Привет, мы с мужем жили здесь во время первой годовщины свадьбы, и это было замечательно. Мы забронировали номер эконом-класса, но когда прибыли, нам дали номер с видом на канал с тремя большими окнами, выходящими на канал. Вид восхитительный, особенно по утрам, когда на гондоле доставляют продукты. Сам номер выглядит точно как на фотографиях, и очень […] романтично. Сейф включен в цену, и есть мини-бар. Везде безупречная чистота, единственный недостаток, что не было оборудования для приготовления чая и кофе в номере - было бы очень приятно после дня осмотра достопримечательностей. Завтрак континентальный, что нам нравится, со свежеиспеченными круассанами, хлебом, сыром, ветчиной, хлопьями, джемом и т.д. в ассортименте. Кофе восхитительный. Помещение для завтрака очень камерное, но вы там только едите, так что не большая проблема, мы завтракали рано утром и не находили, что размер комнаты является проблемой. Персонал очень доброжелательный и предупредительный, предлагают объяснения и советы, куда пойти и что посмотреть. Местоположение отличное, 5 - 10 мин. пешком в разных направлениях до моста Риальто и площади Сан-Марко, однако достаточно далеко, чтобы быть подальше от толпы. Следуйте указаниям относительно отеля, и вы найдете отель без особых проблем, только помните, что улицы в Венеции изгибаются, и часто не один раз, под углом в 90 градусов!!! У нас был достаточного размера номер с двумя большими окнами, выходящими на канал. Мне понравилось, хотя приходилось закрывать их ночью из-за "уличного движения" внизу! Типа, как когда ваш сосед в 6 утра заводит свой грузовик, чтобы ехать на работу. Но окна звуконепроницаемые. Оформление с фантазией, фестоны и все такое, но обивка потертая. Мы заплатили […] 5 евро за 3 дня интернета, который работал вполне хорошо. Кондиционер работал превосходно, но только если вы были в номере. Это было нормально, так как было не очень жарко. Ванные очень чистые, но душ тесноват для "больших" людей. Очень удобные кровати. Михаэль на ресепшн был сверхвнимателен и любезен. Он предупредил нас, что у нас могут быть (большие) проблемы по возвращении из Мурано из-за забастовки вапоретто (водный общественный транспорт). Другой клерк на ресепшн не указал нам на этот важный факт! Местоположение замечательное. Мы плыли на вапоретто от автобусной станции до остановки Риальто и тащили свои вещи только через 3 моста. Не так плохо. Бесплатный завтрак в очень тесной комнате (10х10). Дают кофе, чай, томатный сок, йогурт, горячие булочки/круассаны, джем/нутеллу, ломтики холодной ветчины и сыра. Куча выпечки есть весь день. Крутые ступеньки в номера. Посмотрю, не найду ли еще один отель за похожую цену, прежде чем вернусь, но точно не исключаю, что приеду сюда еще. Подробнее

