Отель оказался великолепным местом отдыха, но первый предложенный номер был ужасный. Вида из него не было никакого и он весь пропитался дымом. Из второго номера открывался вид на трубы и провода мрачного внутреннего дворика. Я от него отказался и был уже готов поискать другое место, но меня уговорили посмотреть еще один номер. Это был действительно […] высший класс с новым оборудованием, свежей отделкой и очаровательным видом на Неаполитанский залив и Везувий. Персонал действительно хотел угодить мне после первоначальных промахов. Они всегда были готовы посоветовать, что посмотреть и где провести время и были очень учтивы. Я призываю всех, кто здесь останавливается не торопиться принимать решение о размещении, не убедившись, что предлагаемый вариант вас полностью устраивает. Великолепный ресторан и чудесный завтрак. Нам не удалось провести много времени вне номера, по причине болезни мужа, но персонал был чрезвычайно услужливый и приятный. Они подсказали куда обратиться за медицинской помощью, где найти книги на английском языке и не беспокоили нас, когда моему мужу нужно было спать целый день. Отель чистый и удобный, нам понравился ежедневный завтрак и прекрасное местоположение отеля в центре города (тайной дорожкой вы внезапно оказываетесь в центре города)! Нам чрезвычайно понравился бассейн, а персонал стойки регистрации был более чем услужливый и учтивый. Личностью, которая действительно блистала был джентльмен по имени "Luigi". Единственным достоинством отеля является его местоположение. Он расположен неподалеку от основных площадей, но на достаточном удалении, чтобы шум транспорта не мешал по ночам. Прочитав несколько отзывов, я ожидал худшего и подготовил свою семью к пребыванию в худшем отеле за все время нашей двухнедельной поездки в Италию. Отель чистый и удобно расположен, но обстановка номеров простейшая и совсем не такая, какую можно ожидать от трехзвездного отеля. Очаровательный отель с дружелюбной атмосферой. Есть чудесный бассейн, окруженный садом (бассейн закрывается очень рано, в 6 часов вечера, лучше бы он работал до 8). Хороший шведский стол. Отель находится недалеко от центра города, а в расположенном поблизости ресторане подают хорошую пиццу. Номер просторный и кровати удобные. The hotel is located near the train station so it was an easy walk. We had an upgraded room, and the 4th floor had a nice view of the water. The breakfast bar was well stocked. The hotel's own website seems to understate its excellent location, as it has an opening into the main street of Sorrento just a short walk from the main square. It is within walking distance of the scenic old mill, the train station, the marina (with its outstanding seafood restaurants) and its stunning views of the bay of Naples and the hillside villas […] and hotels of Sorrento. The staff was very accommodating to our special needs, allowing us to leave our luggage and to use its restroom facilities even after we had checked out. Also, the price of the rooms was reasonable. We stayed at Hotel Eden for 4 days. The location was ideal --short walk to the harbor to catch ferries to Naples and Capri, short walk to train station, 1 minute walk to Pizza Tasso and all of the restaurants, shops, cafes and sights. Upon our arrival we were put into room #66 and was told it was on the first floor. After getting off the elevator on the 1st floor, we then carried our luggage UP 5 flights of stairs (I guess they meant...the 1st floor from the top). Maybe the regular rooms are better. Internet is $5/hr. Was a 5 min. walk to train station and downtown. Pool was in good shape.

This Hotel opened unto the street about 1 block from the Main Piazza in Sorento. The room was not luxurious and the air conditioning could not keep up with the afternoon sun. This hotel was great for the price. Clean and newly remodeled. It is right down the block from the high end hotels, and two blocks from the water and center of town. We had an awesome view of the water from our 5th story room. Breakfast was continental, but had a decent selection of items. We would recommend it to people on a budget.

The room was well-priced, very quiet, had a balcony with a pretty view and was in an excellent location near the town square. For the price, it is hard to complain. The hotel and room was basic standards however was clean and had amazing views of Naples Bay if you had a Relax Room with french doors and balcony. At the time of the booking it does not clarify the difference btw Standard and Relax room therefore had to pay extra upon arrival to have the relax room. Hotel Eden was an extremely pleasant hotel. I recently visited Sorrento (July 2009) with the intention of having a chilled and relaxed break. To be […] perfectly honest from first impressions I thought the room was dark and didn’t feel comforting, but then I decided to open the shutters and I was amazed to look out onto a gigantic balcony with sun lounges and tables and chairs (this balcony was a private balcony for us only). The balcony its self was bigger than the room. This really changed my perspective of the room; it made the place feel very open comfortable. I was delighted to discover that the view we had from our balcony looked over the whole of Sorrento, Vesuvius, and the sea. Furthermore it was a stone throw away from the centre of Sorrento and the path down to the sea. Well worth the money, I recommend this to any one wanting to stay in Sorrento. If you are on a budget this is the hotel for you. The rooms are just decent but the location is GREAT! If you don't spend a lot of time in your room and just sleep there at night it will be fine. This hotel is in the perfect location in Sorrento, just off the main street that leads to the town's main square. The hotel from the outside looks great. But thy had furniture in the halls leading to the rooms that were way outdated and worn down by being in the sun. Also, to take a shower you had to turn off the water to soap up, open the door to shave your legs, because the shower itself was only big enough to stand in. Hotellet har en glimrende beliggenhed - og en god udsigt! Men udsigten er kun hvis man står ude på altanen. Termoruderne i altandøren er punkterede og fyldt med fugt - så der er matterede ruder! Og møblementer er generelt nedslidt! Men hotellet ligger godt.
