Great, Great, Great!!!! The bathroom was large and had an exhaust vent. Unbelievable comfortable bed. Room was spacious and smelled pleasant. Free breakfast and cookies. Smiles.

The beds had a sink in the middle. The password for the internet was incorrect. Non of that mattered after being on the road all day, we went straight to sleep. The staff however was excellent, breakfast was good, and location is easy to find.

This hotel is very well located near south Shreveport hospitals and businesses and close to the loop to acess the interstates.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The room is very clean and comfortable, lots of towels, hot water, fridge, TV. The pool is lovely and because this is not really a holiday destination we always had it to ourselves. The hotel is perfect for restaurants, shops, the aiport and the university. My only concern is the breakfast. There needs to be some […] more fresh fruit, rather than the stodgy bread, waffles and rather stale bagels. The room was very nice and comfortable. My wife really enjoyed the in room whirl pool tub. The breakfast was a lot more than I had expected. Wide variety to choose from. I would definatley recommend this hotel.

We arrived to the hotel after dark and the surrounding area was well lit and clean. The area the hotel was in was a little off the beaten path so there wasn't a bunch of traffic noise. Our room was a king-sized handicap room and it was extremely spacious and was very clean! The bed was so comfortable and the pillows too. The only thing I would report is that the bathroom could use some bleach around the tub area and on some of the tile grouts that were mildewed. Other than that the overall condition of the room/bathroom was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was very comfortable and clean. We had a jacuzzi room and it was also clean and worked well. Lots of good restaurants close by, big free breakfast. Safe neighborhood.

We went to visit grandchildren. This hotel was convenient to the airport and to our children's house. The staff was very pleasant! The breakfast was good, fresh and a nice variety. We definately will stay again. We were given a nice suite because of Expedia.

The breakfast was very nice, the pancakes (when the machine worked) particularly tasty, […] but it might be more appetising if it were served with proper crockery and cutlery, rather than on polystyrene plates and eaten with plastic forks and spoons. The hotel is located in a residential and business area with restuarants nearby, but it is not in the centre of the city, so a car is necessary. we ask and reserved king room when we got ther no king available ,payed extra for ajointing rm the were across the hall, ask AGAIN about poits on priority card ,lady too late already put it in try next time. Point system is not real Alwaays some reason why it isnt good enough

The desk people were nice. The room was fine. Except we noticed an odor when the A/C was not running. It was quiet and the maids were friendly and helpful. Absolutely everything about the hotel was good or better, except. There was a power outage due to a lighening strike my second night there. Then my 5th morning there, I was awakened by the fire alarm at 5 am. The fire alarm went off intermittently for the next 3 hours even though there was no fire. The fire dept responded quickly, and when the reason […] for the alarm was verified, they left. An independent alarm company was there fixing the problem until 8:30. I was physically ill from the effect of the rude awakening and continued noise. My issue with these two problems is that the staff made no effort to explain what was happening to myself or any of the other guests. In every other way it was a great place to stay! Подробнее

Very happy at this hotel. The employees worked to accomodate my traveling with pets. I had a late check in and they had assigned me the 3rd floor. I asked for the bottom floor as I had my 2 little dogs with me. They quickly got me another room with very little wait. The breakfast was awesome, so many choices for breakfast. They even had cheese omelets […] instead of standard scrambled eggs. All in all the stay was wonderful. My only complaint is the hand held shower was broken. The shower worked but the holder was broken so you had to either shut the water off to shampoo or use one hand as the other was holding the shower head. The hotel was difficult to locate as it is not situated directly on a main highway and the address is not able to be located by GPS or on-line maps. Once the hotel was found, checking-in was quick and the staff was very courteous. The hotel is fairly new and clean. Unfortunately my room door would lock from the outside, which was not discovered until […] unpacking. This was remedied very quickly, and a new room was assigned. This was somewhat fortunate as the original room's phone kept ringing randomly. Unfortunately, the bed in the new room was severely sagging in the middle and the throw at the end of the bed looked soiled. The staff was very friendly. They made us feel like family. And the hotel seemed like new. (The property is only about 4 years old. Then, they had a flood last year, and all carpeting and bedding had to be replaced.) I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

This was my second visit to this hotel. This time I booked a king room with jacuzzi. After a long drive and meetings all day, this was a great way to relax. The room was very clean. The only downside was the light on the smoke detector on the wall being so bright I had to cover it up to sleep. Breakfast was standard fare, coffee is no so great.
