и мужа было 40-60 укусов клопов по всему телу. Мы много путешествуем и были в множестве разных городов, но клопы в отеле нам попались впервые. Ковер в номере был невероятно грязный.

Этот отель оказался как раз тем, что мы искали. Мы с мужем привезли в Нью-Йорк двух сыновей ( 11 и 8 лет) на День независимости. Приехали мы очень рано, и надеялись, что можно будет хотя бы сумки в отеле оставить, а нам сразу выделили номер. Персонал оказался очень дружелюбным. Лифт тут работает очень медленно, поэтому мы всегда ходили песком. Просто […] замечательно, что отель находится в двух шагах от Таймс-сквер! В отеле чисто и достаточно тихо, чувствовал себя в безопасности. Сам по себе отель невыдающийся, но расположен рядом с Таймс-сквер и Бродвеем: от бродвейских мюзиклов вас будет отделать всего один квартал. Также неподалеку находится автовокзал Port Authority. Что касается номера, то в ванной плохо работал слив, а входную дверь было трубно открыть с […] первого раза. Сам номер маленький, но для меня это не проблема. Завтрак чуть более разнообразный, чем обычно в подобных отелях , и в ресторане всегда есть место, где присесть. Остановлюсь тут еще раз, если захочу потратить немного. Подробнее

Очень дружелюбный и квалифицированный персонал. Номер может показаться несколько меньше, чем в других аналогичных отелях. Но все равно этот отель стоил своих денег.

good location and worked great.

Great location just one street from times square. very quite street. nice staff and nice breakfast. the room was very clean and comfortable. the breakfast is inclouded so it is very good. we were very happy about our stay at the hotel.

The Comfort Inn on 44th st is just a block away from Times Square and reasonably priced. This small hotel showed signs of wear, but the rooms were larger than others I've stayed in. The single elevator can be slow and the breakfast was not great, but passable.

Good location. Clean rooms, a bit small. I would recomend some directions in the bath to divert the tub water to the shower. Only one of our group figured it out. Elevator was a little shakey.

Convenient to Theatre District/Times Square. Personnel at front desk were excellent, cordial. Complimentary breakfast and the in-room fridge were convenient, helpful inclusions and helped us choose this hotel. Negatives: our room deadbolt did not work/turn. Not bad for the price; cheaper than other hotels in the theater district, and a decently nice hot breakfast buffet. Breakfast for 4 will set you back at least $50-$60 in NY, so take into account that this very nice breakfast was included in the price of the room. The room itself was small: think cruise-ship small... the bathroom door barely cleared […] the toilet, but the room was clean (except for some stains on the bed coverlet). View was of dumpsters. The breakfast area was quite crowded with a very limited amount of tables, so do be prepared to take your breakfast back up to your room to eat. We scored a table by going to breakfast at 6:30 when it opened, but in 5 minutes all the tables/counterseats were taken (there was likely 4-5 tables in all). The 'lobby' was almost non-existent, the hallways were claustrophobic, and the room spartan. BUT... the beds were comfortable, the location excellent, and we were too busy seeing NY sites to do anything but sleep anyway. No concierge, no real information at the front desk, no gift store in the lobby...there's a beverage machine on the 2nd floor (there appears to be only 3 floors, so not much of a walk from your room). If you want to enjoy the NY experience with a luxurious hotel, there are much nicer places to stay right in the theater district. But this was adequate in every way if just sleeping is your goal, so the overall value was good. Подробнее

The hotel was just a block away from Broadway shows. With that said it was very convenient to get around. The rooms are a bit small. Great for just a weekend stay. The breakfast was good. They do validate parking ticket, but make sure you park in correct garage. The noise level can be a little high if your not use to a city that never sleeps. The two star rating of this hotel seems low considering our experience last week. The outside of the building is not especially inviting, but once you step inside, you are pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff is attentive and answered all questions as to how to get to certain locations. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The breakfast […] was more than adequate and inlcuded both hot and cold items....far better than the cold cereal and stale muffins you sometimes find. The hotel is within walking distance of most theaters and there is a subway stop that goes to the World Trade Center, Cana Street, Greenwich Village and other destinations without changing trains. There are restaurants and bars on the street, Shake Shack is right around the corner. As far as NYC hotels go, I think that this hotel is a good value. Подробнее

No laundry facilities...

