Crowne Plaza Chicago Metro - Чикаго

Останавливались в городе для посещения концерта Бритни Спирс в United Center. Рядом с множеством модных ресторанов и баров на West Loop и River North. Имел великолепный вид с углового номера с захватывающим видом с балкона на Loop и River North. Дружелюбное обслуживание в отеле и нам принесли штопор и соломинки для наших коктейлей перед вечеринкой. […] Постельное белье не были роскошными, но достаточным и чистым. Приятный просторный душ с душевой лейкой для головы. Отделка был современной и стильной. Быстрый Wi-Fi. Единственное, что мне не понравилось это поиск парковки, но, к счастью я уже парковался в Чикаго, мы обнаружили стоянку в нескольких кварталах к югу от Harrison и Des Planes всего за $ 17 (24 часа), по сравнению с $ 36, которые отель взимает за парковку, всего в пару футах от вас. Кроме того, кофейные чашки в отеле были грязными ... так что дважды проверьте их. Если останавливаться здесь, то я рекомендую угловой номер на верхнем этаже. Я не был уверен, где остановиться в Чикаго, потому что это была моя первая поездка сюда. Место было отличное. Особенно понравилось иметь продуктовый магазин через дорогу и Walgreens позади. Кажется, когда вы путешествуете, вы всегда что-то забываете. Есть несколько ресторанов рядом, вместе с одним из них в отеле. Это был хороший отель - был выбран опять, потому что находится близко к станции Национальной компании железнодорожных пассажирских сообщений . Тренажерный зал немного неисправный, но я не проводил там много времени. Присоединенные бар и ресторан были хороши, я провел слишком много времени там.

Я был там лишь короткое время, но получил удовольствие от отеля и вещей, которые можно поделать вокруг. Это была деловая поездка, так что не смогли насладиться всеми вещами, которые были в Чикаго.

Мы спросили до прибытия об автомобиле от Amtrak, нам сказали, что ни одной нет, поэтому мы взяли такси. По прибытию мы увидели трансферный автобус, стоящим на стоянке отеля ????? Wi-Fi сигнал не работал. Персонал отвечал на наши телефонные звонки не вежливо или бесполезно. Very nice hotel, great breakfast. Parking was almost $40 a night so keep that in mind!

I would stay at the Crowne Plaza - Metro again. The staff was very polite and helpful throughout my stay. I enjoyed the convenience of the location without dealing with a lot of traffic. I look foward to returning to Chicago and staying at this hotel.

The location of this hotel os perfect. Tons to walk to around the hotel. Everything was perfect except when I checked in the front desk guy acted as if I was stupid for not giving him my valet ticket. He said something along the lines of "do you have your valet ticket?", me - "ohh yeah no problem I wasn't aware you needed it.", him - "umm of course […] because it obviously wouldn't be any good to you unless you give it to me." ... Eeeek. Sorry I wasn't aware. ;) Anyway other than that, which is obviously minor, everything was perfect and the guy when I checked out was really nice. Подробнее

Clean hotel, friendly staff! Walking distance to Greek Town. Comfy bed!! Nice to have balcony to enjoy the view. Will stay here again!

I booked this room for an overnight stay while in Chicago for a Detroit Red Wings game at the United Center. After a short cab ride from Union Station, we were welcomed by Curtis(?) at the front desk. We checked in quickly and found our room with no trouble. We loved our room! It was very clean and spacious. The ipod docking station with dual alarms […] was very conveinent. We especially enjoyed being able to step out onto a balcony and overlook the city, which was the ammenity that sealed the deal when I was trying to decide which hotel to book, considering my priority was the location. In the morning, my boyfriend suggested we call for room service.  As an employee of the hospitality industry, I have worked room service in hotels and knows how long things can take and what can possibly delay an order. After telling him we probably would be ready to leave before they even got up there, to my surprise, our order was delivered promptly, 10 to 12 minutes after calling. Very nice! I tried to figure out how to do the in room check out by using the television, and I have to say, I was a bit confused. Then again, it was early. Reluctantly, we headed down to the front desk, which I assumed would be a time consuming hassle. Once again, to my surprise, we were done in less than a minute or two. On the way home, we discussed wishing we had an extra night available to stay at the Crowne Plaza Metro again because we enjoyed it so much! Thank you Crowne Plaza Metro for making our Chicago visit so wonderful and memorable! I look forward to seeing your friendly, helpful staff again when we come visit in the future!  Подробнее

