Хороший отель с достойными предложениями. Приятный, предупредительный персонал. Средний выбор еды на месте. Wi-Fi хороший. Довольно близко к железнодорожному транспорту, который идет в другие близлежайшие области. Итог: ожидаем, что со временем можно будет нанять такси, чтобы добраться прямо до наиболее стоящих вещей (которых не так много в Дубае).

Я полюбил этот отель! Отель находится рядом с торговым центром. Так что до этого торгового центра добираться менее 5 минут для шопинга, еды и т.д. Сам отель был в высшей степени новым, чистым и хорошо построенным. Понравился номер!!! Также персонал в отеле был самым обходительным из всех, кого я когда-либо встречал, они были открыты для вопросов и […] давали рекомендации насчет местности и достопримечательностей. Я действительно был признателен за их любезность и чувствовал каждую попытку сделать мое пребывание превосходным. Это рядом с метро, так что очень просто добраться из аэропорта до отеля, используя метро. Помните о часах работы метро, поскольку они ограничены, и, в зависимости от расписания вашего полета, вы, возможно, нуждаетесь в такси. Отель находится рядом с метро, рядом с ним шоппинг, рестораны. Отель предлагает выдающиеся номера и прекрасное обслуживание номеров. Я вернусь в следующем месяце в этот же отель. Вам тоже понравится.

Мы останавливались в этом отеле 3 раза. Сейчас мы нашли его чрезвычайно удобным для посещения торгового центра "Mall of the Emirates", а это главное место в Дубае. Единственный реально отрицательный момент касается душевой кабины, так как вода обычно заливала пол в ванной комнате каждый раз, когда душевая кабина использовалась, если вы не очень аккуратны. Также территория бассейна на крыше замечательная, но, скорее, миниатюрная, поэтому лежаки там пользуются большим спросом - нужно поторопиться, чтобы как можно раньше завладеть одним! При этом, персонал отеля очень предупредительный, и охраняемая подземная парковка была удобной. Я очень рекомендую этот отель для всех, приезжающих в Дубай на несколько дней либо по делам, либо для осмотра достопримечательностей, но, возможно, не для тех, кто хочет лежать на солнце весь день! Очень приятный номер для семьи с не менее чем тремя туалетами/ванными. Номер был в виде кривой, очень красиво и нетрадиционно. Замечательное расположение для шоппинга в "Mall of the Emirates", который находится в 5 минутах ходьбы. Хотя, вы должны перейти несколько главных улиц.

Прекрасное обслуживание. Замечательное расположение. Много мест для еды в пределах и за пределами отеля. Торговый центр в пределах пешеходной доступности. Была проблема с диваном. Не хочу думать об этом больше, чем один день.

Nice hotel - well located in the middle of Dubai - I recommend it.

good overall but the rooms are samll for being suits it's more like a hotel rooms. also breakfast was not included in the rate

This hotle has good location but the the bed was small..

I booked this hotel thinking I would have a bit more space for my 5 days stay in Dubai. "Suite Novotel" makes it sound like it is a Novotel but bigger - well its not. Its just a normal hotel room. It might be two feet bigger - less than a meter - but to all extents and purposes, its a normal hotel room. The 'suite' thing they refer to is a sofa/bed […] behind a curtain which you could pull partially across the room at the foot of the bed. I do not think this is useful or practical and certainly does not constitute a 'suite'. The room layout is odd with a separate loo by the door which is so small that the door almost touches the loo as you close it. The bathroom doesn't have a loo but has a good sized shower and bath but very little storage space around the sink. The room was clean but the bathroom was quite grungy with discolored grout and black marks all over the tiles. I had a black hair in the sink one day too which wasn't lovely. Room service came in plastic boxes which was a pretty horrible way to present food - plastic knife and fork too!! The food was actually fine, but the presentation awful. Nice roof top pool and gym, underground parking which was free, no WIFI in the room which is annoying and pretty much unacceptable in this day and age. Cable internet was available in-room but expensive and inconvenient if you have an iPad or any other non cable device ($30 for 24 hours). Great location - walking distance to MoE and close to metro. If you expect a normal hotel room you might not be so disappointed - it is a Novotel - NOT a 'suite'. Подробнее

It was difficult finding a reasonably priced one bed room suite for 3 adults and 2 kids in Dubai. Novotel fit the bill perfectly. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel room in great condition. Very nice experience, highly recommended.

