I was in studio in this this hotel from 17 to 22 April 2010. Great location, excellent services and good stuff. Good choice! I'll stay here next time in Melbourne.

We stayed here for two nights and the first night was sleepless due to a bathroom exhaust fan that wouldn't turn off. Although reported the next morning the maintenance man confirmed it was noisy but made no attempt to fix it. The reception were very helpful in trying to find another two bedroom two bathroom apartment for us but each one had a similar […] problem. We finally moved to one where the room configuration placed the bathroom door away from the bed. If you stay there make sure that there are no problems with exhaust fans in your room. They should turn off within 3 minutes of turning off the light switch. Otherwise the apartments are very clean and spacious. Good interior design, pity about the 'art' work, and very comfortable. Great location close to South Yarra Station and other transport. Lots of good local shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately they charge for the Internet and I understand that parking is quite expensive too. Подробнее
