As a solo male pensioner wanting a cheap week in the winter sun I found this hotel ideal. It was close to the airport (10 minutes by cab) and a short... walk from a very large/clean beach. Ideal to walk off any meal. I did not want to cook for myself so opted for the all-inclusive package. That was a mistake because it results in a definite tightening of the belt after a week of a plentiful variety and amount of tasty food three times a day plus all the drink you can imbibe. On reflection half board would have been more than sufficient since there was a free snack bar in the pool bar during the day. I found all the staff friendly and helpful; the only drawback/precaution being that you had to leave a personal item on the table to ensure it wasn't cleared between courses and other people in residence as the staff were somewhat over eager in clearing the dirties! This reflected the cleanliness of the hotel overall - no mess anywhere. The guests were mainly pensioners with just a sprinkling of families/younger people. There was a programme of entertainment for all ages all day plus a games room/creche for youngsters. On the down side the restaurant is two rather large noisy back to back halls so not ideal for an intimate meal for two ; the English speaking channels on TV are very limited and my room safe was not large enough to take an Ipad.