The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. The parking was rediculous. Too expensive to park at your hotel overnight. The bed was very uncomfortable.Also, I didnt care for the sliding and not latching bathroom door. The neighborhood was ok. The room wasnt very sound proof either. I will not stay there again

This was a last second booking and it turned out to be wonderful. I would stay there again.

The best thing about this hotel is the service. They are always very considerate, and usually come to the room on service calls within a few minutes. The people in the restaurant are also very pleasant.

Our new years eve stay started out way too stressful. Arriving around 5 pm, the line for valet was still down the street, even after I checked into our room my husband was still waiting to park and was told to stay in the car and wait for valet (the only parking option). Forty minutes later I had to go down to the parking lot and TELL the valet manager […] that we were taking an open slot we spotted. Period. It is a shame I had to be pushy just to get a parking spot. After all that we were told there was a public lot just a block away and that the parking fee would be refunded, and that they have the same problem every year.... A lot of people were angry because they were stuck in the lot, couldn't leave to find other parking, valet was not moving cars to the public lot (which after multiple years of the same issue seems like a very simple fix to negotiate parking overflow with the alternate lots owner.... I mean... Duh!!) and being told to sit and wait for open slots. Very poor managent on the valets part. The hotel was very nice, everything as expected, a little noisy from the street (even on 6th floor). The restaurant Dine was great for dinner and breakfast. Nice Greek Town location. Safe neighborhood and lots of parking and restaurants. Hotel even had 2 upscale looking places to eat. One seemed to be more of a lounge. I didn't get a chance to eat at either, but will definitely try next time. Also, hotel is right across the street from a Walgreens, which is super convenient.

The people at the desk are just incredible!! So professional and yet very understanding and personable. Never had a better experience at a hotel in this way. Truly.

It was great.nice atmosphere and the price is very affordable

I wish the coffee pot was heated and more outlets for computers and chargers. Less charge for parking because prices are so high, otherwise it was great.

Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted by valet drivers who angrily told us to move out of the way. Once inside the front desk attendant was extremely rude and uninterested in us as guests, most likely because we are college students, but it shouldn't matter how old the guest is, just the fact that they are paying customers means they get equal […] treatment. The room had a nice view and was easily within walking distance, but other than that it's not worth the price considering Icpuld have stayed closer into the city for the same price. Also there was no mention that the parking was a forced valet charge. Be cautious of this hotel if you are staying here. Подробнее

Handy for Union Station - about 15 mins walk. Supermarket and pharmacy opposite and good selection of restaurants and bars two blocks away on Randolph. Only downside - it's next to the expressway so there's constant sound of traffic.

The hotel was very efficient a big plus was they allowed us to check in two hours early.

Overall, the hotel was nice. I liked the balcony. We had a suite and it was REALLY small. Valet was very slow and the bell boy took forever. Not sure if I would return. We needed a cot and there was no room for a cot in a suite. Plus there was an additional charge for a cot and refrigerator.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Chicago Metro while attended a music festival at Union Park. The location was great for us; a 20 minute walk past small shops and restaurants took us right to the festival. There's a grocery store right across from the hotel, which was also very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the […] balcony was also very much enjoyed! The rooms are stylish but still very homey. Although this hotel is not in the heart of downtown, the location is in a nice area and is a short cab or metro ride to anywhere you'd want to go! I recommend this hotel to travelers. My only complaints are the extra cost of having a refrigerator in the room and a $36 a night parking fee! Подробнее

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant one...upon arriving the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was reallly comfortable and I slept great, which is rare for me during a hotel stay. The restaurant was a little pricey, but the food was worth every penny...it was delicious.
