отель понравился, для апартаментов двух звезд всё достаточно прилично. Мы проживали в апартаментах в феврале по-этому вечером номера отапливались. Английским языком владеет не весь персонал, но договориться "на пальцах" можно легко :))

Hotel is nice, location excellent, all rooms have sea view, all balconies are totally separated from each other, staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good. However only breakfast and swimming pool meet 4-star level here, in all other aspects hotel is solid 3-star level, not 4. Toiletries are very basic, towels quite worn out. There was a big hole in a curtain and a very visible imprint of somebody’s snickers on the white wall in my room which, despite being at eye level was overlooked by cleaning maid. Not a 4-star picture. Quite outrageous thing – they charge extra if you wish to use a safe in a hotel room. I have never lived in any-star hotel that was doing the same thing to customers. If you do not need swimming pool and can survive with a simpler breakfast – there is no reason to overpay for stars here.

We spend 1 week holidays with my wife and 2 daughters of 2 and 6. Location of the hotel are perfect – right on the main street - where a lot of shops, cafes, etc. Train station – only 4 minutes walk. But it is underground station – no problems with noise. It takes only 20 minutes to reach to the Airport by train and 10 minutes by taxi (15-17 euros). Hotel stays not right on the beach, but it is not far from see – a way to the beach was about 5 minutes. We recommend to use a special lift to beach in Torremolinos, it’s cost only 50 cent. This lift right in front of the hotel. Hotel facilities are also great – nice pool with garden near the main building and pool on the roof with amazing view of Torremolinos. Animation was not so interesting for us – but it’s typical for Spain. There are kid club, but we don't use it. Rooms are quite good, clean, well furnished and its size is OK, so it was not problem to have ex. bed and baby cot for our children in standard twin/double. We have Half board plan so: the food was great. Everyone can choose something one his taste. A lot on fruits, fish food was very tasty, good meat dishes and so so on. In fact it is very good 4star hotel and we recommend it for everyone for holidays on Costa del Sol

Staff: Very friendly personel. Extremely helpful, I wanted to attend a concert and they helped me from buying the ticket to getting to the concert hall. The cleaning staff is great at its job and flexible with their times. Location: The hotel is right in front of a trainstation (not subway) which makes it very easy to reach from the airport. It is […] very close to the center and about a 15 min walk to both beaches. It is close to the main trainstation (cinema, mall etc.) as well and a bigger local shopping mall and some nice bars. I recommend the pizza place around the corner (exit hotel to the right). Rooms: Very clean and big. TV is a bit small. Beds are fantastic and there is a bath. Food: I only took the menu of the day on wednesday, after it was recommended to me by locals who came to the restaurant. Best Paella I ever had. Anyway, locals go there for the menu's. "Great location"
We stayed at the hotel only one night and it was an excellent hotel. It was a few blocks from the City Center and 5 minutes from the train station. The hotel also offered parking for our car. It was the first time to DRIVE onto an elevator, push the buttons for another floor, see the doors open and close, and then drive off.
"unpleasant surroundings, no balcony"
Fortunately we have booked this 4 star hotel for 3 nights only, and then we could move to another one, (only 3 stars) in the centre of the city, for the same price. There is no comparison between the two hotels, location, conditions, courtesy. The most annoying part was complete lack of any balcony or terrace, the room didn't have any, the hotel didn't […] have any. The whole thing is just a big closed box in a very dusty neighbourhood. Otherwise, the room is ok, clean, good beds. They have some kind of cafeteria (again, completely closed, no patio at all) but it looked very unappealing. I have placed 4 local calls of 1-2 minutes each from the hotel phone and got charged 8 euros at departure!!! But they had no price list or warning next to the phone, they might as well have charged 8000 euros. Quite unpleasant experience, this place is not worth more than 15 euros/night. "Husa Guadalmina Malaga"
Good location near old town and shops, walking distance from the beach. The hotel is on the one way street so it can take some time to find a way.
Difficult for taxis to access due to one way system which increases fare, but new metro is next door and only 10 min walk from town centre
"Excellent location for centre and beach"
Stayed at the hotel from 24th May 2009 for 3 nights and found the location, hotel reception and room excellent. On arrival the receptionist was welcoming and on our last day we wished to retain the room until later which was no problem. We were able to enjoy a full day in Malaga and leave refreshed, for the airport. Excellent breakfast area/bar which […] was clean and bright. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will stay again. "Good choice for short stay"
Parking Place insuffcient - car lift fits small cars only, so midsize car has no chanse to park there. Street Park - almost no chance. Underground parking is operated by Hotel Counter, who sometimes has tendency to forget , you are in car lift - so I have spend several minutes untill theuy opened gate ( had called my wife to relay message on the Hotel […] Counter, who forget to monitor parking). Hotel located on busy street short distance to Old Town section and stores - windows do not filter enough street noise so well - so be ready to hear street traffic though. Pets friendly, that is a plus. No Restaurant - But next to Hotel there is Coffee Shop built in. They serve Hotel's breakfast. "Hässlicher Kanal, Große Baustelle"
Das Hotel entsprach in keiner Weise meinen Vorstellungen von 4 Sternen. Es liegt an einer Ecke eines hässlichen Kanals und einer großen Straße. Zusätzlich waren erhebliche Straßenbauarbeiten in Gang. Die Zimmer sind nicht komfortabel und sehr klein und z.B. die Fernbedinung des Fernsehers starrt vor Dreck (wie eine uralte Computertastatur). Das "Restaurant" […] ist eher eine Mensa und bestenfalls eine Straßenbar. In den Garagen-Autoaufzug passt ein 1er BMW nur mit eingeklappten Spiegeln. Gruselig. Nur die zentrale Lage ist ein plus. "Ottimo su tutti i fronti"
Camera spaziosa, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, pulito, insonorizzato. In camera c'è tutto. Rione tranquillo ma in nenche 10min a piedi si arriva in centro. Promosso a pieni voti. Se vogliamo, per chi arriva in auto park sotterraneo ma a ben 15€/notte..

"Bra och fräscht hotell"
Vi spenderade en vecka här och var väldigt nöjda! Det tar 10 minuter att gå in till centrum från hotellet. Frukosten var dyr men god, det var jätterent och fint, vi hade säkerhetsskåp på rummet och personalen var trevlig.

Hubo un calor sofocante en la habitación ya que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba (solo salía aire caliente). Aunque lo reclamabamos varias veces no consiguieron arreglarlo.

"Problemas de localizacion y llegada al hotel"
El hotel en general esta bien, es nuevo, creo que unos 4 años. Funcional y las instalaciones en general no estan mal. Para mi el problema fundamental esta en las indicaciones para llegar al hotel, mas bien falta total de señalización que se agrava por las obras en los alrededores por el metro. Si llevan coche, no metan el coche en el garaje del hotel, […] creo que deberian especificarlo en las caracteristicas del hotel. Para bajar el coche hay que hacerlo a traves de un montacargas, es complicado, por la estrechez del mismo(para colmo estaba estropeado cunado llegue y tuve que esperar media hora para poder meter el coche) Utilicen mejor el prking publico que esta a pocos metros.
