UR Palacio Avenida - Пальма-де-Майорка

Расположение - лучше не придумаешь. В город было просто попасть, рядом вокзал и основные автобусные маршруты, включая аэропорт. Персонал не мог бы быть более вниательным. Одно из предложений - поставьте в номера все для чая и кофе.

Мы были здесь один день и одну ночь, прежде чем сесть в поезд на Сольер, где мы проводили оставшуюся часть отпуска. Отель выглядит старым, но он слегка обновлен, чтобы быть более современным. Довольно эклектичный дизайн в лобби-баре и ресторане. Номера современные, чистые и функциональные, хорошие туалетные принадлежности. Мы приехали из аэропорта очень […] рано в 10 утра и думали, что мы оставим наш багаж до регистрации в 3 часа, но нам любезно сообщили, что мы можем подняться в номер, так как он готов, это было славно. Когда мы вернулись в Пальму в конце нашего отпуска, то мы планировали провести день, осматривая достопримечательности, перед тем как сесть в самолет в 11 вечера. Мы не смогли найти работающего места, где можно было бы оставить багаж после 7:30 вечера, поэтому мы довольно нахально пошли в этот отель, надеясь, что они вспомнят, что мы жили тут несколько дней назад и, к счастью, они вспомнили, и позволили оставить наши сумки на целый день, мы это действительно оценили. Место очень удобное, рядом со станцией на Сольер и главым вокзалом Пальмы, а также остановкой автобусов до аэропорта. Всего 10 минут ходьбы до самого живописного района и Старого города. Обязательно поселимся здесь из-за удобства расположения, однако ради атмосферы и морских видов, лучше селиться где-то в Portixol, это в 5 минутах на такси. Подробнее

Я побывала во многих отелях в Европе и не почувствовала, что это был четырехзвездочный отель. Номер крошечный, даже по европейским стандартам. Нет ни кресла, ни даже стола. Только очень маленький столик с двумя стульями. Телевизор можно смотреть только с кровати. Сейф не работал, им потребовалось два дня, чтобы предоставить нам другой номер. Нам предоставили номер для курящих, и сказали, что это из-за нашего опоздания (Мы бронировали номер для некурящих)! Мы пожаловались и, наконец, получили другой номер, видимо последний. В нем что-то подтекало, все остальное было ОК, кроме того, мы так вымотались, что нам было все равно, тем более, что он был для некурящих! Очень удобно добираться до поездов, автобусов и т.д. Из аэропорта поезжайте на маршруте №1, который за 2 евро довезет вас до площади Испании. В 10-15 минутах ходьбы от исторических достопримечательностей. Наш номер был очень просторный и современный, а завтрак хороший. Кровать была не самая удобная

Были 5 суток, и я оценил бы наше пребывание, скорее как удовлетворительное, а не хорошее. Хотя расположение отеля и качество номера хорошие, отелю не хватает характера, а персонал этому не способствует. Больше для бизнеса, чем для отдыха.

Стильный отель в центре города Пальма, всего в нескольких шагах от станции Сольер. Дружелюбный персонал, а также, что очень важно для велосипедистов, склад, где можно на ночь поставить велосипеды.

Wow, it's soooo easy to find it out. You can go downtown by walk and go anywhere by bus almost in front of this hotel. (There is a bus/train station within 5 minutes to walk.) Friendly staff and perfect location. You can really enjoy palma and other cities in Mallorca.

This was a good hotel for us to stay at. Very close to transportation and food stores.

The hotel is in a very convenient location with easy transport links to both the airport and the rest of the island. The hotel itself was ok but I have stayed in better quality hotels in Palma which are regarded in the same category as the Palacio Avenida. Though the staff were helpful and friendly. The room, whilst being comfortable, could do with some redecoration as the trouble with an all white room it does show up scuff marks and staining on walls and surfaces. Though the hotel is very modern the facilities were not great. Room was not the cleanest although the bed linen and towels were very satisfactory. Dirty marks on walls and blinds were torn. Toiletries were not replaced and had to be asked for. Staff were helpful and polite.

This is a very clean modern hotel next door to the train station and within easy walking distance of the old town. Staff are very friendly. I did inform them of an apparent leak in their bathroom, which they seemed to take seriously. One small issue was the lack of a normal shower (there was a hand-held variety).

Really enjoyed staying at the UR Palacio Avenida. One great perk is the breakfast - Fabulous choices that get you filled up and going for the rest of the day. Rita, a young lady working at the front desk was also pretty impressive. She knew where everything was in the city and provided great advice on what the see and do. The hotel was excellent! Very clean, modern & comfortable. Room was very quiet - the windows fully blocked out any traffic noise when closed. Reception staff were multi-lingual, and very helpful. Bathroom was a bit weird, but completely functional (bit space age!). very small room (#1802), but it was very clean & very quiet, nice hot shower, flat screen, free wifi. right on the edge of old town, 5 min walk to plaza major, adjacent to train to soler.

This hotel has only been built for a couple of years and has tried to be a bit too trendy for a hotel. The bathroom is an example, it would probably work in a private house where you have the time to figure it out but not in a hotel. Smallish, mainly business type hotel; spotless; lovely staff; good rooms; very good breakfast. 5 minutes walk from bus/train station - almost next to two of Palma's top restaurants.

