modern deco was refreshing. Immaculately clean rooms! thin walls had to call twice due to some inconsiderate guess yelling in the hall up until 2 am!!! again at 7AM desk clerk came herself and told them to be quiet or leave!

very pleased with one exception loud guests rooms have thin walls and hallways! Room was cleanest we have ever been in!

We enjoyed it but I accidently left my wedding band on the night stand, I forgot to get it, I called the hotel and it was not turned in. It was a man's wedding band no diamonds. It is sad that their house keeping staff did not turn it in.

My wife and I have been to this hotel many times for the incredible ambiance and drink specials in the bar. It's literally right down the street from where we live. I am very frugal and would generally never consider paying for a hotel within 200 miles of my home, but when we were brainstorming Valentine's Day dates we could not let this go. The decor of the hotel is very swish and upscale on the surface, but underneath it is at best a 3 star facility. Upon entering there is a distinct upleasant smell that was present for the two nights I was there. The front desk staff were not helpful in locating a restaurant outside of the hotel. The hotel restaurant and bar run together and were very […] noisy due to a disk jockey blaring music. I was seated as far away as possible, which put me adjacent to the pool table. The menu at the hotel restaurant is a strange combination of bar food and sushi. The only good thing about the restaurant is that my server was excellent. The rooms are nicely styled, but furnished with minimal toiletries and towels. The bed was comfortable and the desk adequate. The reason I will not be back is the noise in the room. The heating/cooling unit is right next to the bed headboard and, although new, is incredibly noisy. The second noise problem is the thinness of the walls or lack of soundproofing between rooms. This hotel is good both for business travelers (excellent Internet connection, excellent bar-style restaurant) and for anyone getting away from it all, but not if you want to be anywhere near the hustle and bustle of the big city. You must have a car--or be prepared to spend $20-30 per taxi ride, including to nearby (?) DFW. (Note: The hotel shuttle […] was not available once during my three-day stay.) Wife and I stayed on New Years Eve. They had a big New Years Eve Party and we knew that before we booked. They didn't mention it was going to be outside by the pool with loud music blarring until 2:30 in the morning. We found it to be very poor planning on their part. When booking this room i was looking for a perfect room that would end our night of rock and roll fun. The modern decor made the hotel itself a great backdrop for photography. The staff was very friendly and also knowledgeable about what was going on around the area. I loved the bar/lounge areas; the books and games made me want to spend all afternoon […] in there. The pool area was spectacular. There is furniture spread out enough to have privacy and there is also an outdoor bar area complete with fire pits. Fun clean hotel. Close to restaurants and some shopping. Quiet rooms. Nice staff. Would stay there again no question.

This hotel was really nice, but very different. I liked it for a one or two day stay but probably would not have wanted to spend a week there. Bed was very comfortable the sofa was hard as a rock.

Front desk staff was helpful. They called a cab for us and it arrived right on time. Room was a simple, loft-style room, but was trendy and comfortable. All in all, I would stay there again.

Very nice Hotel-clean rooms, very modern

The place is a very unique hotel and european. Bar was hopping and wait staff pleasant. Wedding party by pool great to watch. Young family members enjoyed the rooms and the swinging chairs. Great Place to stay while shopping the North Dallas areas.

I heard alot of noise all night. Not enough to keep me awake though. It is not a home-y feeling hotel. It is made for those wanting a different, "modern" experience.

As with the last time my wife and I stayed at the NYLO Las Colinas, this stay was no different. The hotel was clean, room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved our stay at NYLO. It was great to have something out of the ordinary. I would suggest it for business travelers and couples, but not families. Probably not great for those visiting Dallas to see the sights. They're a bit of a drive. This hotel has a trendy, European feel. I will stay here everytime that I am in the area! Loved it!!!

I'd never stayed at a NYLO hotel before. It was very hip and interesting and while that sometimes means that that style takes precedence over comfort and convenience (like some New York and European hotels where I've stayed), this isn't the case at NYLO. The room was large and had all the conveniences that the business traveler needs: free wifi, comfortable quiet room, lots of power outlets, HD TV with lots of channels, good location. Best of all, the price was very reasonable for a high-style, top notch hotel. The only thing I'd like to see is a refrigerator in the room and a snack shop in the lobby. The only truly negative thing I'll say about it is that the food I had in the hotel restaurant was not good and it was expensive. GREAT STAY!!! Friendly Staff

I booked this room at a discounted rate and I am glad I did because full price is not worth it. The building looked like it used to be an old abandoned warehouse and the rooms are way too small. It is a few miles away from Mandalay bay and all the restaurants so its not a convenient location.

My husband and I chose this hotel as it looked different than anything we've ever stayed at. It most certainly lived up to our expectations. It was beautiful, unique and affordable. We will be staying there again.

Don't pass up the chance to stay here.

Interesting hotel to stay at. I selected this hotel as it was conveniently close to the DFW airport and seemed to be a fresh change from other hotels. This hotel is too cool for itself. Its like a cartoon of "trendy" decorating gone bad. The rooms are tiny , the bathroom even smaller. The water in the shower was tepid at best and the floors are SLICK with ANY moisture. There is no counter space and the "sofa" in the room was a brick (and tiny). Pretty cool hotel. Room is Euro sized, so a little smaller, but like the "loft" theme with concrete walls/ceiling. Close to DFW. great bar and pool area and live music guy playing an acoustic set! A little pricey, but not horrible

Very Chic, new clean rooms. Very modern and impressive. This is definitely someplace to take someone if you want them to feel like they are special!!!

GREAT PLACE, GREAT LOCATION...

Rooms were clean and loved the look of the hotel. Just wished the staff were friendlier. Not just one person, I thought the front desk, bartender, and waiter should have been more friendly. Gym was nice. I really liked the style and feel of the hotel and will return, just won't talk to anyone this time

This hotel is really cool, the bar and pool area are great and the beds in the rooms are extremely comfortable. However, this is quite a ways from downtown and when we did have destinations even in Addison to go to, most of the cab drivers did not even know where the hotel was and it became a bit of a pain. Great hotel, location not so great!

Enjoyed our brief stay.. Loved our room.. very modern, very interesting!

Not a kid friendly hotel so if on a family trip look elsewhere.
