Номера старенькие, но просторные и имеется все что нужно для жизни. Самое главное, что то него вечером легко дойти и до торговых центров, кафе, массажных.

Отель когда-то наверное был хорош, но сейчас состояние номеров не радует, номера обшарпанные, постельное белье показалось вообще как будто не стиранным. Смотрели 3 номера, кстати меняли номер без проблем - просто подошли на ресепшн и сказали что не нравится номер и так два раза - персонал вполне дружелюбен. Особенно в плохом состоянии номера для курящих. […] В целом номера по удобству неплохие, в номере есть всё необходимое (холодильник, сейф, фен, мыло/шампуни и прочее, одноразовые тапочки). Расположение отеля неплохое если Вы любите бурную жизнь на улице, очень много людей на улице вечером - слишком туристическое место (куча зазывал на массаж и прочие "удовольствия"), нам именно этим район и не понравился. Но очень не плохое транспортное расположение - в 5-7 минутах пешком две разные ветки "метро", очень удобно так как во второй половине дня-вечером на машине по городу передвигаться вообще не возможно - безумные пробки. С едой проблем нет - выбор как от довольно дорогих ресторанчиков на самом Bintang в переулках в сторону PantipPlaza (в нем кстати тоже есть рестораны), так и дешевых местных (в основном китайских) уличных забегаловок на параллельной "едальной" улице Jalan Alor. Но нам больше всего понравился уличный китайский ресторанчик (вкусно, дешево (на двоих 14 рингит) и без последствий для желудка) прямо напротив одного из выходов из PantipPlaza. Кстати PantipPlaza - цены просто безумные, даже после торга цена больше чем в Москве (особенно на фототехнику и оптику, прочую атрибутику для фото - однозначно дешевле в Бангкоке, хотя и там дороже чем в Москве). Также в районе много торговых центров с одеждой, но про цены ничего сказать не могу - не ходили. Итог - мне кажется при всех плюсах отель не стоит таких денег. Подробнее

Номер, в котором я остановился, был очень скучен и стар. У воды был резкий, неприятный залах. Оборудование и услуги были плохими и не соответствовали стандартам. Расположение отеля - хорошее, в шаговой доступности - множество крупных торговых комплексов и ресторанов. В общем, это был ночлег, но никак не звёздный отель...

Хотя в отеле и поддерживается в общем-то идеальная чистота, он потерял для меня свой 4-звёздочный статус, поскольку уровень предоставляемых услуг снизился, а обстановка в номере устарела. Шланг у душа подтекал, унитаз сломан, а фена вообще не было. Работники отеля исправляют дефекты только после звонка на ресепшн. Заявки на пропавший фен отправлялись […] ежедневно, но старшая горничная так и не смогла найти ему замену. Мебель в номере была старая, обшарпанная, и вообще, её уже пора было менять. За трое суток нашего существования в этом отеле мы сменили 3 номера, и во всех были клопы. Как только мы выключали свет, они выползали и бросались на нас. Когда мы говорили об этом горничным, их лица оставались невозмутимыми, как будто говоря: "Подумаешь! Они у нас везде!" До сих пор зудит.

Мы продлили наше пребывание в Куала Лумпуре в отеле "Royale Bintang" до 3-х дней и 2-х ночей. Мы забронировали номер люкс на двоих в этом отеле через интернет. Мой сын присоединился к нам в самую последнюю минуту и захотел, чтобы в номере была ванна. Сотрудники ресепшна поменяли нам номер безо всякой доплаты. В отеле мы заказали завтрак на двоих. […] Весь завтрак стоил нам 28 малазийских долларов (только еда). Отель находится в восьми минутах ходьбы от Berjaya Times Square, где мы должны были сесть на автобус, чтобы ехать к себе домой. Отель удобно расположен: рестораны и магазины - рядом. Остановились в отеле Royale Bintang на две ночи. Поразило очень удачное местоположение отеля: в самом центре Bukit Bintang и окружён торговыми аутлетами, такими как Lot 10 и The Pavilion. И всё это буквально 5 минутах ходьбы! Бонусом оказалось то, что я забронировал себе очень хороший номер, но у них таких не было свободных, и они меня вселили в люкс. […] В отеле тихо и спокойно, несмотря на то, что находится он в самом центре города. Отель находится в двух шагах от торгового мегакомплекса. Ресторан, хорошее обслуживание, чистота в номере, приветливый и готовый прийти на помощь персонал. Заплаченные деньги окупаются с лихвой.