Had a fantastic vacation in NYC. Staying at the Comfort Inn Theater District was a wonderful advantage. It was close to Times Square, The Port Authority, The Hudson River etc. We walked to almost every thing we wanted to see. Hotel was very clean, quiet and they served a very wonderful continental breakfast. Would recommend it heartily.

My niece and I stayed there over the weekend and were very pleased with the front desk service. Our room was clean, you could smell the cleaning supplies when you opened the door, and breakfast in the morning was good. There was a very strong cleaning smell in the hotel and the rooms were very small. I am not fancy at all and the rooms were safe and totally clean. Just not a place I would want to stay even for a quick business trip. There are better options for the price around there.

went to New York for St Patrick's day and had a great time the hotel was fine and location was great, breakfast was good only problem was "Central Parking" located across the street,hotels gives you discount ticket for parking but read the fine print and watch your time for parking go over and they ripe you off, not the hotels fault but Central Parking […] garage, Подробнее

I had a great experience with this hotel. Check-in was nice and easy. The location was great! It was a block away from tourist attractions. On the same block of the hotel was a subway. I was shocked I found a hotel in that area for a great price! The pillows were sooo comfortable! I recommend to others, and I would stay again!

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff were VERY helpful and friendly. Tidy up the entry and back desk area and the hotel would be TOP DRAWER! Thanks for the experience!

We had a great stay....quiet street....close to Times Square....clean room...hotel staff let us check in early AND they "checked" our bags when we checked our the next morning till our bus left at 5. Comfortable, clean room. Great breakfast. The only complaint I could have was that the elevator was out the first day and our room was right next to the […] stairs....but we were pretty tired so we slept through most of the noise. Best value...can travel by foot anywhere in NYC worthwhile!

Very nice place with affordable price. For people who drive to NY city, there is a parking garage right across street of the hotel, you can get parking coupon from the hotel when you check out.

Was really pleased with this hotel. After reading not so fantastic reviews we were a bit worried. But there was absolutely no need to worry. Location could not have been better, our room was actually not as small as I was expecting (but still small enough!) and the bedroom and bathroom were spotless clean which is the main requirement. If you want to be right near Times Square without the huge price tag, this hotel is for you. Very clean hotel with free, delicious breakfast. Friendly staff and willing to hold your bags too!

We arrived early and tired and the front desk was wonderful in giving us our room at 1pm! Everyone at the front desk was so friendly as were the entire cleaning staff. This was the first time I had visited New York with my girlfriends and we spent a ton of time looking for hotels. We were a little nervous about the number of stars this Comfort Inn had received. The hotel was so comfortable that I felt good during 4 days stay. The employees were all kind. Especially when I returned to the hotel to get my book that I thought I left at the previous day, they were really cooperative. The room was clean, of a good size for NYC and the location was very convenient. The staff was considerate and seem happy to answer questions. The breakfast was hot, good and filling. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the hotel Christmas Eve into Christmas Day. Fantastic location near Times Square at a surprisingly very reasonable price. Hotel room was small, as expected for the location, but everything was clean and in excellent condition. We are definitely planning on staying again.

Good location; room was clean except for black mold growing around the base of the shower; breakfast presentation was haphazard and food was mediocre at best.

It was great...We'll definitely stay there again. Breakfast is fantastic. My only complaint was the screaming kid in the next room, but of course, that has nothing to do with the hotel!

The elevator is very slow and there is only one. The Lobby is dirty. The hotel needs to be updated but the price is very reasonable by NY standards
