Сквозь незадернутые шторы огромных, во всю стену окон, пылающее солнце нагревало наш номер до невероятной температуры. Кондиционер не работал, хотя менеджер утверждал обратное. Мы задернули шторы и открыли окно, но уличный шум не давал уснуть. Нам абсолютно неверно объяснили дорогу до общеизвестного места, которое мы, по счастливому стечению обстоятельств, […] нашли сами. При выписке с нас удержали 15 Евро за то, что мы не туда положили ключ-карту, которая представляла из себя белый кусок пластика без всяких обозначений. Теперь, после посещения Берлина мы знаем множество отелей с гораздо лучшими условиями и не рекомендуем этот отель. Подробнее

Не самое интересное окружение для обычных туристов, но стоящее в других отношениях. Невероятно фантастический отель и мимолетный взгляд в жизнь обычных жителей Берлина.

Несмотря на то, что местоположение (Schoeneberg) может показаться немного невзрачным, мы только выиграли от его недорогих ресторанов, дешевого продовольственного магазина за углом, чудесного небольшого супермаркета и т.д. Мы приобрели "Бизнес пакет по лучшей цене" (завтрак+WiFi+парковка) по очень хорошей цене. Нам понравился великолепный шведский стол […] на завтрак (яйца и кофе по желанию), который был достаточно сытный, чтобы поддержать нас до второй половины дня. Мы пользовались WiFi на наших смартфонах и не нуждались в машине, так как общественный транспорт очень удобно расположен: автобусная остановка напротив отеля, остановка U-Bahn в 6-7 минутах ходьбы (можно доехать на автобусе, особенно, если приобрести "Berlin Visit Card"). Очень дружелюбный и услужливый персонал. Оформление исключительно черно-белое, что выглядит очень элегантно, но меня немного раздражало. Небольой недостаток: в ванной комнате никаких туалетных принадлежностей, за исключением обычной помпы с жидким мылом. Нам сказали, что в номерах "Life Style" аксессуаров больше. Это прекрасный отель с дружелюбным и квалифицированным персоналом. Оформлен в минималистском черно-белом стиле. Номер "Lifestyle" приличного размера, с удобной кроватью, телевизором с плоским экраном и окнами от пола до потолка. Ванная нормального размера. Отель немного удален от основных мест интереса, но до них легко добраться при помощи удобного […] общественного транспорта. Фанатам Дэвида Боуи будет интересно узнать, что он жил в Берлине в 400 метрах от этого места в конце 70-х, а писатель Кристофер Ишервуд жил по-соседству в начале 30-х. Мое второе долговременное пребывание в этом отеле напомнило мне о том, за что я его так люблю. Персонал исключительно хорошо обучен, говорит на английском, услужливый и дружелюбный. Расположен очень удобно по отношению к двум главным линиям U и S Bahn для легкого перемещения, трансфер из аэропорта стоит примерно 20 Евро.

Процедура регистрации в отеле отняла минимум времени. Персонал исключительно услужливый и в совершенстве владеет английским языком. Номера красивые и современные. Никаких чайных или кофейных принадлежностей, зато много мест для хранения вещей и очень красивая ванная и душ.