The hotel is located in Bukit Bintang which is really close to a lot of the shopping and easy to get to other locations. The staff were very helpful.

Overall good standard.

The hotel is good value for money for the location and the size,but the hotel really need to be renovated,look very old already.This time my stay a bit disappointed if compare to last trip which i stayed with the same hotelroom,deluxe room.

We arrived at the Royale Bintang at 1930, after a very long day, only to be told that there were no rooms available, and that we should go and have a drink as the rooms would not be ready for another 60 minutes! After making a fuss, we were assigned a room after 35 minutes waiting, however it was a smoking room, and the room, and indeed the whole floor, […] smelt very strongly of smoke. The room was big, but in urgent need of updating; the carpet was marked (indeed one of the marks was sticky), the shower was mouldy, and the bed linen reeked of smoke. As we were hungry (it was 2015 by this point) we made the best of it and began to get showered and changed, only for us to hear the door, and another guest walk in! They were as apologetic as we were embarrassed and we immediately called reception to complain. They were not apologetic, and said that they thought we had been moved to another room! We asked to be moved to a non-smoking room, and they said that there would be one available when we got back from dinner. The hotel is on quite a seedy street, however nearby we found some nice bars and restaurants. On returning to the hotel, we were unsurprised to find no trace of a new room, and were told that we would have to go back and ask the following day- not much use to us as we were (thankfully) only staying for one night. The breakfast the following day was ok; fresh eggs and roti, but most things were of poor quality and had run out of most things (pastries, fruit) by 9am. We had previously stayed at the sister hotel, the Royale Chulan, which was fantastic, but a bit further away from then nightlife, hence why we booked this hotel. We will never return! First impression of this hotel is great. Right on the main Bukit Bintang 'main street' and close to lots of the shopping areas. Lobby is also well presented and staff was friendly indeed, some of them perhaps too friendly (e.g we seek some few options of travel by taxi and the cost given were perhaps a bit too 'wishful thinking' ). Like many other reviewers, the walkway on the floor levels definitely were indeed due for a clean. While I wouldn't consider them bad at all, they were smells of old wet carpets (due to the humidity and lack of steam clean). The bedroom however, weren't affected by any smell. very neat and tidy and comfy beds. Quiet as well , considering other cheaper hotels can have paper thin walls on such a lively street. The pools looked clean but a bit small for a real swim. more a lap / relaxing pool. The gym equipment weren't new for sure, but relatively lots of choices, and maintained well for its age, and quite impressed overall. Free wifi was definitely a bonus. Подробнее

We stayed 2 nights and upon check-in the water got chocked in the shower...got to change room, waited abt 2 hrs. Then the bedside lighting doesn't work in our new room...I think its time they renovate and re-mantain the whole facilities. Carpets also look very worn out and some even had patches on them. Check-out was slow as they only have 2 staff working […] at the counter. We won't recommend this hotel to friends but if you're looking for convenient location to nearby shopping and no fuss in room facilities, then its still bearable. The location of hotel is very central, but hotel needs a major touch up painting, re-carpeting. Breakfast have same items everyday. There are better hotels around but don't know the price.

It was my first time staying in Hotel Royale Bintang, despite going to KL often. I would say this hotel is worth staying in if you are not looking for luxury stay, and if you are just looking for a decent place to bunk in. Good location. Bad - shower pressure was very weak and temperature control was faulty, condition remained despite several feedback.

- Room was neat - Massage area @ L3 was very comfy, one of the masseuse was very helpful & attended to our request that goes above our expectations. - Hotel staffs very helpful with our queries

Check-In system needs to upgrade as guest needs to wait for 25 mins to be check in and more staff needed during peak period. Have to wait for nearly 2 hrs after check in for my room to be ready. Hope to see improvements on my next visit to hotel. Thanks

The hotel is no-where a 4 star as it claims - average sized room and bathroom was not good at all. The location is good and close to shopping malls and train station

The hotel offers large comfortable rooms at a good price in a great location for restaurants and public transport. The gym is also good. Drawbacks are: Staff are overstretched at times, though friendly. Breakfast is overcrowded by tour groups. Although lobby is nice the upper floors are in need of redecoration.

