A clean, efficient apartment hotel with secure parking. Our family of four fit nicely, with a separate bedroom with a double bed, and the lounge with roll-out bed. A fully-equipped kitchenette with all you need, and an Aldi/Lidl on the same street about 1 km away next to MacDonalds. A nice clean indoor pool for the kids to swim in was a bonus too. Took […] us just over 5 minutes to walk to the entrance to the old city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even said that although checkout was at 10am, we could leave the car parked there all day and walk into the city again, and use the pool and showers etc after checkout, if we wanted. Very clean and comfortable room with sparkling clean bathoom and very hot water Kitchen within room , fridge, coffee machine hot plate and microwave , Use of small swimming pool sauna and Gym facilities. Only drawback was reception being closed between 12 an 16.00 so you cannot check in between these times. Very close to mediaeval city.

Very pleasant stay. Staff very helpful. Indoor pool was a real plus for October. Really convenient for Le Cité, and the lovely bakery over the road made for a great breakfast. Supermarket and collection of shops just a few minutes in the other direction were also a godsend: managed to get my son's spectacles fixed at 7pm on Saturday evening!

We loved our stay here! Can recommend the two bedroom apartment. It was great to have our own space and a kitchen/dining/lounge room too. And a bath. We didn't have a car, but there was plenty of space for parking. The taxi from the train station was reasonable. Walking distance to the old city, and we actually walked to the new city too. good value for time of year - pool/sauna was included in cost - apartment was clean. Only slight criticism was that our apartment only had a large sofa bed, it looked like others had a proper bed. When we eventually found this Hotel, we could not believe the small sign and must have drove past the same place about 4 times. First thoughts were that it was a weird set up, behind closed in fenced area, but was very safe, did look like a coucil estate area, but the interiors were really very good. Pleasantly surprised by my stay. Not the Ritz, but at the price I paid I wasn't expecting that. Closer to the Old City than I expected. Desk staff very cheerful and helpful. For the cost, standard, and location, excellent value.

More like Uni accomidation. Ideal for a visit to La Cite ( 5-10 min walk) breakfast to expensive at €8.50 , breakfast in the castle is only €5.00.

Enjoyed a most relaxing stay. Great location in a quiet residential area, with plenty of space. So close to the very old town and easy walking to the old town. Apartment exceeded our expectations on size and standard. The staff service was excellent and they went out of there way to help. Stayed two nights but wanted more!

This hotel is about 600 metres walk to La Cite (outstanding) and about 1km walk to the old city. Rooms are well set up with a small functional kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet. Large double glazed doors keep out street noise and the apartments are very secure with roll down shutters on the external windows and a large security gated courtyard. […] It doesn't look great from outside but it all works well in the areas where you live. I left my attaché with my passport, licence etc and my wallet with cash, credit cards etc on the roof of the car and accidentally drove off from the carpark. We arrived to find that the "2" rooms we had booked were a bedroom and a lounge with a pull out bed. No outside play area, pool very crowded. Great location 10mins from cite and 15mins from the main city, small convenience shops 2mins away. Very basic but clean hotel designed to keep you cool only comment would be that there is nowhere really to sit outside, the resaurant had no outdoor tables and the pool didn't either. Kitchen better equipped than we expected.

Hotel was comfortable and had good room for a family of four. Our only criticism was that the dishes did not seem completely clean when we opened the dishwasher containing the dishes used by the previous occupants. Apart from that, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

It was a bit of a pain waiting for the reception to open but staff were friendly and helpful when they arrived at 4.00. Rooms have to be left cleaned - you can pay the hotel to clean for you - bit pricey- or clean it yourselves. High security -electric shutters-doors-gates. Furniture, linen all new. Rooms large. I arrived at 1pm in absolutely torrential rain and of course the reception was closed till 4pm. However a kind hotel cleaner took pity on us and another family who had arrived at the same time and let us leave our luggage in an empty room. When we finally got into the room it was acceptable. However I was sleeping on the pull-out/fold-down part of the sofa bed arrangement and every time I turned over the bed squeaked like mad. Very annoying and not good for restful sleep. The swimming pool was clean. The location of the hotel was ideal for the old walled city but further away from the newer part of town. Very convenient location - lietrally 5 minutes from the walled city. Plenty of space in the room. Staff helpful on arrival. Main problem was inability to hang up towels in bathroon as it was designed to look good rather than be functional.

We chose this quite late on and it was more than adequate. It was very handy for walking to Le Cite and for all the main roads out of Carcassonne.

