Номер очень маленький! Лифт очень медленный и сломался в тот момент , когда мы были там. Номера чистые и служащие стойки регистрации были нам очень полезны во всех вопросах, касающихся метро и дороги на Махеттен. Они берут деньги за вашу парковку и потом добавляют эту цену к конечному счету. Мы были раздражены необходимостью платить более 100 долларов […] просто за то, что наша машина стояла на паркинге 4 дня. Мы рекомендуем этот отель, учитывая, что вы знаете, что вам придется платить за парковку и вы имеете дело с лифтом, который может сломаться и вам придется подниматься на 8-ой этаж после целого дня, проведенного в городе. Это, вероятно, худший мой опыт остановки в отелях, если сопоставить цену, которую я заплатил и номер, который я получил. Я забронировал один номер с двумя двуспальными кроватями для моей семьи на последний день отпуска. Отели в Нью Йорке дорогие и отель Holiday Inn Express в Бруклине не исключение. Но я ожидал большего от такой сети как Holiday Inn, и буду иметь это ввиду, когда следующий раз буду бронировать отель. Однако, обслуживание в отеле было хорошим: Я заплатил за парковку моей машины на их паркинге, и они разрешили мне оставить машину на 8 часов после того, как мы выписались из отеля. Этот отель прекрасно расположен в центре: удобно для покупок и похода по ресторанам. Два квартала до метро и очень спокойный район. Я настоятельно рекомендую этот отель.

Бруклин - отличное место для остановки, но остальные (оставившие отзывы) постояльцы имеют тенденцию к раздуванию значимости района, в котором находится отель. Я нахожу его удобным и дружелюбным. Короткая прогулка и вы у прекрасных ресторанов и метро в нескольких шагах от отеля. Персонал отеля готов помочь вам - подсказать направление, посоветовать […] блюда и достопримечательности. В тот день, когда мы были в отеле, стояла жара, мне показалось, что кондиционер в номере мог бы работать лучше, но было сносно. Персонал дружелюбный, отель удобный для семей. Но я просил тихий номер, а мне пришлось слушать уличный шум, звук ремонта машин, африканские барабаны. Дверь в коридор в номере пропускает свет также, как и звуки. В ванну дверь скрипучая. Кондиционер не включается и нет инструкций. В остальном, хорошо.

Я чрезвычайно возмущен этим отелем. Чувствую себя оскорбленным. Я получил письмо от доктора, в котором говорится, что я не могу ехать в Нью Йорк, я отменил бронирование до 24 часов, но я столкнулся со стеной непонимания, и не могу получить возврат моих денег. Отель расположен очень близко к метро, но в центре индустриального района. До приличный мест питания придется как следует пройтись. Комфорт в номерах стандартный для всех отелей сети Holiday Inn Express, но с двумя заметными отступлениями : 1. Окна тонкие и какофонии полицейских сирен, гудки машин и автосигнализация не дают спать по ночам 2. вода в […] душе становится еле теплой за одну минуту. Завтрак ничем не примечателен, некоторые блюда заканчиваются до 10 утра. Слишком дорого за такую комбинацию номера/обслуживания/расположения. Ice cold showers every morning were horrible. Was told that hotel water heaters just couldn't handle it when hotel is full. Very disappointing, especially considering how much it costs to stay there!

Very nice staff, close to subway and walking distance to many shops and restaraunts. Have stayed there twice and would go back again.

This was a nice hotel in an okay neighborhood. Comfy room, nice staff, but if your not familiar with Brooklyn this could seem as a sketchy neighborhood. Having lived in Brooklyn before, I know it is right around the corner from the best of Brooklyn eating and parks. Very close to subway too!

the hotel was lacking in one thing it did not have lunch or dinner only breakfast which made it a bit hard as i travel bye my self and as i have not been to New york before a say the best thing to do is to stay in New York city at first and then go out to the out hotels i will be staying closer to the city next time i go

We have stayed at this hotel many times and have always found it quite satisfactory. Very central location in Brooklyn, though the immediate neighbourhood isn't great. It is severely "under-elevatored," but not much can be done about that. No doubt that we'll stay there again.

This hotel was very convieint to the shops and restaurants on 5th street and to subway station. Elevators took a long time temperature in room was hard to control would get really hot than really cold

This is a convenient hotel located in park slope. You are not paying for quality by any means, strictly for location. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, when i checked in they gave me a room on 1st floor, which is located one floor down frm the lobby, ie their basement. Room was simple, do not have high expectations. The parking lot was full so i parked in the street for free. I only needed the hotel for a place to crash at night as I was gone the entire day. We booked our room and paid for an extra person for a room with 2 double beds. When we reached the hotel we were told that they were sold out of double rooms and that we had a room with a queen bed. Well, we had 3 adults! They were out of cots/rollaway beds and we were told that they could provide us with extra blankets. That never happened but thank […] goodness I brought my own comfroter and sheets. So 1 person had to sleep in a chair. The location and surrounding area was great! Overall, I thought this hotel was good. It is centrally located in Brooklyn walking distance to shops and restaurants . the hotel was sold out so we got the runt of the litter. The room had an ice machine outside its door that sounded like a 747. The bathroom light did not work. A lamp in the room was missing a bulb. The bed had no pillowcases. There were no towels. Maintenance had to turn the switch on the heater. There was no ice bucket in the room. Not the worst hotel but very disappointing nevertheless - the hotel had no towels on arrival at 3pm - at 6:30pm I was told they still had no towels - went out on town without shower and returned at 1am - still no towels - this is no way to run a hotel - darn it go out and buy some if your delivery is held up - for what I paid for a night they could […] have bought me a cheap towel and still have plenty over for all their other costs - not acceptable. The single elevator was slow and hard to access. We were on the 6th floor and mostly walked the flights to avoid delay. Other than that, everything was very satisfactory.

As an Express hotel, this hotel exceeded all my expectations, clean, fast, more that decent free breakfast. But the parking... The parking experience was terrible. They charge me USD 25 per day, but even paying I had to clean my own parking spot of snow. Nobody pays to shovel snow! Also, I found that someone try to open the gas door. The hotel was clean and quiet. The bathroom was all granite and beautiful. The room was large with a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Free continental breakfast was served. Front desk personnel were friendly and available. I definitely will stay there again.

This hotel provided what I needed: location, cleanliness, and simplicity.

This hotel is in an industrial area. Car repair shops next door and across street. Empty lot with razor wire 1/2 block down. Area gets nicer about 10 minute walk away toward 5th avenue. All that being said, most frustrating for me was getting a really smoky room when I had reserved a non-smoking room.

Do not stay at this hotel. The service was very unhelpful and very unfriendly. I was not notified prior to my stay that there is no parking available for guests. I was told I needed to move my car immediately and could go pay to park in a garage or find street parking. My room was in the basement of the hotel with one tiny window. The basement hallway […] was at least eighty degrees and it was extremely hot and hard to breathe. Clearly there was no air conditioning in the hallway. The door in my room did not even lock. We picked this hotel because we were visiting our son and the hotel was in his neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised - the rooms were more comfortable and cleaner than hotels in which I have stayed in Manhattan.
