Скромный отель, вполне пригодный для недолгого пребывания в Брюсселе. Расположен отлично, в старом городе, на маленькой узкой улице с арабскими кафешками. Видимо, отель принадлежит арабам, и весь персонал отеля тоже арабского происхождения. Интервьеры удивительны и необычны. По отзывам ожидала худшего. Даже готова была поменять отель. Но оказалось ничего […] страшного, жить можно. Скрипучие полы, тонкие стены, сломаные ящики в антикварной мебели - мелкие недостатки. The hotel although being in the city center,was not comfortable. The room was not clean. The bed sheets were not ironed,the room was very small and did not have any sunshine.The rate was very expensive and nothing - except the location- was served in revenge.The soap and shampoo in the bathroom was of bad quality, the carpet was dusty.

I was very unhappy with my room. It was on the first floor and overlooked the street. Extremely noisy with 2 discos across the street that close at 6am. Management told we they would be closing at 1am. Unable to sleep all night. Spoke with front desk after 1am. and they were very apathetic. Would never stay there again.

Positives: The hotel was very centrally located, with easy access to the main attractions of central Brussels. The hotel itself was uniquely decorated. Negatives: The hotel manager refused to accept payment by credit card, resulting in a long walk across town to the nearest ATM. He also refused to adequately explain why, when asked. The manager shrugged, pointed to the stairs, and refused to help her carry a heavy case up what turned out to be around seven flights of narrow stairs. Other staff members were polite, but hardly charismatic. For the high cost of this room, I would have expected some basic amenities in the room (e.g. coffee making facilities). Great location. Very unusual place. Charming. Everything fine but avoid rooms on the street.... Very noisy at night as there are many restaurants and bars along the street. Some double (or even triple !) windows could be used !!! Anyway we enjoyed staying there.

The hotel is very well-located (one block from Grand Place) but I'd suggest checking to see which way your room will face before committing. Our first-floor room faced directly onto the street. I like the quaint hotel, music and antiques all ofer the hallways. the room was comfortable, clean and quiet, because we were facing the back. It was close to tourist things. I would recommend this hotel. The location is fabulous, 2 minutes from the Grand Place and the decor is very interesting: totally tiled, so that you feel you are in a Moroccan palace.

The location could not have been better. Our room was a little small -could only access the bed from one side. Surprisingly, no noise and just a little smell from street eateries. Beautiful hotel and LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!! THIS location was awesome. Loved the design which was Moroccan...Drawback: no air conditioning. I had to open the window in the room in order for ventilation and cool air to enter the room. I am from NYC, and this was not easy for me or my family as the large window was at level with outside patio walkway […] and was afraid that someone would enter the room from the outside and so I "booby trapped" the window just in case. Turned out to be fairly safe. On the first night, I had to yell out the window to youth making excessive noise that we were subject to hear because the window was open. Those guests were from an adjacent hotel, and so there was nothing that the hotel staff could do. Since the Hotel is in an active street with two clubs across the street, one could hear the noise of the crowd which can go on until 3 AM. All this was offset with the location. Rate was great. I would consider two hotels nearby, but I am afraid that the rate would be higher. If you are traveling to various locations and budget mindful, then this may be the best choice. We really liked the bright Moroccan / Arabian Decor. I almost expected a Belly Dancer to appear! Very comfortable room, excellent location in centre of Brussels in a pedestrianised street. Good continental style breakfast.

Well lets say, we did book this Hotel because it was central placed.The day of arrivel we called the reception to advice the arival time, and did ask how close to the Hotel we could park. He replied we could unload by the hotel and park free. When trying to find it, we found out the hotel was located in area where without acces by car. And had to park […] in a parking center which did cost €15 per day. By arriving in the reception, the receptionist didnt put much attention to welcome us, but used his time to chat with ung girls from the street as he just placed the bill in front of us to pay the stay. So a ung not very nice receptionist. Later we fount out that this ung guy each day was the one in the reception and the only one in afternoons, and a older receptionist the same in the daytime - the older receptionist was more friendly towards the guests. The stay was incluted breakfast, which we only did eat the first day, the following 2 days not - never seens so poor breakfast and not possible to order anything ells. The beds was not very pleasent to sleap in. It seems also that they were performing the cleaning themself, the linned was from IKEA and some internal staff which came to clean in the morning. The stay price was medium cheap, so off cause big expectations we didnt have, but overall we would never stay here in the future or recommend.Sorry.... Подробнее

