This hotel is well maintained, & in a quiet neighborhood. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. When visiting family in Salt Lake City this is where we stay.

I was having surgery. So, the room and hotel accomadated all of my needs during recovery. It was close to doctors office, restaurants, shopping, and pharmacy. Parking was great too! Staff was nice and friendly and the layout of our room was open and comfortable. It felt like home!

Holiday Inn Express continues to maintain high standards of service and quality property. The free breakfast is one of the best with cinnamon rolls to die for, crisp bacon, and eggs that taste like they came from a chicken, not a chemistry set.

My husband had LASIK surgery and we needed a place to stay for one night so he could have a follow-up appt the next day. This hotel is very clean and the room was much bigger than expected! We really enjoyed our stay The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, microwave, fridge and coffee. It was almost closing time at the pool and our kids were worried they wouldn't get to swim. The desk clerk said no problem they would give us a little extra time. Staff was very helpful and accommodating of our needs. No complaints about the room, breakfast was fine, no noise bothered us at night. Good value, would stay again!

everything was very accommodating. two of the front desk clerks were friendly and professional- on day of check out, however, one clerk (woman) must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed (and probably couldn't spell 'holiday inn express') but we managed to get out okay.... bottom line, i would go back to this location again, for sure.

Front desk staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and well maintained, price was very reasonable. Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Midvale.

This hotel is a terrific place to stay if you are skiing Big/Little Cottonwood Canyons. It is also convenient to restaurants. The hotel is set back from the road, making it a little hard to find, but that also makes it very quiet. The free breakfast is ok, though the coffee is poor (a problem in many Utah establishments).

Paid more than a neighboring hotel because of the breakfast reviews. Most important meal, especially for a snowboarding trip. It was worth it. Very nice staff and rooms. Would stay again.

I appreciated the eggs and sausage at breakfast, as well as the pancake maker. I am diabetic and need to eat a balanced breakfast which is hard to find at most hotel buffets.

Our family came in late and left early. It was close to a bunch of restaurants and gas stations. The staff was very friendly and the room was exceptionally clean. If I had one tiny complaint, its a fair ways from downtown Salt Lake. But for us, that worked out better.

Great condition of hotel. Friendly staff. Located near plenty of restaurants. A slight bit off the beaten path for our trip but overall a hearty recommendation here.

Very disappointed with our stay! The room smelled horrible, like it hadn't been cleaned. Staff wasn't very helpful. They sprayed a little air freshener around the room and acted like there was nothing wrong. We had to sleep with the window open. Will never stay here again!!

This is an excellent place to stay for a ski vacation. Midvale is more convenient to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons than Sandy or Jordan and there is a good selection of places to eat nearby. The hotel is clean, very well maintained and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful and even remembered us from last year.

Though the hut tub wasn't working properly, the experience overall was a great one due to the wonderful demeanor and service out two main front desk workers.

I booked this hotel for my daughter's family who was visiting from out-of-town. She has 5 kids. The hotel staff was very friendly and bent over backwards to make them feel welcome. The hotel was immaculate and the rooms were exceptional. This hotel definitely should be rated 4 stars at the least. A great value for the money spent.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel and the great deal we got on the rate. The breakfast was even good. Everything about the room was nice. The shower worked well, plenty of water pressure. Nice clean room and bathroom. The front desk staff was very pleasant. They had some nice snacks and drinks for $1 each in the lobby that saved […] us a trip to the store. There were stores clos by though and it wouldn't have been a big deal to go to one. Great location, tons of restaurants close by. Close to freeway access and centrally located. Very new property and it seems they went the little extra where quality and decor are concerned. Very cozy. This hotel is much nicer than even some of the far more expensive properties I've stayed. Excellent hotel for the price.

Nice hotel for the price. Quiet neighborhood, yet very central to alot of great places, like Park City and downtown. Fitness room is very small and was hot, but neighborhood was great to run/walk outside. I would stay there again