We were however disappointed to find we had a bed settee set up as our double bed, which, being foam, with a wooden surround, wasn't good. But it remains good value for money. We booked this hotel for 4 nights which became 12 nights due to the Volcano. Very basic accommodation and definitely NO service. We eventually had to ask for clean towels and bed linen and also do all the necessary housekeeping and cleaning. The only implements were a mop with about 6 strings and a bucket and a sweeping brush. Not even a J Cloth! The […] one bedroom apartment had a VERY peculiar layout with no toilet in the bathroom. The toilet was in the entrance hall which meant that although my friend and I had separate rooms, I had to walk through the living area (her bedroom) to go to the toilet and she had to walk through the bedroom to the bathroom to wash her hands! Very odd! Also, there was no shower curtain so the bathroom was flooded every time we showered. Although it had beds for 4 people, the sanitary arrangements were inadequate. However the apartment had a large balcony with a clothes airer, which came in handy when we had to wash our clothes! On the plus side, the apartment block is about 10 minutes stroll to the Porte Narbonnaise. The city was truly wonderful. There is a bus stop across the road for the bus into the bastide although there didn't seem to be any buses at night. There is a bus to the shopping centre at the same side of the road as the apartments and it is possible to catch a bus from there to a country park with lovely walks round a reservoir. I think it is called Carcassonne Plage. A day ticket on the bus is only about 5 euros. Unless we wanted to walk into the Cite (quite expensive restaurants), there was only a pizza restaurant along the road for meals at night. Maybe we stayed out of the main season, but it was fairly quiet overall around the City. The people of Carcassonne were very friendly and eager to help us. Our poor French gave them a giggle, I think, and we had a lovely time. Hotel was ok.check-in starts at 4 pm and our room wasn't ready untill 6 pm so we wnded up in another similar room. Room was clean and nice but furniture and walls looked like they could need some paint.

Appart propre et très fonctionnel, en très bon état et assez grand pour une famille de 5. La proximité immédiate de la cité médiévale de Carcassonne (10 min à pied) est bien pratique. Coin cuisine bien pratique.

Bof, c'est un appartement hotel. Et sincèrement, je trouve la chambre assez gloque. La télé date des années 80, deco à revoir. Pas top du tout. On se croirait dans des apartés pour étudiants. Odeur de serpillère mal rincée... Franchement je n'y reviendrais pas. Par contre la cité n'est pas très loin et ça c'est vraiment top

Appartement très spacieux et correctement équipé (aussi bien pour le couchage que pour le coin cuisine), accueil très sympa. Très bon emplacement pour visiter la cité, ou pour séjourner plusieurs jours en famille. Seul bémol : difficile à trouver car pas de pancartes (en cours d'après ce que l'on nous a dit)

Accrochés par les détails annoncés sur son site, nous avons loué un studio dans cette résidence, Quelle déception ! En fait de WIFI, il n'est disponible qu'à l'accueil, la piscine intérieure, certes gratuite, était froide (digne d'un frigidarium romain !) , le studio donnait directement sur des HLM (?) donc impossible de lever le store et si on tirait […] les immenses rideaux, c'était le noir complet (des voilages seraient bienvenus...), quant au lit, c'était quasiment un lit de camp avec des planches autour du sommier à enjamber pour se lever ! Je suis plutôt indulgent d'habitude mais là, c'est décevant. Seuls points positifs, le studio est très grand et plutôt calme (lorsque la soufflerie de la laverie voisine est arrêtée...), les personnes de l'accueil très sympathiques, l'hôtel dispose d'un parking intérieur sécurisé et la cité de Carcassonne est proche à pied. Lo mejor en nuestra opinión en la tranquilidad. Es perfecto para ir en familia o en pareja en plan de pareja tranquilo. No tiene lujos pero lo que tiene es eficaz y limpio.

La recepción, muy amable, el único inconveniente es que está cerrada de 12 a 16h, y me parece muchas horas y muy tarde para poder instalarte en el apartamento... La gente de la limpieza, muy antipáticos!!! Pero el hotel, en general, es muy cómodo, muy familiar, está al ladito de la Cité y muy agradable para llegar hasta el centro dando un paseo. La cocina está equipada suficientemente ( incluso no haría falta lavavajillas... ) como para poder hacer la cenita, el desayuno,... detrás del hotel hay una panadería y el super está muy cerquita. Type d'hotel qui est une résidence,avec une piscine, un hammam, une salle de gymastique. Etre à moins de 5mn de la cité de Carcassonne, extra, pas besoin de probléme. D'autant que le parking est fermé avec digicode et cerise sur le gateau gratuit. Ette en hotel et libre.