Приятный отель с хорошим местоположением (после того как вы найдете отель)! Чудесный венецианский декор. Рядом с речным автобусом, магазинами, ресторанами и туристическими объектами. Не понравилось подниматься по ступенькам, лестницы узкие, но благодарна персоналу, что помогли нести багаж вверх и вниз по лестнице. Буду краток. Местоположение великолепное… легко добраться куда угодно. Это недалеко от моста Риальто и площади Сан-Марко, так что можно ехать с багажом на вапоретто (общественный речной автобус) от аэропорта или железнодорожной станции, если вам нетрудно нести его через приблизительно 2 моста, чтобы попасть в отель. Комнаты на высшем уровне, чистые, хорошо содержатся, и обслуживание прекрасное. Завтрак простой: свежая кондитерская выпечка, хороший кофе, мясные изделия, сыр, хлопья, йогурт. Были некоторые проблемы с интернетом в течение 1.5 дней, и нам вернули очень скромную плату, а потом предоставили бесплатно. В отеле предлагали и помогали организовать транспортировку, совершать путешествия и давали прекрасные советы как что делать. Только в очень небольшом ряде случаев нужно звонить или писать через е-mail заблаговременно. В отеле нет персонала ночью. Можно обратиться по сотовому телефону, и персонал обязательно поможет. Нам ничего не было нужно, но я видел, как один человек из персонала пришел в час ночи, чтобы отнести багаж молодой пары вверх по лестнице. Еще, в некоторые комнаты можно подняться только по лестнице, но обычное дело в Венеции. Если это проблема из-за возраста или немощи, позвоните заранее, чтобы получить более удобный для вас номер. Да, спрятанная. Опять же, большинство драгоценных камней нелегко найти, но они того стоят. Номер был замечательный, прямо у небольшого канала и недалеко от всего, что есть посмотреть в Венеции. Персонал очень предупредительный, вежливый и даже более чем предупредительный. Удостоверьтесь в том, что вы берете номер на канале, может быть шумно, так как […] маленький город просыпается рано утром, но мы нашли это очаровательным. Мы провели здесь 3 ночи, и нам было очень удобно. Местоположение превосходное. Легко дойти до главных достопримечательностей Флоренции. Номер - напоминание о 70-х. Старая фанерная мебель. Старые покрывала. МАЛЕНЬКАЯ ванная/душ. Но чистая. Радушие семьи, содержащей отель, очень приятное. Утренний континентальный завтрак предлагает больше, чем обычные […] булочки и джем. Приятный отель, наш номер был чистым и хорошо оборудованным. Ванная выглядела так, будто ее недавно реконструировали, что было тоже приятным сюрпризом. Персонал очень доброжелательный и предупредительный. Завтрак состоял из хлопьев, сока, круассанов, йогуртов, ветчины и сыра, все было нормальным. От сервированного к завтраку стола виден канал, за ним […] было приятно сидеть и строить планы на день. Отель расположен в центре и на расстоянии короткой прогулки от площади Святого Марка (идите по стрелкам) и площадь у церкви Санта-Мария Формоза замечательная, со множеством улочек и мостов, отходящих от нее. Множество мест для фотографирования! Единственным недостатком было то, что не было красивого вида из нашего окна, оно выходило во внутренний двор здания. We absolutely loved this beautiful B&B. There was no lift but the desk clerk assisted in carrying the bags. Our room overlooked the canal and was right down in the center of it all. Breakfast was typical for Italy but good and the coffees kept coming. The staff was very helpful in providing directions in that very strangely layed out city. We were able to walk to the Rialto to get the water bus to the train station with no problem. I recommend very light and very little luggage as the bridges over the canals have at least 15 steps. A few things you should know before booking. 1) if you have a heavy suitcase don't attempt to come here from the boat tax stop - its pretty far and there are lots of stairs/bridges. 2)Don't book the cheap room - its ground floor right next to reception. no privacy, dark and unpleasant. 3)the whole hotel STINKS of some sort of deoderant chemical. We loved our stay at Casa Santa Maria Formosa. It was in a convenient location (next to good shopping and not far from St. Mark's Square) and was very clean. Live and learn. When going to Venice you want to be close to the Vaporetta stops. This place was not - my bad. You also do not want to stay in the Rialto neighborhood unless you like wall to wall tourists and crappy trinkets wherever you look. Again - my bad. However the hotel itself was a cracker box. This hotel was on a smaller canal and was great. The staff was exceptional and did everything to make our stay fantastic. The room was newly remoldeled and was done in tile. The breakfast was good and service was phenomanol. Not impressed at all. The room is small and stinky. There are lots of bugs in the room with weak air conditioning. Counter staff said it is because we have booked the "economy room"! This hotel was an excellent choice for a place in the heart of Venice for a reasonable cost. Located just 15 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge, and overlooking a side canal, it gives a great feel of the city without being in the middle of the noise. Great location - 5 min walk to St Mark's square and Rialto. The room was nice and tidy. The bathroom was very clean and quite spacious. We also had a room with a canal view, which was pretty amazing. The breakfast was a bit basic, which is an area for improvement.

Casa Santa Maria Formosa was the worst hotel we stayed in during a 12 day trip to Rome, Florence, and Venice earlier this month. But it wasn't a bad experience. The entire room space of the hotel has been recently remodeled with items of horrible quality. Everything has a plastic Ikea look and feel, killing any "city charm", although many people used […] to new, cheaper hotels in the US will feel right at home. They shuffled us and several other couples between different rooms every night because there was "maintenance" to be done. But don't worry! They said the new room was an upgrade (which it wasn't). The bed was the least comfortable bed I've slept on in quite a while. I like hard beds in general, but these beds have a very hard outer surface, and then a spring layer beneath poor padding where you can feel the precise pivot points as your body presses down to the next layer. Garbage. And I'm skinny. Also, the breakfast was HORRIBLE. Just terrible, terribly quality. Quite simply the worst breakfast I've had in years. On the other hand, the room was quiet, warm, and there was enough room. So the stay was pleasant enough, but absolutely nothing worth recommending, and some worth avoiding (bed and breakfast). Ugh. Nice hotel with attractive rooms - good size bathrooms. There seemed to be four employees - three of which were wonderful, one was a little cranky and he manned the desk most often. Besides him being a little off-putting, this place was a good value - nice canal views.