An ideal hotel and location for a long weekend in Mallorca's capital city. The No.1 bus from the Airport drops you off outside the hotel. Check-in was a breeze, Queen sized room was clean (although should have asked for non-smoking room), contemporarily decorated and a good size. We had an internal room, good soundproofing even though there wasn't much […] noise. Agree with comment re shower, bathrooms are clean and good spec, large bath but no shower on the wall has to be held by hand. For the ladies (and men) proper hairdryers and good toiletry selection. We didn't go for the breakfast option, and chose instead to eat in local places (also cheaper). Close to the shops, 10-15 minute walk to the harbour area, but this allows for you to do explore the backstreets and find some good bars and restaurants along the way. Even though this is by the station and there may be a few odd characters looming around, it added character. Well-lit streets so felt safe at all times. Good transport links, ideal for going to Soler or other areas. We also caught a football game. This hotel is overrated. I stayed there for one week at the beginning of July, and I was not very impressed with the hotel amenities compared to North American standards. The wireless internet connection is very slow and it's complimentary (not free). Only 24 hours of internet access valid for 5 days are given for free, and I was unable to access my […] email after the 5th day even though I still had some time left. There are many internet cafes around the area of the hotel, where you can access internet for less than €1 an hour. Cons: 1) the breakfast buffet is overpriced (€12) and it's mainly carbohydrates. You can have a nice breakfast for only €5 at the cafeteria (called seis estaciones) next to the bus station. 2) The shower head is very inconvenient and you need to hold it with one of your hands to take a shower. 3) The water gets all over the bathroom floor when taking a shower. 4) When getting off the elevator, I had to walk through a dark corridor where the lights are turned on via motion sensors but sometimes these sensors don't detect the motion. Pros: 1) The location is very convenient next to the bus stop from/to the airport (airport bus fare costs €2 each way, and it takes about 15 min to get to the hotel/airport). 2) I was given a room in the back of the building, so I didn't hear any traffic noise from Plaza d'Espana. 3) The metro/bus/train stations are right next to the hotel, and the old train to the town of Soller is also next to the hotel. 4) There are so many shopping stores around the area, including El Corte Ingles (Spain's largest department store chain). 5) Almudaina Palace and the beach are 15 min walk from the hotel. 6) There is a nice family-run restaurant located in a street behind the hotel, and the food was very delicious (particularly seafood) and not overpriced (~€12 for lunch menu). This was my 2nd stay at this Palacio Avenida and was even better than the first time. The hotel is situated in the middle of Palma on Plaza de Espania which houses Palma's main bus and train station, so ideal if you're relying on public transport to get around. We arrived by bus from the airport and found that the stop was alongside the hotel. The hotel is on a busy dual carriageway at the edge of Plaça d'Espanya but the double glazing and air conditioning make it very peaceful. Very clean, modern and well staffed hotel right in the best place for business, shopping and sightseeing in Palma city.

Arriving at the hotel late in the evening we were greeted by a german receptionist who made us feel very welcome. He was extremely helpful giving a map of the area and advise on train times to Soller. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and offered value for money although tea/coffee making facilities would have been a nice touch. Hyggelig personale, rent og pent rom, sentralt med gåavstand til severdigheter, buss fra flyplass (linje 1) stopper like utenfor hotellet. Ikke frokost inkludert, men masse koselige kaféer som åpner tidlig og har god frokost til en billig penge

Centralt beläget hotell med gångavstånd till det mesta. Riklig frukost. Rent och fräscht. Busslinje nr 1 till/från flygplatsen stannar 50 meter från dörren. Tåg och bussstation för resor till övriga delar av Mallorca ligger på och under Placa d'Espanya. Mycket nöjda med vår vistelse.

Svarte til forventningene. Enkelt å ta buss fra og til flyplassen (15 min for 2,50 Euro) Lett å gå til alle severdigheter + kommunikasjonsmidler som buss og tog. Gode senger.

Personalet var meget flinke. Vi var ret tilfredse med opholdet.

Dejligt stort værelse og 2 lags ruder der stoppede gade stø effektivt.

Würden dieses Hotel nie mehr buchen. Mussten 3x das Zimmer wechseln . Zimmerkomfort wäre gut, wenn die wichtigsten Dinge wie Licht und Klimanlagen funktioniren würden. Hotelangestellte dagegen waren freundlich und hilfsbereit

Totalmente recomendable, en pleno centro de Palma, comunicación con todo, al lado de la estación de tren, la verdad todo muy bien ! De lo único que me puedo quejar es que cuando solicite la clave de wifi, me hicieron bajar a por ella a la recepción !

Perfekt läge på Plaza Espanyol, flygbussen stannar utanför. Bra hotel för en stadssemester.

un gran hotel en plena plaza España ,justo al lado de donde paran todos los autobuses y muy centrico.La habitacion fabulosa con una decoracion minimalista pero muy agradable ,la cam estupenda y grande.Por el precio le doy un 10.Lo recomiendo

Habitación estupenda, cama y TV enorme. Un lujo a buen precio en el centro de Palma. Muy recomendable en todos los aspectos.

Correcta relación calidad/precio. Decoración actual y nada recargada, sin caer en el frío minimalismo, de modo que resulta acogedor. El personal correcto y atento. Muy céntrico.

No entiendo porque los railes en los armarios son tan bajo que no puedo colgar ningun prenda (esta solo 60 cms del fondo del armario.) No puede accecer el Wi-fi y la caja fuerte no funcionaba.
