Отель в Майами был отличный, там мы с моим мужем почувствовали себя как звёзды… Каждый вечер там устраивают резвлечения, все были дружелюбны… Наконец, там очень чисто…

Прекрасный отель и место! Однако были два случая, когда нас не обслужили на стойке регистрации! Мы звонили 4 раза, чтобы принесли адаптер! Нам ни разу не звонили о задержке заказа, и так и не принесли его! Сама работаю в гостиничной индустрии и знаю, что эти маленькие отказы в обслуживании оставляют длительное впечатление! Вырос в Южном Майами и знаю Южный берег достаточно хорошо, как здорово провести время, зажигая на сцене в Центре Южного Берега! Прекрасный бассейн, немыслимо дружелюбный персонал (тут оксюморон) и очень приятная обстановка/дизайн номеров, открытых пространств и всего отеля. Никогда, ни в каком другом месте больше не остановимся!

Прекрасный отель с ислючительно приветливым персоналом. Завтраки в ресторане нормальные. Мы ели там только один раз, так что я не могу оценить ужин. До пляжа надо немного пройти пешком, я рекомендую взять на прокат скутер, поноситься вокруг города… очень весело!

Только похвалы и никаких жалоб. В отеле всё в полном порядке. Это место, в котором нужно остановиться. Служащие были отличные, обслуживание номеров было отличное, наружный персонал был отличный, и ресторан "Asia DeCuba" был изумительный. Одним словом, я даю 5 звёзд.

Это очень хороший отель, но у него слишком современный дизайн, что совсем не в моём вкусе. Везде холодные строгии линии. Это очень привлекательный и очень южный берег, но я предпочитаю стиль, который так же очень привлекателен (возможно привлекательнее), но в котором больше ощущения живой природы. "Mondrian" отличный, как отель, где люди развлекаются […] по выходным, и совсем не близко к пляжу. Мы на пляж ездили на машине, другой вариант - такси. Great hotel, great service. My only complaint is that the hotel is NOT on the beach. As a frequent visitor to South Beach, this is not a problem, however I was reassured (more than once) that we would have full access to the Delano facilities (another Morgans Group Hotel right on Collins). This was certainly not the case. I am not sure if the staff […] at the Delano was not aware of this, or the staff at the Mondrian was mistaken, but I had the hardest time walking into the pool area to just use the restroom. Granted, you have full access to the Delano beach, but still, when your hotel is a 10 minute cab ride away, you'd think they'd let their sister hotel guests into the hotel. Excellent hotel with really good service. Location is OK but everything else about the hotel is spot on!

The outdoor pool is fantastic. The outdoor part of the restaurant has very friendly servers and great atmosphere. Food is good, not great. It's a bit pricey for the quality. For one meal, I had the Cod and beans of which the beans tasted awful and the cod was only about 2 oz. The one bedroom suite was very spacious, however, not very warm or inviting. […] The living room area seems like a set to be used for photo shoots but is not a place you want to hang out.The kitchenette was nice, however is not set up to be very efficient, as everything is hidden in strange places. The bedroom too was not very inviting and the bed was a tad uncomfortable. There is no counter space whatsoever in the bathroom so be ready to just keep everything on the floor. We were upgraded to the bayview suite with balcony. The view is absolutely fantastic. The pool is beyond comparison. The only thing that I found disturbing for the room is on the wall behind TV there is a giant note says "termite"...

As advertised.. Really nice pool and sitting area over seeing the water. Good food, at what you expect to pay. Rooms are comfy and stocked. Lots of phony people roaming around but its worth it. Close to MIA and Cruise Terminal.

Stayed twice in one week. Will definitely return. Staff is great! Pool party on Sunday should have started on time and miusic could have been louder, but not a big issue. Room upgrade was perfect!

When we called to complain about the tile work (wet saw cutting tile, pounding, loud conversations among workers, etc) happening on the floor above us, we were told that the top level is condos, not hotel, and that the unit owners can make all the construction noise they want during the day, weekdays.

Brilliant hotel, the great location. Unbelievable atmosphere. Definitely not one for the family. Only downside has been I have found an unauthorised charge on my credit card after checking out for a bottle of patron which was open in my mini bar when we checked in. I even notified reception 5mins after checking in.

