Typical embassy suites set up. Excellent breakfast. Nice rooms. Only complaint is that there is an up charge for wi fi. Hotels should just roll this in. It's annoying.

We loved this hotel! Very clean, beautiful room, very friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet, conveniently located off of I24. What more can I say? I would definitely recommend it to others traveling this direction.

I have stayed at a lot of Embassy Suites because of my large family, this is the nicest by far. We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. The pool area is large and the pool is actually warm enough for moms to swim in. The entire hotel has been updated. The rooms are very well appointed. Service is great. This last stay, the front desk […] staff searched a medical clinic that was open on a Sunday and then explained and printed directions for me. So clean. Great amenities. The free breakfast every morning was more than I ever expected. Friendly staff, very helpful. Beautiful hotel- felt very luxurious. The American Grille restaurant at the hotel was delicious.

Overall experience wad good. Great breakfast. Great directions to various venues. We requested extra towels 2x, but never got them. Requested room in 2nd, or 3rd floor, did not get that request granted.

Nice hotel- good breakfast. Was disappointed they decided to paint the pool at 8pm, since we arrived ast 8pm and they couldnt wait till 10pm when the pool normally would of closed. We had promised the kids a swim for 700 miles. Other than that it was a good stay.

We go visit Lynchburg a couple times a year. First time staying here. Will definitly stay again. Very nice breakfast, eggs to order, bacon,sausage, I could go on and on. Managers reception with open bar for 2 hours. Staff super polite and friendly.

I'm from Murfreesboro, and I love finding reasons to stay at this hotel. We stayed in and had dinner at the in-house restaurant. The good was delicious, but a little pricey. The free breakfast line in the morning is amazing though! This hotel is well worth it!

Room was clean, but had an odd odor. Maybe from previous guests? After first night, room was cleaned by housekeeping, but they left no shampoo, etc. (previous bottles had been thrown away - empty) and left fresh towels but no washcloths. Had to call the front desk. Front desk did respond quickly and remedied the situation. Pool seemed fine, however, […] jacuzzi was out of order. Had what looked to be mildew on the tiles in one corner. Breakfast food was good, but would have been nice to have warm syrup for the French Toast. We stayed in this hotel as recently as June of this year. I thought that on this last Thanksgiving visit, the property had started to fray around the edges. Grounds were not as well maintained....and the hot breakfast was not as good as previously. Omelets made from artificial egg beaters and coffee and juice in plastic cups aren't my idea of a good […] start to the day. The staff is pleasant and makes an effort. A grinding air conditioner fan was replaced immediately. But the front desk couldn't print out our boarding passes. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the highway side. Traffic can be heard in the rooms on the expressway. Nice rooms, convenient to my conference, which was attached to the hotel. The price was a bit high, since the SPA was not even open.

We booked a room for one night this past weekend while we were in town for a wedding. The lobby area was wide open and teeming with activity. The waterfalls and decor were beautiful. Staff were quick to check us in and super friendly. There was a manager's invitation to get free snacks and cocktails from 5-7:30pm which was a pleasant surprise. Rooms […] were very clean and decorated very modern without being over the top. Our king suite was spacious and included a lot of amenities. I really liked that there was a door to the bedroom so that when I woke up early before hubby, I wouldn't wake him up by using the restroom or making coffee. Pool and hot tub were spacious and clean. There weren't any towels in the pool/hot tub area, but we had brought our room towels just in case. Breakfast buffet was nice and included a lot of fresh fruit. They also had a made-to-order omelet station where you could also get bacon strips as well as a generous omelet. Check out was quick and easy.
