Хотя таксисты и не смогли сразу найти его, расположен он очень удачно - между историческим центром (Jemaa al Fna, Kutabia, Bahia Palace) и современным центром, включающим вокзал. Отель очень хороший, персонал внимательный и отзывчивый. В номере уютно, есть кофеварка, кодиционер. Поселили в номер раньше зачетного времени, что для нас было очень важным, так как мы устали и нам требовался отдых. Завтраки разнообразные, вкусная еда, фрукты и очень вкусная выпечка. Для нас подушки на кроватях и сами кровати были высоковаты. И, поскольку нас было двое, а кровати стояли "впритирку", то нам было тесновато. Кровати при бронировании позиционировались, как "две односпальные". Не очень чистая сантехника в номере и стулья и столы в ресторане. По стандартам Марракеше это очень приличный отель для деловых людей. Только маленькая плесень в ванной комнате умаляет довольно красивый интерьер - плитка вместо ковра должна быть обязательной в любом месте. Аудиосистема работала безупречно, как и бесплатный WiFi интернет. К кофеварке в номере было приятно прикасаться, хотя и немного дорого в использовании. […] Завтрак состоял из кукурузных хлопьев / кукрузных шариков в шоколаде с молоком, сухих круассанов, оливок, омлета. Выбор тортов, вафель самый большй, который я видел по эту сторону Альп. К сожалению, ничего из этого не взволновало. "Апельсиновый сок" был из противного на вкус концентрата и ни капли апельсинового вкуса. Из других напитков были предложены вода и кофе (из кофеварки Saeco). Расположение отеля - не лучшее - это не медина, но это и не центр нового города, так что вам придется платить за такси или ходить пешком (30 минут до площади Джема аль-Фна), - но квартал довольно тихий и ливанское кафе 50 метров вниз по улице на которой казнили преступников. Я остановился в отеле "Delle Rose" в июне 2011 года. Сам отель очень хороший. Но не связывайтесь с жуликоватыми водителями такси, которые останавливаются на улице. Мы ездили в Марракеше на поезде, до которого около 10 минут ходьбы от отеля. Таксист требовал с нас 100 DH, когда он должен иметь только около 5 - 10 DH. И есть еще хорошая компания, которая […] предлагает автобусный тур по городу на 48 часов по цене около 150 DH на человека. Тур проходит в течение всего дня по городу с подробным осмотром всех достопримечательностей. Поэтому мы использовали этот тур для того, чтобы осмотреть город. Разрешается входить и выходить в любом месте, пока вы едете, в течение 48 часов. При выписке с нас потребовали огромую плату за 8-ми минутный телефонный звонок в другое государство. Так что дешевле купить телефонную карту и использовать только таксофон для звонков. Завтрак был гораздо лучше, чем я ожидал. Легкая музыка живого музыканта была очень приятная. Разочарован в отеле четыре звезды. Номера очень маленькие и рано утром команда уборщиков поднимает сильный шум. Менеджером совершенно недоволен. Не буду рекомендовать, если Вы захотите остановиться в 4 или 5-звездочных отелях. Еда паршивая!

Немного разочаровывает, когда люди на стойке регистрации и консъерж показывают, что вы их беспокоите. Удобного в отеле было много, хорошие места, чтобы поесть недорого. Good value and convenient but the service was generally poor. I'd thought breakfast was included with my room (it's possible this was my mistake when I booked as there was nothing on my confirmation to say it was included, so I couldn't really argue) but anyway, I ended up paying for breakfast. For some reason the charge for this couldn't be added to […] my bill, so every morning I was fumbling for change at different times during the meal (basically, whenever they decided it was convenient for them). Then they started whipping the dishes away before I'd even left, and the coffee was cold. The fitness facilities/pool aren't nearly as good as they seem either - and that was one of the reasons I chose that hotel. I had to pay city taxes when I left, which I also hadn't been expecting. The hotel facilities were very good,and the location ,only problem was that the rooms were not clean adequately .there was a lack of vacum cleaners and water.

Really clean. Very modern. Very nice staff. 5 min taxi ride from old city. Great Wifi access. Nice staff. Only downside is the few hours of noise at night from nightclub in basement of hotel.

i give the hotel 3-4 star...... not 5, so not bad at all.

I really enjoyed my 6 days at this hotel. I found the location convenient to both old and new parts of the city. I especially enjoyed the Marrakesh Film Festival which was held at the palais de congress. My only complaint was the expensive and unpalatable hotel food. The staff were friendly and helpful.

An excellent hotel ideally located to get and about in Marrakech. Reception staff and Marketing manager were exceptional - they could not do enough for you. The breakfast buffet is very limited when it comes to variety. Also the toilet in my room needed some maintenance. Overall, this is a very good value for money hotel especially when it is close to Marrakech center (Djame El Fna) where all the action is.

Friendly staff, good restaurant, walking distance to atractions, but if you need big swimming pool under the sun, there are much better choices in the city.

The hotel surpassed our expectations...even though they were undergoing some construction to upgrade their spa facilities. The front desk staff were very helpful to us; they helped us locate a neighborhood restaurant, a driver to take us on two excursions outside of the city, and a pharmacy. The room was clean and the cleaning staff did a great job […] at replenishing our towels, toilet paper, and making up our beds. There was an espresso coffee machine in our room, but you have to buy your own coffee to use it. The breakfast buffet was perfect for our needs (the coffee is weak, but I found it this way all over Morocco). We did not use the spa facilities, so I cannot comment on that. Having WiFi in our room was important to us. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the Medina, or you can take a petit Taxi and be there fast. The overall experience at this hotel was very good for us. Good English speaking staff as well as fluent in French. They advised us of a bonus 30 min spa or hamman, which we weren't expecting. Rooms were perfect, clean and smell free. Breakfast which was included was also ok.

The staff were very helpful. The location is excellent for walking to and from both the new and old parts of the city. The breakfast was excellent loads of choices. We had dinner at the hotel once we were not impressed but not to be concerned there are loads of excellent places to eat near by. We would definitely stay here again.

I had great expectations for this hotel based on many positive reviews. My experience, which I hope was a fluke, was very disapointing. First, the room given was still dirty as if someone had just checked out and no one was aware of this. Then a second room that was given to me had a sliding glass door that opened up to a common terrace shared by many […] other rooms but the door would not lock, after arguing with the front desk they agreed to clean the first room. The free wi fi available in the room(the main reason I picked this hotel)was not available for 2 days. The cleanliness of the room overall was not good, with dust covering the chairs and desk. The complimentary breakfast buffet was supposed to start at 6 a.m. and although the breakfast room was open, it was hardly ready to accept guests as it was not fully setup until after 7. Stayed here on 2 seperate occasions when i went to Morooco recently. On arrival at the hotel i was checked in quickly and taken to our room which was nice and big with a kitchenette. The second time i checked i had a problem with the room due to the TV not working and i was quicly moved to another room. The hotel itself is perfect for a weekend in Marrakesh. […] It is 20 mins walk to Djemma El Fna. However, I had some trouble getting taxis to there as they did not seem to know where it was. El hotel está muy bien situado en una zona muy tranquila junto al Real Club de Tenis, con cafeterias y restaurantes muy a mano. El personal muy atento, amable y educado. La única pega es que el hamman o el jacuzzi no fueran gratuitos, ya que a la piscina que sí que lo es, le da la sombra todo el dia.

Hotellet er ikke så fint som bildene tilsier. Det er ikke lov å ta med mat kjøpt utenfor hotellet. Det har jeg aldri opplevd før. Kaldt gulv på badet.