Это очень хороший отель, являющийся образцом великолепного персонала и разумной цены. Отель идеально расположен в качестве отправной точки для туристов и путешествующих по делам. На одинаковом удалении от отеля находятся 2 станции Sbahn и Ubahn ("Yorckstr" и "Kleistpark" - в пяти минутах ходьбы) и прямо напротив входа остановка автобусов (маршруты в […] "Main station", "Potsdamer Platz", "Reichstag", "Alexander Platz" и другие важные точки маршрута). Персонал очень вежливый а на стойке регистрации много простых, но полезных вещей, таких как: открытки, проездные билеты, карты, путеводители и т.д. Непременно включите в пансион завтрак, так как он очень хороший, с превосходным и качественным выбором блюд. В ближайшем окружении немного ресторанов, но их в избытке на "Potsdamerstr" в любую сторону от отеля. Прямо напротив станции UBahn "Kleistpark" есть великолепный бар "Train Cocktail Bar", оформленный в виде вагона-ресторана. В Берлине множество великолепных ресторанов, но действительной находкой для меня был "Cafe Wendel" на перекрестке "Richard Wagner Strasse" и "Otto-Suhr Alee" (можно добраться маршрутом U7 от "Kleistpark" до "Richard-Wagner-Platz"). Лучше сделать предварительный заказ по телефону, так как он был очень переполнен в заснеженную ночь вторника. This modern hotel is a favorite..mostly because of the excellent (English speaking) staff...they consistantly make guests feel comfortable and are of great assistance. Rooms are simple black&white, comfortable and fairly large by European standards. Only a 3 block walk to the U-Bahn station connecting to all areas easily.

We had a very late arrival after a long day of traveling, and the night Manager was SUPER. He quickly checked us in, and when we found our room had been smoked in, he diligently worked to find us another room. The staff was Super and the accommodations were great. Loved the hotel but would not have like to be staying in the neighbourhood if I was travelling on my own. Luckily I was with friends. Easy access to quite a few stations. Great city. Would come again.

Wonderful hotel, room and location, with very friendly and helpful staff. Only drawback (as a single traveller) was immediate surrounding area (a section of a very long road, Potsdamer Strasse), which is bit 'down-market'. Excellent transport links.

Lindemanns combines an urban-edgy minimalist design with such good old fashioned basics as a great bed, large windows that actually open, large attractive bathroom, excellent front desk staff, and a tasty breakfast with all the coffee you want (which in my case is quite a lot). Hotel Lindemann's is a good hotel. It is moderately priced, yet is extremely modern and clean. We had no problems during our stay. Even though Potsdammerstr. is a busy street, the windows kept the noise down to a minimum. The only improvement for me would be if the room had a safe.

This was an excellent hotel for the price. Room was very comfortable with clean sheets and towels everyday. Very satisfactory breakfast, lots on offer even for veggies. Bar was a bit dull at night but its close to the metro and a main bus route to other areas. Overall its pretty decent for this price range

The hotel is very nice and clean, our room (double bed + extra bed) was large and comfortable. The overall impression was unfortunately ruined by the quality of the extra bed which was joke. Sleeping on the floor would have been better solution. However the quality of the breakfast and the friendly staff made it up somehow again in the morning.

This place is designed around a very 80's idea of modernism. I actually enjoy that. I had two beds pushed together. The bathroom was granite and very nice. Lots of mirror space which I love. Everything was black and white, even the doors. There was air conditioning, it worked very well, but when you left it shut off along with the lights. The concierge […] was incredibly helpful and actually pro-active about making sure my needs were met. That said, it is in a sort of turkish part of town and not anywhere near much of the night life. Great if you want late night kebabs, but about a ten minute walk from anything else. As far as getting into town, I didn't really mind using the public transport, but I've lived in France for the past few months. If you're not used to walking a few blocks to catch a train to catch another train, you might look elsewhere. If you want somewhere fairly nice to stay, at a nice rate, with modern styling, then stay here. I was there for a week and only saw about five other guests. Do not expect to meet and party with a lot of people from the bar as it's not terribly likely. If you're young, check out Prenzlauer Berg or Friedrichshain. Both seem much younger areas. Подробнее

Very swish hotel, good location and very good price. Easy to get to from the airport. 5 minutes walk to 3 different U or S-bahn stations. Nice breakfast. LIDL round the corner. Only negative is you needed to keep the curtains drawn to prevent being seen from the buildings opposite (bit of a goldfish bowl).

Hotel is nothing spectacular but very clean and decent in most respects. Only real complaint is that room heat was not adjustable (despite presence of themostat). Location is OK but surrounding area is not that great. Decent value overall.