We were very happy with the Casa Santa Maria Formosa, tucked away in a nice, quiet area in Venice while still being close to the major sites. The man who greeted us at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel right at home. His english was perfect. Staying at the Casa Santa Maria Formosa was a lovely experience. After deliberately getting lost from Rialto bridge we wandered around the narrow but vibrant Venetian streets for a while before heading towards the hotel. Dan was at the desk to greet us and there was a cold bottle of wine and some flowers waiting in the room for my partner's birthday. Over the weekend, Dan's knowledge of the area became apparent when he arranged the most wonderful restaurant (Ristorante Al Giardino), he also knew the history of the local churches and academies and suggested a few lovely locations just off the beaten track. Todo iba muy bien, la habitación muy limpia y espaciosa pero la cama es horrible! Se supone que son camas nuevas pero parecía un catre. No se trata de una cama dura, se trata de una cama donde sientes todos los resortes! El servicio es muy bueno y Miguel trató de ayudarnos, pero si no cambian las camas nunca regresaría a este hotel.

Klein hotel op een centrale plaats in Venetië, op wandelafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Ontbijt was goed maar niet waauw. de kamers waren redelijk groot en zeer comfortabel. De staff was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Location was just great, after finding this very hidden hotel entrance. Hotel is very small, there's no reception personnel after 7pm, so late arrivals need to call a number to get in - the key and directions are left in an envelope on the counter, so it works out just fine. There's own imbarcadero on the canal, so can arrange water taxi to/from the airport directly to/from hotel. Saves the trouble of carrying bags up and down the bridge stairs! Entiendo que Venecia es una ciudad particular, es la tercera vez que voy a Venecia y sabía perfectamente con lo que me encontraría en cuestion de espacios, pero esto no puede llamarse hotel, es una pensión, no tiene asensores, hay que subir con maletas en escaleras estrechas y empinadas a la haitación, no hay personal que ayude, la recepción es mínima […] y cierra a las 19 hs, te dan llave como de una casa para que puedas entrar, el desayunador mínimisimo y el desayuno muy básico, apenas te podes mover, las habitaciones que yo reservé eran deluxe, lejos estaba de eso, cuarto interno con una pared en frente de la ventana, mucha decoración de brocatos pero no lo podías tocar porque salía tierra, un desastre, no recomiendo este hotel, lo contraté por la calificación de la página y me desilucioné. Great location with great restaurants and shops near by. Take water bus no. 2, get off at Rialto and walk about 10 mins. download the instruction from hotel web. Venice people are nice. good hotel service although there is not much choice for breakfast, but this is normal I think.

petit hôtel de 6 chambres. Chambres agréables,propres. La notre avait vue sur les canaux (3 fenêtres). Attention chambres au 2ème étage,escalier raide. Petit déjeuner correct (croissants,pains céréales ,yaourts,jambon,fromage) dans toute petite salle. Hôtel bien situé dans Venise environ 8 minutes à pieds de la place St Marc.

Hjemmekoselig hotell med sentral belyggenhet . Kanalutsikt, Korte avstander til alt av betydning, men samtidig utenfor turiststrømmen. Sjarmerende, hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening med god standard. Ingen heis og 2 etasjer smale trapper (varsel til dem som er dårlig til bens eller har mye baggasje)

Mkt trevligt och mysigt hotell. Mkt bra pris för ett hotell som ligger mitt i stan. Otroligt trevlig frukostsal som består av endast fyra små bord vilket gjorde vår vistelse där hemtrevlig.

Hôtel très bien, nous sommes restés quatre nuits et la chambre a été faite tous les jours. Bien chauffé en hiver. Bon petit déjeuné à volonté. La seule difficulté est de trouver l'hôtel le premier soir (aucune indication sur cet hôtel, ni de panneau lumineux ou d'enseigne sur la facade)

Great location, the room was beautifully decorated, spacy and clean. Brakfast was ok, you could eat as much as you want, but the choice wasn't very wide. When you check in in the evening there will be no one at the reception and you'll be given an access code to the door on the phone.

Forholdsvis høy pris, men ut fra det jeg oppfatter som generelt prisnivå i Venezia, ga hotellet grei valuta for pengene. Vårt rom hadde flott utsikt til en livlig kanal.
