remarkable value for this European-style hotel that should be in the luxury category - A1 in every respect

I love this place! I've stayed here quite a few times and I really like the comfort and convenience of the hotel and rooms, and the staff is great!

My family and I stayed there for 2 nights. We were very impressed with everything. The staff was very nice and we even used the complimentary shuttle service to Grapevine Mills. We will definately return again and I recommend this hotel to anyone staying anywhere in the Dallas area, it's worth the trip. Can't wait to go back in April.

The only serious problem we found was that the hotel had no restaurant. This was a problem because we arrived at the hotel later than they had food available. They did have an adequate selection in their pantry so that worked out. Loved the breakfast. Nothing out of the ordinary but certainly good enough.

it close to everything i wanted,like gas station to subway.

I was absolutely blown away by this hotel. It was modern, clean, and the breakfast was incredible. The only 3 issues I had was location - it was so new, that finding the hotel was not very easy with the GPS. The second issue was there was a problem with the elevators when we stayed there - the service people were working on it, but only 1 of the 2 elevators […] worked during our stay. Third issue - the hallways were long and dark (they had these leather strapped attached to metal frames that resembled wood pallets attached to the ceilings in the hallway - which just made it all the more dark. The rooms were phenominal though. We are actually looking at using this location for future photo shoots - we were that impressed with it. Although I feel the price was perfect - other hotels in the area are $25 or more less per night. I wont stay anywhere else but the Element when in the Dallas/Irving area again. Подробнее

We booked a King studio, which we found luxurious, comfortable and well-stocked with cooking essentials. It's our choice for overnight stays.

This hotel was very modern and comfortable. Was very pleased with the comfort of the beds and the heavenly shower. Would def recommend this hotel and will stay again when in the area.

We stayed during the Christmas Holiday and everyone were extremely welcoming and the accomodations were great. Would definitely stay again!!

My husband, 4-mo-old daughter & I stayed 3 nights in this hotel & enjoyed it very much. It was great to stay in such a modern looking hotel. It was incredibly convenient to all the places we needed to go - Carrolton, Haltom City & finally Dallas. We have decided we will definitely stay in this hotel again when traveling to DFW.

Loved the fact that Element Dallas is concerned about our environment. The use no styrofoam and very little paper products. The serving dishes, glasses, cups, silverware... are all real! They do provide to-go cups but they are made of paper. Our room was beautiful and clean. The staff was very professional and pleasant. We did have one glitch in that […] we had requested a queen room with 2 beds and none were available when we checked in. We were given a king suite which was very large and I'm sure more expensive than the room we reserved but my daughter had to sleep on the pull-out sofa. It wasn't as comfortable as my king bed and not quite what my daughter expected however the overall experience was so nice that she enjoyed herself anyway. Wow what can I say this was one of the best hotel in Texas. I realy like the rooms and the food was awsome! the staff was very helpful and friendly. the driver who picked me up from the airport gave me and overview of the city and the hotel on our drive in to the hotel he was awsome! I will always stay at the element when Iam in the south. thanks

My husband isn't big on there not being a bathtub but other than that and the MINOR funky smell as you walk in to your room (that you dont notice after a few minutes, must be pet odor?) The place was nice, very accomodating to our needs ( i hate elevators and wanted 1st room floor). The breakfest was good. Our family stay at The Element hotel was our second stay at an Element Hotel and will not be our last. The staff was excellent and always very nice and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and extremely comfortable.

This hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the rooms themselves were fabulous. The full size fridge, microwave and stove provided a lot of options and the "green" concept was nice. Recycling cans in the rooms! Only hesitation for me was no bathtubs - shower only. If you want something less standard or a fresh, European leaning hotel....try this on for size. Better service, breakfast, and room layout than most standard hotel chains.

The shuttle service is brilliant service enabling guests tacess mut see sites, do some shopping and getting a ride to the airport. The service is much appreciated.

This was our first stay in an Elements Hotel and it was great. THe breakfasts were yummy and not your normal eggs/bacon. Yummy banana smoothies. The rooms were large and were so great with our own fridge and plates. THe bathroom was amazing. the Shower head was HUGE and my kids thought it was the coolest ever.

The room, lounge area, and staff was extremely nice. There was free breakfast and a free happy hour that was really nice also. All the rooms are actually suites, so you have a kitchen area and a couch to lounge on if you don't want to be in the bed all day. The price is a pretty good value taking in consideration of all the added amenities that's offered. […] I almost forgot to add that they even had a Wii connected to the TV in the lounge area. The Element Hotel in Irving was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at (including 4 star hotels. Our room was immaculately clean as was the rest of the hotel. It was big enough for one adult and 3 college aged students to stay in comfortably. The fact that there were a microwave and full sized fridge were nice as well. I am very satisfied with my stay here. I actually would love to stay there again. It was clean, very comfortable, the bathroom was nice and to make it all better, the room is beautiful. I absolutely loved it from checking in to checking out.

Maybe a little on the pricey side but this is where I'll stay for my future trips to Dallas. Very quite surroundings, lots of shopping and dining close by. The hotel is brand new. Stayed here over night b/c of a flight layover. Close to the airport, super new and clean. The staff is proud to work at a more environmentally friendly place. The eco-friendly hotel was refreshing to walk in to. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and modern. My family immediately felt welcomed and relaxed. - The bedroom offered a very comfortable bed with pillow top mattress, a bathroom with great lighting and shower. This hotel is perfect. We got a great rate, it is very conveniently located: close to the airport, a 20 minute drive from downtown Dallas. Free parking, free breakfast and free wireless internet (very fast by the way). You can't beat that! This is the most gorgeous hotel The staff is extremely friendly. Was way about what I expected If you are traveling in or out of DFW Airport I would stay here.

First, let me say that I am not one of these "treehugging enviromentalist nuts", but this green hotel was cool. It is brand new, as a matter of fact, only a week old when I stayed there Oct. 1-3. It concerned me a bit when I booked it through hotels.com because I expected it to have one of those so called "watersaver" toilets, you know the ones you […] have to flush 2 or 3 times, but I was pleasantly surprised. The shower was extra large and had one of those rain shower heads which was very soothing after a long day. The beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with utencils, fridge was full-sized and floors had both carpeting and laminate (just in the kitchen). It has sort of a futuristic feel to it, maybe a bit sterile, yet it was very comfortable. Staff was friendly, as expected for a grand opening. Pool is non-chlorine, but uses saline, so it's much healthier. Just an overall pleasant stay and I highly recommend it for both business or pleasure. Подробнее