We chose this hotel cause is convience to all shopping centre and also the monorail which brings u to all the sightseeing places like Twin Tower. We had a nice room with the view of the TT. I stayed two nights and enjoyed the time. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. The location is wonderful to see the inner city of KL. I walked everywhere I wanted to see. The elevated monorail station is also quite close for connection to anywhere in the city including the trains to and from the airport.

Good quality comfortable hotel, pool and rooms were clean. Hotel is centrally located, close to shops. Buffet breakfast satisfactory but could do with a variety of fresh fruit.

The hotel is overrated. There is no way it is a 4 star hotel; accordingly, it is not worth 4 star prices. The carpet is worn and the rooms need upgrading. The location is excellent!

Generally the hotel is located in a good location for the places that I need to visit. For the price and the requirements that I need, things like free wifi...it is good. It gives me a pleasant stay. However, the security of the building will be an issue. Anyone can access the hotel rooms. The door-locked doesn't work perfectly. I remembered that when […] I told the receptionist that there's problem with my card access to the hotel room door, she just change the card for me without clarifying my particulars for the room. The Hotel rating is suppose to be 4 Star however i will give it a 31/2 star. The service staff and housekeeping staff are excellent. The excellent selling point of the Hotel will be the fantastic location it is locate. Near Shopping malls and food street. Overall the experience is good and memorable.

I like the fact the wifi is free throughout my stay. Staff is helpful and friendly. Location is so central to major eateries and shopping centres. The only minor issue is the constant traffic congestion of road outside the hotel.

Hotel location is excellent, but needs some renovation and more cleanliness. Breakfast is too crowdy and soemtimes you have to wait 10-15 minutes to get a table. Would help if a bigger room could accomodate breakfast. Personnel is very helpful and nice. Rooms are OK but there was a peculiar smell which can be quite uncomfortable.

Hotel needed a little attention- a little dirty. But the location made up for it. one street across turns into a food market after 5pm- great meals and beer for dirt cheap! Would stay again.

the Royale Bintang was a good hotel in good location. Breakfast was good but crowded. The hotel was full every night we were there. The hotel staff were very helpful particularly for tours or advice. I would stay here again. The location for us was perfect.

The hotel is in a good location for shopping and lots of hawker food. Our first room was o.k. for the money we paid. We asked for an upgrade and ended up a few floors higher in a really nice room. Same sized room but cleaner and with better ammenities and nicer view of the Petronas Towers and K.L. tower.

ホテル自体は新しくはありませんが、部屋は広いし、それなりに清潔です。ただ、日本人でナーバスな方は、バスタブについては、不平をもたれるかも知れませんが、ミネラルウォーターは３本くれるし、私はコストパフォーマンスは十分だと思いますよ。朝食も並ぶこともまったく有りませんでした。ブキビンタンの中心街にあるので、どこに行くにも便利です。すぐ横にコンビニもあります。

Déception au niveau de l'hôtel. Hôtel vieux pour un tel nombre d'étoiles. De plus, beaucoup de nuisances dûs à des travaux de réhabiliation des chambres. Donc séjour très bruyant. Dommage.

此飯店位於金三角精華區中,附近要逛街飲食購物及交通均十分方便,目前飯店有再做更新的動作,感覺上比以前更乾淨 舒適了,下次到吉隆坡還是會選擇

酒店附近是亞羅食街,這點十分之讚! 鄰近monorail,酒店也很舒適,但浴室花灑水壓很慢,酒店內的rimba spa也不錯.

モノレールのインビ駅にも近く、周辺には多くのお店があり、困ることはないと思います。 しかし、デラックスのカテゴリーだったのに、バスタブがなかったのには、驚きました。 スーペリアで十分だと思います。

建物が古かったけど、掃除が行き届いていた。スタッフの対応もとてもよかった。無線LANが無制限に利用できたことと、駅や屋台街やショッピングセンターに近かったことがとても便利だった。 ただ、シャワーのお湯が出なかったことがとても残念だった。
