Great hotel when driving through the area. Clean, close to highway and a good value. Indoor pool a bonus after a long day of traveling.

very clean relaxing room with a lot of extras in the hotel, very nice pool, room ,breakfast, even had a small bar.It was nice not to have to look for a good breakfast before getting on the road.

Very nice stay. Staff is friendly and very accomodating. Good location, had to deal with the construction going on right now. The only improvement I would have liked is to have a small table and chairs in the room. There was a nice desk and chair there and plenty of room for more furniture. Overall it was very good.

I was rather disappointed in the quality of our room given the price I paid in advance. If I hadn't paid in advance I would have clearly moved to another hotel. The corner of the bathtub on the outside hadn't been cleaned and was loaded with crud. Not what I expect at a Country Suites. Disappointed Traveller

The staff was very friendly. The kids loved the indoor pool.

Excellent hotel for the money. Very clean and comfortabel.

Very easy to get to and quiet. Hotel is like new with a great view of the mountains. I stayed twice, and plan to stay here again when I travel south. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the nicest hotels I stayed at.

I don't understand why this hotel was rated a 2.5. This hotel is like brand new, and the service was awesome, and the rooms are very clean. I have another reservation for this hotel on my journey back home. I'm very happy I did. It's also located in a rural area just off 77 and very easy to get to. Room was very comfortable except that there wasn't a recliner or a soft-type chair for reading. Otherwise, the room was completely satisfactory.

we have stayed here everytime we have tickets to a Va Tech game. We have ALWAYS found the room clean, bathroom clean, lobby clean ...etc, etc. The desk staff are awesome ~ that's the main reason we keep going back. Oh yeah, the breakfast buffet is yummy !!

Clean, good staff decent breakfast. A little ways from shopping and restauarants.

This hotel was excellent, I only wish I could've stayed longer. Went to the Wohlfart Haus dinner theatre and it too was excellent, broadway quality.The hot breakfast was great, plenty of everything and very clean. Would definately stay again.

Travel Inn and Suites was by far the best overall hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was immaculate as was the bedroom area. The breakfast area was clean and had a good variety of breakfast food. The staff was very pleasant and tried hard to make my stay comfortable.

WE WERE VERY PLEASE WITH THE STAFF AND THE ROOM WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. LOCATION WAS GREAT AND EASY TO GET TO. WHEN IN THAT AREA WE WILL ALWAYS STAY THERE. FOOD WAS ALSO EXCELLENT. LOVED THE LOBBY.

The hotel was very clean with a very friendly staff. It's a fairly new hotel with a nice decor and the beds were very comfortable! Wonderful mattresses! I was very happy with our experience here. Our family reserved three rooms and stayed two nights. The rooms were very clean and nicely furnished with a large flat screen TV, Refrigerator and Microwave. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish I had brought my bathing suit. I did get to use their guest computer room. Which was very quiet, private and included a printer. Also I would like to add that when I first called them to inquire about pricing and availability, the person I spoke to advised me to call Hotels.com for an even better rate than they could give me. No frills & none expected. Location is easy if coming from East but due to the way traffic routes though and around this town it can be confusing from the other way, so be prepared. Smooth stay, no surprises.

Hotel was very clean and well taken care of. Front desk staff very helpful getting my computer to sign on to internet

I was not able to connect wirelessly with any reliablilty. Was kicked offline repeatedly. I called the front desk, and all they were able to say was that the connection was fine. They suggested I work in the lobby and call their IT service directly. Hotel would not provide a zero balance receipt, which is needed for expenses. I have used many other […] hotels and have never had any problem getting a zero balance statement, no matter how the booking was made. Calling the hotel 800 line provided no relief or help. Perfect stop over on the way south. Makes for a much easier drive the next day, giving a few more hours of precious beach time.

Location is very near to the highway. Very new hotel, great location, easy access to restaurants. Comfortable bed, flat-screen digital HDTV. Room was very nice, bathroom felt a little "commercial" in design but very functional. This is a good choice of hotel overall.

The hotel was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Showers didn't seem to have a lot of pressure but it was ok. Overall, it was a fine place to stay.

Hotel was of very good quality. I opted to stay at this same type of hotel when I needed a place to stay on my return trip in a different city and received the same quality of service.