As others have said, very interesting hotel! I am glad to have stayed there and seen it, but I probably wouldn't stay there again. Hole in the wall. Internet was decent. Lobby was nice, but pretty much you get a bed, a couple feet of space, and a bathroom. The room itself is not very mozart like so if youre renting for a mozart experience, hope youre satisfied with the lobby. Kinda was expecting more

Room was too warm at night. Only way to cool it was to open window. breakfast was roll with jam and sweet roll.orange juice, tea or coffee. Would return as economical and decor a must see.

This hotel was very hard to find because most of the surrounding streets were blocked off to automobile traffic. As a tip -- cross the street from the Marriot and walk beside the museum and into Grand Place. Cut over to the diagonal corner of Grand Place and you will find it. You can walk easily to the Grande Place in a couple of minutes. There are lots of good inexpensive restaurants within a few steps. The hotel itself is a curiosity - decor like a Moorish castle. Room was small but clean.

I was told breakwast was served from 7.15. As I had to leave at 715 to take a train the man at the desk said I could have breakfast a few minutes early. When I tried to open the door at 705 it was locked. A lady arrived and said, no, 715 and not a minute earlier. Very poor guest relations!

Good hotel, adequate, safe and well run. Didn't have any problems, would recommend to others. Breakfast was a bit weak with only a croissant, a piece of bread and tea or coffee. Also no wifi in the room, only in the lounge. Overall a good hotel, if I was to go Brussels again, I would pick this hotel again.

You just can't beat this hotel as far as location is concerned, just 100 yards or so from the Grand Place. Awesome. The hotel itself is a little odd, given its name. It actually has a middleeastern decor! We booked a room advertised for four people. The room had a queen size bed, a sofa-type bed ... and a rollaway bed which, once opened, left virtually […] no space for suicases and to move around in the room! Not quite what most people would call a roomfor four guests. The layout of the hotel is rather quirky, as the property combines 2 or 3 houses. and if your room happens to be in the house next door, you go up and down and up and down... The staff were […] very nice a professional, English is no problem. Room: The room I had on the third floor faced the front was very small but workable. Unlike the hotel rooms I had in Paris, this room had a standard size bed NOT two twin individually made beds pushed together. It had a flat screen TV. The bathroom, small but comfortable was nicely done and clean had a shower stall with good flowing hot water. Breakfast: The included breakfast was basic with tea/coffee, breads, Bree cheese and jam. Breakfast was good, would have liked a little more like boiled eggs and some form of meat. Location: The hotel is located only a block and a half from the grand square. It has a great location which is within walking distance to many of Brussels' site seeing locations. CAUTION: the hotel is located on a busy foot traffic only street. There is a club and bar directly across the street that on the two nights I was there (Wednesday and Thursday in late November) had loud customers in the street up until 3:30am. Also, on Thursday morning, a truck came down the road collecting bottles from recycling dumpsters around 6am. It was very very noisy for what seemed 30-40 minutes. Hotel Mozart is in a great location, steps from the grand place, and surrounded by bars and restuarants. The hotel has quite an impact when you first arrive, so many colours and features, and of course, the music! The only drawback is that if you are looking for a quiet night- the hotel is in the middle of a brasserie district and it stays loud until 3 or 4 (so keep your windows closed). Besides that- good location, good price, breakfast, Internet, etc.

Ett hotell med mye rart å se på, har aldri sett maken til origalitet. Frokosten var ikke noe å skryte av, ganske dårlig, men å være der var en opplevelse p.g.a hvordan hotellet var utsmykket på.