What a nice little find. New, clean and super friendly staff. Everyone at the hotel really made me feel like a welcomed guest. The breakfast was fresh and of good quality. All public transportation close by. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was the last of five hotels we stayed in during our trip and it was definitely the best. The staff is outstanding and extremely attentive. The rooms are spacious and super clean. Everything is new and has a clean and comfy feel to it. The hotel is within walking distance of the Potsdamer Platz (approx 15 min walk) but there are metro stations […] within a block. My only beef would be the missing shower curtain: the bathroom desing is one of those modern ones where the shower part of the bathroom. Of course, water splashes no matter how careful you are. We received terrific service from the desk staff - all spoke impeccable English, knew their way around, and were knowledgeable about restaurants and etc. Room was great, and very large by European standards.

My wife and I stayed here for one night in July 2009. The multi-lingual front desk was nothing but kind, professional, and quick-responding to our every need. Parking behind the hotel is just 8 euros. The hotel is just 2 blocks from the Berlin U-Bahn Bulowstrasse U2 line. It was also only a 15 minute walk to Potsdamer Platz as well. Lots of nice restaurants […] (Turkish, German, Iranian, Greek, Seafood etc.) within a 5-10 minute walk. There is a great fruit stand at a Turkish grocery store just the next block over. Vi havde en suite med terasse, super værelse og generelt et godt hotel. Værelset mangler dog betalings-tv eller alternativt internationale tv-kanaler samt et køleskab. Beliggenheden er ok med ca. 2 km centrum, kvarteret er dog knap så charmerende. Pris/kvalitet ratio hænger fint sammen.

Hotellet er absolut anbefalelsesværdigt, herunder også det righoldige udvalg til morgenmaden,men det lever ikke op til vores forventelige standard, at der i en Penthousesuite ikke er mulighed for at lave kaffe/te, og at der ikke er køleskab eller minibar.

Bodde to netter her da jeg reiste alene i starten av påsken. Har ingenting å utsette. Servicen er topp kvalitet, og nesten alle snakker bra engelsk. Resepsjonen bistår med alt fra å sende postkort til å forklare ruter. Rett rundt hjørnet ligger Lidl og en liten pizza-bule med kjempegod pizza. Området rundt virker kanskje litt shabby, men jeg hadde ingen […] ubehagelige hendelser til tross for at jeg gikk der om kvelden. Hotellet ligger ikke veldig sentralt, men det er kanskje det man betaler for. Ikke alt for langt til stoppet Bürlowstrasse, som går rett til Potsdamer Platz med U-Bahn. Rommet mitt var rent, kjempekoselig, moderne og ikke dyrt, roomservicen tar jobben sin alvorlig og spurte meg da jeg kom tilbake om hun skulle rengjøre, selv om jeg hang ut "do not disturb"-skiltet, - noe jeg setter pris på. Alt fungerede optimalt og fuldt ud indfriede vores forventninger. Fint morgen-arrangement og aftenmad var også perfekt. Personale meget service minded og venlige. Vi var 3 personer på værelset; men alligevel fungerede det rigtig godt på grund af størrelsen, badeværelset var yderst flot og fungerede godt. Rigtig god oplevelse, kan anbefales.

Das Lindemanns Berlin ist ein sauberes, nettes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Ich kann das Frühstück aber nicht empfehlen, da es für 12,50€ pro Person doch wenig Auswahl bietet. Da haben selbst viele kleine Mittelklasse-Hotels mehr zu bieten. Es dauert auch immer eine Zeit bis die leeren Teller und Schalen aufgefüllt werden. Dette hotellet gir deg mye for pengene - veldig stilrent, store og behagelige rom, og hyggelige og behjelpelige ansatte. Det ligger litt utenfor "sentrum", men det går både busser og metro like ved, så vi syns ikke dette var problematisk.
