A very nice and friendly hotel. the work on the lobby is now finished and it looks good. The small restaurant is a good deal for breakfast/lunch. The location is real Hong Kong and most of what we wanted to se was in walking distance. Subway stops included. walkable.

Stay at citadines is a perfect choice for me and my family. Hotel location closed to shopping Mall and the serounding a lot of shop until not enough time to do shopping. Subway TST station just minutes away from the hotel and making you easy to go anywhere you want go to other places. The location of this hotel can't be beat! There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. I was only here over night. The room is small. My only complaint was the bed. It was very hard. We booked a suite which was narrow and cramped. The kitchen facilities were fine for a short stay with utensils, microwave, cooktop etc but no dish cloth or any equipment to clean dishes. The housekeeping service terrible , they fold me the wet towels . dont clean the desk , they let me the bottle of water by the half and dont put new ones, when arrive nobody in the front desk have to wait like 15 minutes, also when i lef need wait for somebody to made checkout, no good .....

The hotel is well located and the rooms are a good size. The downside is the bar is poorly furnished and seems to be frequented by locals rather than residents. The bed was hard and not enough hot water to shower.

We were surprised at the smallness of our studio apartment but it contained all we needed. Second stay at Citadines Ashley. Great location in Tsim Sha Shui, right next to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Convenient to subway and ferries. Very lively street scene. Citadines Ashley has a great location near Nathan Rd and harbour. Room is a bit small but is fine if you're just looking for a hotel to sleep at night. It also has small pantry, cooking is possible also has microwave & fridge. Another plus is free wifi in room.

Good location for the price, although easy enough to miss. Located on Ashley Road, the hotel is not currently served by the free shuttle bus from Kowloon station (Jan 2011) however the Langham hotel is across the street which is. Provided you can figure out where to cross the street. The room was adequate, bright and clean, small kitchenette with limited […] cutlery and no tea bags! There were a couple of tv channels in English (CNN, BBC World & Nat Geo) and a dvd player in the closet beside the safe. The wireless internet did not work but I was able to plug my laptop into the router with the supplied cable and get online. There was no charge for the internet in my room. The reason I give the place 3 stars is that there was a spot of blood on my bed sheet when I checked in and was still there after my room was serviced the next day. The air con in the room did not function as a heater no matter what temperature I raised it to. There was a cold snap during my stay and being able to heat my room would have helped immensely. The shower could have been warmer too. Overall an ok place to stay, central and walking distance to all Kowloon attractions. If you can stretch your budget, staying somewhere like the YMCA (where I ate breakfast), may be worthwhile. Подробнее

After travelling to so many places and staying at so many hotels, this is the first time I received 'warning' call on checkout time just 5 mins after official check out time. Is this efficiency?? I find it unpleasant. At the reception after returning the keys to the staff, the manager, right in front of my husband and I, told the staff to quickly check if we own them money in cantonese. My husband and I felt so disgusted with the manager behaviour and obviously, DID NOT ever expect this kind of treatment and behaviour from an Ascott hotel chain group. We definitely made full payment way before this trip and during check in, the staff has confirmed that we have made full payment. Room abit small but very clean. Many restaurants near by and the MTR station is only 5 minutes away. Location is great for shopping - 10 minutes walk to all the branded stores. There is also a 24 hours convenience store next to the hotel - great for drinks and snacks.

L'emplacement de l'hotel est indiscutable, c'est vraiment au centre de TST. Sachez que j'ai eu un studio, mais c'est déjà assez grand. Par contre, l'hotel doit faire un effort pour faire de la bonne commnunication à ses clients. 1) les travaux sont encore en cours, avec une mention "ou plus tard" pour plus d'une semaine de travaux supplémentaire est […] totalement inacceptable. 2) la réception a été déplacée au 5e étage. Hors, il n'y a aucune indication à l'entrée principale qui indique clairement et en grand "Lobby is moved on the 5th floor", même pas sur l'ordonannace des travaux en anglais. Je suis arrivé à 2h du matin et j'ai cru que j'allais dormir dehors. J'ai passé un coup de fil avec le numéro de l'hotel, c'est injoignable. J'ai même posé la question au gars qui faisait des travaux à côté. HEUREUSEMENT, et c'est grace à 2 roomates qui venaient de sortir l'ascenceur qui m'inquaient avec une main ouverte en disant "5th floor". 3) Comme c'est un studio avec accessoires, des outils sont à disposition. Une liste a été dressée et j'ai fait l'inventaire. Surprise, il manquait des trucs. Et sachez que l'hotel demande une causion à l'arrivée (c'est bien noté dans les conditions). Je suis allé ensuite à la réception le lentemain. Au final, c'est classé sans suite. Le dernier jours, je suis content que les jeunes femmes étaient très souriantes et elles m'ont même proposé d'appeler un taxi, ça c'est le service ! Подробнее

위치는 지도만 조금 참고하면 어렵지 않게 찾을 수 있으나, 큰 길에서는 조금 벗어나 있음. 예약 시에는 알 수 없었던 문제점이 2가지 있었음. 먼저, 정식 호텔이 아니라 아파트 호텔이라는 점인데 방 크기도 매우 협소하고 제공되는 환경이 매우 미흡하다고 판단됨. 비슷한 가격에 타 호텔에 비해 추천하고 싶지 않은 환경이었음. 또 하나는 공사 진행중이었는데, 소음이 있거나 하진 않았지만, 폭우가 내리는 상황에 서비스데스크 홀도 없이 5층의 객실 같은 공간에서 체크인을 하게 되어 동행한 방문객에게 매우 미안한 마음이 들 정도였음. 개인적인 여행이 아니라면 추천하고 싶지 않음

このホテルを使用するのは初めてでしたが、とても満足しました。ショッピング/MTR駅/スターフェリーへのロケーションも良く、糖朝が近くにオープンしたこともあり、食事にも全く困りませんでした。エレベーターも部屋数の割には多く、待つこともありませんでした。香港では珍しく部屋で使用できるWifiが無料で、接続時に何も設定する必要もなく、スピードも速かったです。次回からはこのホテルを使用しようと思います。

홍콩에 도착하여 택시를 타고 호텔로가는 위치가 불편했고 처음 찾아가는 위치가 쉽게 찾지를 못함, 다른 문제는 호텔 숙박하면서 어려움은 없었으며 쇼핑 거리가 가까운 장소에 호텔이 있어서 좋았다.
