The overall experience was good. However when a faulty, noisy fan was politely reported to the male night staff he asked whether we would ''prefer to sleep outside?''. His attitude and un-professionalism spoilt the overall experience and he severely let down his colleagues as the service given by the other staff was outstanding.

We were just passing through so hotel was great for the night, modern, clean, good rooms, helpful staff and fine breakfast. For us tourists not close enough to anywhere to warrent longer stay.

We stayed in Belleville for a couple of days to attend a family function. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and we were greeted with a warm smile. I asked for a recommendation for dinner and 'Linguini's' was suggested. It is within walking distance of the hotel and was delightful. We were very happy with the hot breakfast. […] There was a wide range of food to suit many needs and tastes. The only concern I had was the tiles around the pool area were very slippery. The service was great, room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was ok, would've liked to have fresh fruit but wasn't offered. Overall happy with the hotel but it was pricey for the location.

Found the room to be small. No sofa to sit in, sat on the bed while watching tv. The pool was kinda cold, should be heated. Breakfast was good. Convenient location on main street and easy access to 401.

A good location, clean, friendly service. Would stay again and would recommend it to friends. Breakfast had good choices, light or cooked, both were great.

Within 1 km of 401 and surrounded by resturants this impressive hotel appears to be 5 years old. A modern, clean, reasonably soundproof and obviously well run building, it has a polite staff who are eager to please. A complimentary hot breakfast is offered to all guests. In this price range, this is as good as it gets! Enjoy.

We had a very enjoyable stay with our daughter and grand daughter-much better than expected. Our only suggestion would be that it would be much more comfortable if the King size beds also provided king size pillows. The staff was excellent and the hotel was very well priced for families.

Great place to stay, 2nd visit this year. Close to racetrack which is reason for stay. Quiet facility, close to all amenities. No issues, would stay again.

We literally showed up checked in and went right to sleep. We were invited to a brunch in the morning so didn't get to try the breakfast offered. Room was very nice.

Close to amenities, plenty of choices for shopping and dining. Clean and quiet facility. Excellent buffet breakfast with great dining area, plenty of choices, hot food, good coffee. Very comfortable, would stay again.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The beds were passable and everything was clean. The breakfast barely qualifies as food, although if you're just after cereal or toast you'll be fine. Room was extremely noisy-- it seemed as if we could hear every bathroom door in the entire hotel opening and closing, every toilet flush and every running shower. This is a really clean, modern hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and checked us in quickly. The room was beautiful with top notch finishes, especially in the bathroom. And the free breakfast was really satisfying. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel and excellent service. My only complaint would be poor insulation/sound barrier between the hallway and our room, and the washroom and sleeping area in our room - we could hear just about everything.

Notre séjour fut très agréable pour notre petite famille avec trois enfants. Nous avions une suite avec un micro-onde et un frigo. Ceci est très utile pour se faire un petit souper vite fait et pas cher. Les déjeuners sont excellents. Il y a beaucoup de choix pour un petit déjeuner continental. Cet hôtel offre au voyageur de passage tout ce que l'on est en droit de s'attendre impeccablement. Il est situé tout près de l'A-401, ses chambres sont propres et confortables et le déjeuner inclus est excellent.
