Отличное расположение несмотря на удаленность от White Бич, отличный отель. хороший бассейн, правда, вряд ли вы будете проводить там много времени, лофты очень большие. Персонал очень дружелюбный и услужливый. К минусам можно отнести только однообразные завтраки, если вы застряли на Боракае на долго, они вам быстро надоедят.

Alta Vista was OK to GOOD - The staff tried hard, were exceptionally polite, helpful and friendly. On the downside, the lack of structure, order and communication left a lot to be desired - Breakfast was poor, overcrowded and on the whole, uncomfortable. There is no gym, and the family playroom was almost a bear room with padded walls - The infinity pool and kids pool area is nice, clean and comes with stunning views - as does the whole complex - the views from the top of the mountain are breathtaking. Overall we liked it, though as a family with two small boys and a single granny, we wouldn't go back. Alta-Vista was a step too far up the mountain and if you didn't take the free shuttle bus - we got ripped off by the local motor-bike taxi's. Their standards are lower than the west, yet as we understand it, the hotel is owned jointly by Chinese/Philipines, so it's no surprise to see 4 star reviews which really mean 2-3 in the west (BEWARE if you are a westerner looking for 4 star, this is not it). hotel is not on the main beach but they have their private beach which is a paradise if you are not scared with the big waves.=). My wife and I stayed here and had a fantastic time. Room was spacious, clean and had a balcony, which was a plus. Staff were incredibly friendly and the location superb. While it's not right in the heart of the action, that's the appeal. They run regular free shuttles to D'Mall and because you're high up on the mountain with few hotels nearby, you […] have more space and fantastic views from their infinity pool. You also get access to Puka beach, a private beach very nearby, which is much more beautiful than White beach. If you go to Puka, I wouldn't recommend eating at the small restaurant there, however, as we found it to be very dirty. (And we often eat at street vendors and aren't too picky so take my word on this). While the front desk staff were also friendly and tried very hard, it was often more efficient to wait for a regular staff member rather than del with one of the many trainees as they tended not to know the answers to our questions and were a bit disorganized. The food at the restaurant was so-so but we were expecting this based on past reviews and most times ate in D'Mall anyways. Everything was clean and again, the staff were pleasant, but they lacked anything more than basic cooking skills. That said, the free breakfast was great. If you can eat in the outdoor area rather than the restaurant, I'd recommend it as the restaurant was extremely chaotic, while the outdoor area was very tranquil. 20 minutes bus ride from white beach (hotel provides once a hour a free shuttle), mini bar in room only filled per request and payment, door to balcony was not properly working, breakfast buffet was soso / moderate in quality. Staff was very friendly.

This hotel is one of the better places to stay in Borocay. Good in comfort, price and ammenities. The hot tub was broken only bubbles and no heat. But the breakfast, the room, price, and shuttle made it well worth it. Could improve on the shuttle as sometimes going back was crowded.

Location - very isolated from the main tourist area of Boracay. Minumum 10 min drive (via tricycle or shuttle bus) to Station 2, where you will find everything you need. Its like signing up for the Gustapo with these people upon check in. They want copies of your passport, a $25 per night deposit, and they constantly ask what your hotel room number is. The bed sheets had sand residue on them. We had no towels or soap checking in. The towels are constantly monitored as you have to check them in and out. Again, I get the logic but is there really a problem with towel theft? There are not enough lounge chairs for guests at the pool, which is very very nice. The room is nice enough. Id say a lot of small problems resulted in an average rating. The location is about a 15 minute ride by tuk tuk to dmall. 20 if the traffic is heavy in the evening. 10 if youre going home after midnight. Be prepared to hike up a steep 200m driveway to the lobby. There is a free shuttle but it only leaves every hour to white beach so you need to work around their schedule. Nearby Puka beach is beautiful so location wise its give and take. By far the worse thing is not having a reliable restaurant. The food is boring, bland, and greasy not to mention expensive for Boracay. Beers 90p, pizza 340p, veg pansit 260p, fruit shakes 180p. etc. ...Also, there is no free wireless in rooms. Only free in the lobby. I think its about 120p per hour or 800 for two days... I got a deal on this website so I dont feel too jaded. Id never pay the full rates for this place. This is a good place to stay if you want a relaxed atmosphere and reasonable rates. It's clean and quiet, and the staff are all very friendly. The pool is open all day, and very clean. Also, might want to bring your own towels, as I stayed in a room with two other people, and never did get more than one set of towels for the three of us. This hotel is not directly on White Beach, which is the main draw of Boracay, and though there is a regular shuttle service between the hotel and the beach, it can be a pain waiting for it, so plan accordingly. However, being off the beach a ways makes for a VERY quiet and restful atmosphere, so there is that as a balance. Also, even though WiFi in the rooms is listed as available on the hotel website, it isn't. So don't be like me and think you can go without a working phone and still keep in touch with family at home over the internet, as you will find it to be very difficult to accomplish. If you are there to party, I would suggest getting something directly on D'Mall or White Beach, but if relaxing is your goal, this is a good place to stay. Подробнее