The hotel is relatively new thus, all furnitures and fixtures are working perfectly. Only drawback is their toilet which is separate from the shower area. And when I say separate, I mean it's in a different section of the room. We booked three of their larger suites for 10 days and it was really good value. The rooms are large and clean with a large living room and there are three (!) bathrooms. The only thing we missed for such a large room was a bigger fridge (only the tiny minibar). I travelled here is December with my husband and two children, one aged 3 months the other 3 years. We had a master suite which was a great size for a family. Staff were all really pleasant. The hotel was great. The location was perfect. There is a supermarket, many good restaurants, a clinic, and a pharmacy just across the street. Mall of emarates is a five minute walk away. Good clean, simple hotel, roof top pool area small and can get crowded.

we stayed in this hotel as we had a quick stop over in dubai for 2 days. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Had a late flight and were able to leave our luggage in a secure area. Very nice, large rooms, which easily allowed for the 4 of us to stay and sleep in. Beds were already made up when we arrived and overall the hotel just fitted our short shopping trip to Dubai perfectly.

Hotel rates are very reasonable for it's location near the Mall of Emirates and subway. However, the service could be imporved especially if the hotel is not full on the weekend, they should allow guests to check-in early especially after a red-eye flight.

There are no amenities in the room + Iron, we ordered iron and they supplies it for us after 2 days !!! one day the housekeeping took the towels for cleaning and they leave us without any !! Overall the hotel was not bad especially its price :)

i would recommend improving : the checking in process. Doore access cards keepsk on geting faulty

I guess I should not expect too much for a 3 stars hotel. However my 2 night at the Suite Novotel Mall Of The Emirates I did not get a smile from the counter staff from the day I checked in till the day I checked out. The staff would continue to do their thing at the counter even you are already in front the counter, you would need to make some noise […] before they would look up at you. What was worse about it is that the staff would response by saying "Yes?" instead of "Can I help you" or at least say “hi”. This happened to me and my party 3x when we approached the front desk staff, the only friendly staff there was a tall, slim Chinese looking porter. Now about the room, it was clean and trendy looking but very small there is not much room if you have big luggage. Lastly for me I think having the shower and the toilet separately and at different part of the room was not very convenience. Hotel is only 5 minutes walk from Mall of the Emirates. It is possible even use metro when you first find the way. That is not so easy in Dubai, because the city is designed only for cars. Hotel is located close to majo shopping mall and public transport. Room very modern, clean and comfortable, rooms are spacious.

My wife is disabled. No special arrangements were requested prior to arrival. The hotel reception immediately recognised the needs of my wife and offered special facilities. All the staff, from reception to cleaning staff, the swimming pool attendants and all staff casually encountered were always and without exception very helpful and friendly. Välskött hotell som ligger granne med Mall of Emirates och som dessutom har nära till Metro som tar dig vart du vill i Dubai på kort tid.

Mycket bra läge nära Mall of the Emirates och metron. En bit in i kvarteret så att man slipper värsta trafiken från motorvägen. Gratis buss till stranden. Rena fräscha rum dock ganska hård säng. Vi bodde två vuxna + två barn och det funkade bra. Hjälpsam personal och bra med gratis gästdatorer och wifi.

Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zimmer nett und sauber. Frühstücksraum teilt sich das Hotel mit dem benachbarten Ibis-Hotel . Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig. Für den Preis, kann ich es sehr empfehlen. Wie der Name schon aussagt, es liegt wirklich sehr nahe an der Mall of the Emirates.

Rien de spécial à propos de cet hôtel... Nous avions appelé le room service plusieurs fois vers 23h mais ils ne répondaient pas. La connexion internet coûte 25AED/hr dans les chambres !! Sinon coté proximité, propreté tout était beau.
