Stayed here with a group of 7 other girls for my 40th birthday. Staff were amazing and very friendly, pulling out all the stops to make our stay an enjoyable one. Rooms were great - only slight let down was that I would have expected an iPod dock for this calibre of apartment.

Really like the space you get at Staybridge Suites. King size bed, comfy sofa, good sized bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Very close to Albert dock with a good selection of bars. Hotel was very quiet with great facilities and a very good free breakfast. 10 minutes to walk into the city centre.

Having stayed at the Suites on other occasions I was disappointed with the level of noise from other guests on the second floor in the early hours of the morning. Perfect location for a night out in Liverpool. Easy access to Liverpool One which is where everything is really these days. Perfect for a night away as a couple but would happily use it with the kids too. Definitely one of the superior venues I have stayed in Liverpool.

The stay bridge was a very modern, clean and comfortable stay. The staff were very helpful and there was somebody on reception 24/7. The location was perfect beside The Albert Dock and less than a 5 minute walk to Liverpool One. Only disappointment was that there is no on site Restaurant or Bar. Overall personal rating 8/10.

This was planned as short stop over for our trip to Belfast, we were to arrive late and leave early to get the ferry. Had I known the hotel would be this good, I would have made it part of our break. The Apart-hotel concept works very well for us, the option of being able to take breakfast back to my room with a small but well equipped kitchen was big […] selling point. Stayed for one night whilst attending a wedding in the City. Very large King room equipped with small full function kitchen, ideal if you were staying longer. Very efficient shower. Excellent room facilities including: fridge, ironing board & iron, microwave & kitchen. Breakfast was good - plenty of choice - all serve yourself and fresh. The staff were soooooooo cheerful, friendly and helpful. Directly next to the Echo Arena - great location.

Enjoyed the time I spent there, was a 10 min walk to the city centre and it's right next to the docks, so asking for people for directions if lost is a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a great hotel. Perfect location on the Liverpool Docks and an easy 10 minute walk to shopping in Liverpool 1 and all the great bars and restaurants. The hotel rooms are large and spacious with a good breakfast. Very much recomended.

This was my first experience of a self contained 'suite' and I loved it! It's right in the heart of Liverpool and within walking distance of all the main attractions. After my meetings and a bit of shopping I even managed a run around the dock in the morning! We only wish we had more than one night to stay. If going to see a show at the Echoa Arena you couldn't get any closer, approximately 30 seconds by foot or 45 seconds with zimmer frame. I popped down to Liverpool for the night to see a friend perform at the Epstein Theatre and this hotel was recommended by another friend who was staying there long term with work. A great welcome by Adam who proved helpful to the end. I noticed that he even remembered people's room numbers on checkout. Impressive stuff. The other staff were helpful […] too especially the night staff helping find us a place to munch a pizza and share a glass of wine in the small hours. I had abysmal service during my stay at the Staybridge Suites Liverpool. When booking I made a specific request that as I was running in the Liverpool Marathon on Sunday Oct 14th, I would like a shower after the event. I wasn't asking to keep my room - I just wanted a place to have a quick shower after running 26 miles. Given the amount of money I […] paid for the room, it wasn't an unreasonable request. I followed up with a call to reception who said that as the hotel was not fully booked, they would accomodate that request. I called again on Monday 8th and reception repeated what had been said before. We arrived on Sat 13th and had a frustrating conversation with reception who had no record of my 3 previous requests. The stay in the room itself wasn't great - missing toiletries, not enough towels for 2 people, a broken, buzzing fridge - and no wifi. I finished the marathon to see my partner - who is 8 months pregnant - standing on the pavement with our suitcases (and had been there for a few hours, in the cold). She had a rude, unhelpful response from reception and was forced to leave the hotel as bags couldnt be kept beyond 3pm. I'm annoyed that despite happily taking my money, multiple conversations and a less than full hotel, your staff couldn't be bothered to accomodate a fair request. I'm also keen to know whether Staybridge management think it's ok to leave a heavily pregnant woman (with a large suitcase) no option other than to walk around the streets Подробнее

Very nice hotel and the location is great (close to the main areas with approx 15 mins walk from the train station). I think depending on which room you get, my room (at the back) couldn't get any wi-fi signal so it didn't work.

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to you and the rest of the chaps at Staybridge Liverpool for a weekend that both my wife and i will never forget. From the start we were made welcome by the staff who were polite, courteous,friendly and nothing was to much trouble from directions to restaurant suggestions. The guy on the front desk in the morning […] (Richard???) was really helpful, allowed us to leave bags behind the counter and as our flight had been diverted to Manchester we missed out on breakfast he said we could get something at the hotel as breakfast was just finishing. When we finally booked in we went to our room, WOW what a view, fantastic is all I can say!!!!!! within minutes there was a knock at the door and one of the staff presented the birthday girl with a card and a bottle of wine, this was a really kind thought and I thank you for organising it. We were treated like VIP's all the way, the room / hotel and staff were first class!!! Well done!!! I will be recommending Staybridge to everyone on the Isle of Man and beyond (but keeping the room number a secret!!!)