The hotel is actually very nice. If customer service was as nice as the hotel, it would be one of the best hotel. It was like it wasn't part of the staffs' culture to be nice with people. It was a 1-star hotel customer service. the doors allow noise to be heard from outside easily. Good price though for such a big hotel.

I like the hip factor and right on the water, but it was quite expensive to entertain there.. We had lunch Cuban Sandwich, Salad and two drinks.. Almost 100 dollars with tip.. So, I took my clients out to other restaurants in the area. The Mondrian was a beautiful hotel. The room was immaculate, and just gorgeous. The front desk staff was very good. The front desk staff allowed us to check in early, and were very courteous. However.... We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant (I believe it's called Asia de Cuba). The server there charged us for coffee ($6) even though it came with […] my meal. I complained about it, and the server argued back at us and refused to take off the charge because my partner drank the coffee! I finally had to ask for the supervisor, who took off the charge. Also, when we were hanging out at the pool, we tried to order bottles of water ($11 each), and the cocktail waitress would keep passing us up and not bring our water. She finally looked at us and said, "oh yeah, your water." But she went around serving everyone else's drinks and we waited for another 30 minutes, but never got our water.... There are a bunch of superficial party people there, but the hotel itself is really nice. I heard in some people's reviews that it was noisy, but we did not have that problem. Whoa Hotel, if you are into design you will enyoy this hotel. Beatiful Lobby and pool area, Our room was huge, full kitchen, living with plasma tv, great bathroom, although shower was not very clean.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel and love it. The suites are very large, modern and comfortable. Lovely hotel but greatly overpriced. Evenings get very noisy. Staff very friendly but not much follow through. The front desk took information and promised someone would get back to me ASAP, but nobody ever did.

The Big Problem was the $37 per night parking fee even on a weekday. A friend came by to invite me to breakfast at the hotel. He had to pay the $37 valet parking fee even though we spent over $45 for breakfast at the hotels restaurant. My guest had breakfast and left for work but still had to pay the $37 parking fee. My boyfriend and I were very impressed with the architecture and design of the hotel. the amenities were amazing especially the gym and the pool. They had a pretty cool pool party thing going on that our friends joined us for, however, we did have some difficult time catching someone to get us towels and the food we ordered by the pool took some time […] to come. however if like me you expect some peace and quiet in your room at night I suggest you DON'T stay here. The Mondrian seems to attract a clientele that is of the pretentious, party-all-night, Hip-hop star wannabee kind. My family unfortunately landed a room next to one of these types and on the first night was kept up for over an hour with very loud […] partying that sounded like it was in my actual room (poor insulation) the second night there was screaming and shouting that went on for an hour in same room which woke up all from sleep at 3am! Calls to front desk resulted in a slow response from security and 2 sleepless nights for me, my husband and small child. The only compensation offered was a free night which after this experience I would not accept a free week! When asked if we could purchase a small glass of milk for our toddler (something that is free at the Ritz or Marriott) the bar staff said they couldn't accomodate and we would have to pay $8 for it & have delivered by room service!! Last time I checked you could buy 3 gallons of milk for this price - ridiculous. If hotels like the Mondrian don't want to service people correctly that book through Hotels.com then they shouldn't offer rooms through this service. it's as if they consider you a lower class client - I for one consider getting a good nights sleep a basic requirement and will be sticking withh Ritz or Marriott going forward. The hotel's decor is so cool that your never bored. We had a terrific stay. They upgraded us to a suite at no charge on top of the tiny price we paid through Hotels.com. Definitely will go back.

Overall an good hotel and what one would expect from a Mondrian hotel (although, I am yet to be fully convinced about whether Mondrians are value for money). Nice large rooms. 2 caveats: (1) I found the food (for its price) in Asia de Cuba a little bland. Halve the price and no complaints. (2) They advertise that you can use the pool and beach […] facilities of the other two hotels in the group on South Beach (the Shore Club and the Delano) - this is not the case and we received contradictory explanations varying from we can't use them to yes, you can but it'll cost you $20 per lounger and $20 per umbrella - remarkable. I have been to South Beach many times and always stayed on Ocean Drive. But after staying at the Mondrian there is no question about where I will stay in the future!!
