I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Relative to the price (stayed in March, so lower) I thought it was an excellent value. Loved the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi, and the roomy hotel bar. Enjoyed the room's balcony and the daily breakfast buffet-- which was surprisingly substantive. Customer service where very friendly and helpful. I had booked a queen bed and they gave us two twins for my husband and i, besides the room is old. Will i go back again, no.

Close distance to airport. Fairly easy to locate. Friendly staff, very helpful and courteous. Didn't notice bar in back and breakfast/coffee included. I also wasn't informed about the amenities. There is more to this hotel than visually seen.

We stayed here because we wanted something in town close to the airport, someplace quiet and clean and a decent breakfast. This hotel met our expectations and our prive range. The desk staff were what I would call " reserved" but they did help us arrange a private taxi service for a tour of the island. This was my first stay in hotel punta delgada. I must say before I had booked I was looking for a decent hotel that I could get a couple hours of sleep, as I was only staying for 1 night on a stop over. Everything was by far amazing! The staff where more then pleasant and the rooms where very modern and well maintained. Granite counter tops with hardwood […] flooring made me feel at home. Very clean which was most important for me. I did manage to have dinner at the hotel restaurant located right beside and let me say yummy! The only negative thing I can say is, I wasn't too impressed with the privacy on balconies. There where no seperators separating you and your neighbor, so privacy on your balcony is a no no. kinda scary... The only good thing about this hotel was the location. The room had a stale smell to it. When we first arrived there was a bottle of water left over from the previous people, and the glass in the bathroom was dirty. The bathroom glasses were never changed or washed. Air conditioner didn't work the first week when it was hot. The coffee mugs or wine […] glasses weren't removed. We would take them back to the bar. Be aware even though there is a safe in the room you have to pay daily for the key. You will also be charged for local calls. Apparently there is suppose to be a booklet in the drawer, but we never received it even after I asked. The breakfast is OK - one day bacon the next day small hot dogs then back to bacon. Fruit cocktail is canned with the addition sometimes of apples and kiwi. Staff was friendly and did speak English, but they do nothing about concerns you have. They also don't explain anything about the room. ie. you need to insert your room key into a slot so you have power. They don't have king size beds - which is fine. We asked for a double bed and rec'd 2 twin beds. Like I said - they don't accomodate you. I would not stay there again and of course will never recommend it. Подробнее

Hotelli on loistavalla paikalla, lyhyt matka keskustaan ja lentokentälle. Aamiainen on heikohko. Suomalainen on tottunut syömään tuoreita vihanneksia ja hedelmiä aamiaisella, ne puuttuivat. Parvekkeen ovessa pitäisi olla kahva myös ulkopuolella. Baari on hyvä ja siellä myös tarjolla snackejä. Vastaanotto ei aina tilan tasalla.

Funcionários do Hotel muito prestáveis e a qualidade geral do serviço muito boa. Única nota negativa para o parque de estacionamento do Hotel que além de exíguo (cerca de 6 viaturas pequenas) é de difícil acesso em especial a saída que tem de ser em marcha a trás. Para os que não tiverem a "sorte" de estacionar na garagem do Hotel, a "caça" à multa […] começa cedo (08:00 da manhã) pelos funcionários dos parquímetros. Подробнее

SPA-OMRÅDET: I ångbastun får det plats max fyra personer, likadant i den vanliga. Duschrummen och bastuarna var fräscha, bubbelpoolen var varm och skön men hade inte så mycket bubblor i sig. Poolen var sval och ca 10m lång. Fanns fina solstolar att sitta i. Många lampor var ur funktion i taket. RUMMET: Helt ok, ganska litet och oansenligt. Hård säng. […] Badrummet var helt ok, bra sprutt på vattnet i badkaret. Fanns plats för ett litet bord och två stolar på balkongen. Gratis wifi på rummet. FRUKOST: Fanns stekt ägg, bacon och småkorvar. Mest vitt bröd, begränsat utbud med pålägg, longlife-mjölk, flingor och små yoghurt-förpackningar. ÖVRIGT: Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Embora o hotel seja antigo, é uma boa opção mesmo pela localização bastante central. No entanto, alguns aspectos necessitam de ser melhorados: as janelas não têm o isolamento adequado (apesar dos vidros duplos) ... com chuva entra água nas calhas e o vento tb se sente no quarto (bem como o barulho)!

Hotellet var helt OK. Et sted å være når man er ute og reiser som dekker det generelle. Det beste er at hotellet ligger sentralt til. Bare fem minutter å gå til sentrum. Det gjør mulighetene lett tilgjengelige. Frokosten var litt ensformig. Savnet tomat, agurk og paprika ol. Det trådløse nettet kunne også ha vært mulig på rommene og ikke bare i hallen […] foran spisesalen. Renheten på rommet var bra. Era la segunda vez que fui a Ponta Delgada y ya conocí la ciudad. Como alquilamos un coche no quería estar en un hotel en las calles estrechas del centro ni en uno en la costa por el tráfico que pasa por ahí continuamente. Desde el Hotel Ponta Delgada uno está en una zona tranquila, está en el centro en diez minutos a pie y cerca del hotel encuentra […] bastante aparcamientos. L'hotel est très bien, mais la chambre avec un lit queensize est en dessous de ce qu'on peut attendre pour ce prix aux açores. Attention, très près de l'aéroport et le matin, on est réveillé par les avions. Personnel peu accueillant.

- Ao fazer o check-in detectamos as seguintes falhas: o hotel contrariamente ao anunciado só tinha 7 lugares de estacionamento o que não foi indicado no contacto telefonico prévio o que para uma disponibilidade de 100 quartos significa nunca haver lugar; neste aspecto a recepção chamou ainda a atenção que habitualmente a policia aparecia na rua 5 minutos […] após as 8 da manhã para iniciar a caça à multa (verificamos mais tarde esse facto); o quarto destinado ficava mesmo em frente dum elevador o que não aceitamos tendo-nos sido dito que só estes quartos (em frente dos 3 elevadores por piso) é que tinham cama de casal (?!); tivemos por isso de escolher um quarto com 2 camas; a água quente falhava sempre durante o banho oscilando bruscamente entre o muito quente e o frio; o ruido do quadro eléctrico era tal que tinha de ser desligado durante a noite; os colchões estavam tão velhos e a desfazer-se que depois do n/protesto vigoroso no outro dia de manhã foram substitui-los; durante a noite havia demasiado claridade dentro do quarto pois a varanda possuia ilumação decorativa que não se apagava durante a noite; finalmente o atitude do pessoal era de quem estava com aspecto muito enjoado de estar a atender clientes. O pequeno almoço era muito pobre mas piorava muito quando se tomasse um pouco mais tarde chegando mesmo a acabar os produtos (isto às 9h00 quando se podia tomar até às 10h30. Helt OK med lite air av gången turistrush. Mycket vänlig och tjänstvillig personal. Rent och snyggt, förvånande inrednningsdetaljer som t.ex. sänglampor i lergods som man nog kan få hjärnskakning av. Vi rekommenderar det gärna för dem som bor lugnt 5 minuter vid sidan om absoluta centrum (i en småstad).

Ideale Lage für den Flughafen - hatte zwei Flüge (einer ganz früh und einer spät) - als Ferienhotel würde ich das Hotel nicht wählen. Preis/Leistung stimmen überein. Moderne Zimmer und grosszüge und moderne "Badestuben". Zuvorkommendes Personal an der Reception.
