Расположен на горке, утопает в зелени. Далековато от всех развлечений, но свой плюс в этом - вечерняя тишина и покой. Готовят в ресторане отеля хорошо, персонал вежливый. Рядышком есть German Bakery( ресторан), там же аренда байков, почта, где всегда можно купить симку для телефона, поменять валюту, или посидеть в интернете. Дневной рынок (Flea market по средам) также неподалеку. До моря нужно ехать, т.к. пешком далеко будет.

Если буду еще в гоа, опять выберу orange house. В номере всегда есть горячая вода и даже был бесплатный интернет и wi fi, слабенький, но все же можно. Убираются каждые 2-3 дня. Отель расположен рядом с супермаркетом orchard arcade. Близко до curlie's и hill top. В общем, то что нужно, за такие деньги, просто превосходные удобства.

Отель шикарный. Абсолютно все соответствует заявленному уровню. Кроме одного. Обычно в подобных отелях на завтрак подают шампанское, а в номера каждый день подают свежие фрукты.

Отдыхали в отеле Spazio Leisure Resort в начале февраля 2012г. семьёй из 3х человек (ребенку 4,5г.) Отель очень понравился. Все соответствует предыдущим отзывам -чисто, уютно, вежливый персонал. Подходит для спокойного отдыха. Оставляли в сейфе деньги и документы- все надежно. Понравился ресторан при отеле. Готовят очень вкусно и выполняют любые Ваши кулинарные пожелания. На завтрак омлет, жареные блинчики и кофе с молоком насыщают до обеда без проблем. Есть ещё фрукты (обычно к завтраку два вида, но по дням чередуются), чай, сок, масло, белый хлеб, варенье, овощи тушеные, мюсли. Короче голодными не остались ни разу, скорее наоборот. В результате (после посещения пары тройки других кафе) выбрали ресторан нашего отеля для постоянного питания. В бассейне вода чистая всегда- следят и поддерживают чистоту. Местоположение отеля довольно удобное- рядом стоянка такси, супермаркет, ларьки с фрукутами, кафе, маленькие магазинчики, телефон СТД(дешевые звонки в Россию) и интернет. До пляжа (в обе стороны Анджуна и Вагатор) идти минут 15. Пляж Вагатора понравился больше. Детской площадки в отеле нет. Уборка в номере производиться если оставили ключи на рецепшен. Убирают добросовестно. Если выберем ещё раз северное Гоа, то вернемся именно в этот отель.

Все хорошо, для тех кто хочет поближе к пляжу и инфроструктуре, но не так близко чтоб был шум.Там просторно и тихо.вв целом все хорошо! Только надо знать тому кто едет в этот отель что он вегетарианский. и там нынче идет рекострукция, все номера и оборудования скоро будут на 4+, уже готовы несколько номеров.

"An Awesome vacation"
Stay @ soul vacation was memorable. The food at the restaurant was really good. very good ambiance. The spa was also good with all then natural therapies. very near to colva beach, but far away from other tourist destinations.Fort aguada is 60 km from here. but if you want to spend a peaceful and blissful vacation , soul is the perfect choice.

"Wouldn't let my dog stay there!"
The hotel was absolutely disgusting - green and slimy walls, green and slimy swimming pool, smelly rubbish heaps directly behind our room which stunk! I wouldn't let my dog sleep there let alone people!!!
"Soul Vacation Resorts. Not Well Kept."
It looked great on the photos but we ended up having a big surprise when we landed up there. The resort looked tired, unkept and dirty. Though the staff was friendly and courteous, the resort had a negative vibe, the way it was kept. Our room had an unimaginative design, with the TV right in the middle of the room! The pool water was green in colour […] and was completely uninviting! It was like they were not bothered about tourists coming in the slow season and were only interested in the peak season traffic. The games room looked like it was not visited for months. We had to clear it to play carrom. The only silver lining was the food at the hotel. It was really sumptuous. I can highly recommed this lovely, well thought out haven in Goa. Staff are lovely and were particularly kind and attentive to us, having been stranded in India by the volcanic eruption. The manager is omnipresent and has good relations with his staff hence the hotel has a really harmonious feel. Food was lovely and our room spacious, clean and very […] comfortable. "Colva i April 2012"
Jättefint hotell, bra service, god frukost, åt aldrig i resturangen kvällstid. Bra spa och gym (löpband). Poolen var ok. Personalen väldigt tillmötesgående. Bra läge, nära till shopping gata och strand. Kan dock inte rekomendera stranden. Finns en nära som är ok Bandaulim ??? tror jag den hette (taxi 5min). Annars är det lätt att ta en taxi till Agunda […] eller Palolem, tar dock en timme med bil, så välj med AC. Подробнее
This is a beautiful oasis just a couple of minutes walk from Colva main road and beach. Wonderful and friendly staff, great food and service. Will definetly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Personalen var mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående. Frukostbuffén lite torftig. Det mesta fungerade bra i rummet, kylskåp, städning, ac mm Fräscha poolhandukar varje dag. Generöst med dricksvattenflaskor på rummet. Vi trivdes mycket bra på detta hotell

Et sjarmerende og lite hotell rett i nærheten av sandstranden Colva Beach. Rommene er greie med god dusj og aircondition (men vær obs for sopp). Betjeningen er hyggelig og serviceminded, og hjelper deg gjerne om du ber om det. Det elektriske anlegget kan være litt ustabilt, og du kan risikere at strømmen går flere ganger om dagen og ikke kommer tilbake […] med det samme. Maten er god. Frokosten har indisk preg, mens lunsj- og middagsrettene kan tilby både indisk og internasjonal mat. Roomservicen er upåklagelig. Spabehandlingene er bra og massørene er flinke, men spaet har en rekke forbedringspotensialer når det gjelder komfort og meny. Treningsrommet er ok, og servicen er bra. "Oase im Müll von Goa"
das Hotel ist eine Oase im allgemeinen indischen und goanischen Müll. Leider ist auch außerhalb des Soul Vacation Indien mit alle Sinne belastenden Einflüssen. So ist der Strand quasi nicht nutzbar. Müll, Köter, Teer und tausende auf Touristen starrende Einheimische (die nicht baden oder nur voll bekleidet in Seichten sitzen) lassen nur den schönen […] Poolbereich des Hotels als Alternative. Als Aktivitäten gibts nur Pool und für erfahrene Zweitradfahrer ein Ausflug mit dem Leihroller (-motorrad=Enfield). Im Hotel-Spa werden,überteuert, Behandlungen aller Art angeboten. Das Personal ist sehr gut, spricht gut englisch und ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfreich.
