Мы с супругом планировали остановиться здесь на одну ночь, но в результате остались еще на одну. Мы буквально влюбились в персонал и номера! Персонал был такой услужливый и дружелюбный. Если вы на машине, вверх по улице есть гараж. Есть несколько вещей, на которые я бы обратила внимание в номере: это напор воды и сдвигающаяся дверца душевой кабинки […] (вода стекала на пол и впитывалась в полотенце). Но, в целом, прекрасное впечатление! Питание было великолепное! Я бы рекомендовала это место. Оно находится не в центре города, где шумно и много транспорта, и все же вы не чувствуете себя на отшибе. Я прекрасно провел здесь выходные! Персонал просто чудо как мил, качество обслуживания клиентов на высоте. Я определенно сюда вернусь.

Понравилась отделка номеров и окна от пола до потолка. Классное место.

Номер производит впечатление домашней спальни. Температура в номере плохо регулируется, очень холодно. Увы, нет ванны. Ресторан тоже никакой, но номер, кровать и подушка классные.

Отель чудный. Отличный душ. Есть бесплатный WiFi и можно пользоваться тренажерным залом вниз по улице. Кровать довольно удобная - не такая изумительная, как кровать Westin. Номер чистый, есть небольшой письменный стол и маленькая барная стойка. Этого достаточно для короткой деловой поездки. С удовольствием провел время в "Tribeca". Обычно я останавливаюсь в части города, примыкающей к центру. Отель был маленький и душевный. Персонал выше всяких похвал. Номера небольшие, но чистые и безукоризненно отделанные. В отеле удивительно тихо. Есть прекрасный ресторан и, вдобавок, изумительный выбор печенья и напитков снаружи. Приличный, хоть и небольшой и без особых удобств, но, что хуже всего в деловой поездке - это то, что беспроводной интернет не работал.

Firstly the positives: The bed and was extremely comfortable and the quality of the sheets was very good. Bathroom facilities were very nice and mostly I found the hotel staff helpful. Negatives: the room service was not the same price as quoted in the book and when I brought this up the gentleman who delivered the food was no help. I enjoyed my stay at the Duane Street Hotel. The bed linens were comfy and top notch. I loved the wooden floors, soothing colors, and the minimalist interior. A convenient and delicious restaurant downstairs meant I could meet friends for dinner without leaving the hotel.

This hotel is in a perfect location for a romantic gateway. TriBeca is a low key New York neighborhood with lots to do, highly recommended.

The Duane Street Tribeca Hotel was a fabulous find. The room and bed were very comfortable, the staff was helpful and accomodating. The little bar and restaurant downstairs had excellent food. I am very pleased with my experience.

I would recommend the Duane st hotel because the service and friendliness of the staff was excellent and always welcoming. Close to the subway or walking distance to major attractions. Felt safe as a single female traveling alone.

I have lived in Tribeca for 5 years, but recently moved to Chicago. When I had a business trip to NY, I found the Duane St. Hotel. the pictures on the website are really accurate. Clean modern bath room; with shelves for storage; clear modern room. the staff was very friendly and helpful. My room (206) was small but very well designed with lots of drawers, […] and built-ins. The bed was very comfy and the room was QUIET despite being on Church Street which is very busy. Free WIFI was very welcome. I love the neighborhood but of course this is personal preference but there are lots of restaurants, cafes, several gyms etc. easy subway access to the 1,2,3 and a short walk to the 4,5,6. Great location. Super friendly staff. Expensive for a small room. It looks modern in the room, but a bit too much like an Ikea display. Normally, I like wood floors, but because the room was cramped it felt cold and not super welcoming. I know it's New York, but it seemed expensive for the amount of space.

I stayed in this hotel for just over 1 week. It was very clean, staff were friendly and overall it was a comfortable stay. I was only on the second floor and was concerned about street noise but this was really no problem. Very well appointed hotel with friendly staff. Incorporated restaurant 'Mehtaphor' is excellent, very exciting and innovative menus. Great area, close to subway station for uptown, walking distance to financial district and view of Statue of Liberty. Bedroom comfortable but a couple of problems - the restriction of space meant that my wife and I both […] bashed our feet on the corner of the bed base. In my case I'm still suffereing from the injury. A simple fix would be to protect the sharp corner of the base. Modern design, small. Perfect for business travel. WI-FI worked fine. There was a restaurant, I attempted to get breakfast, but service was really slow so I had to leave after waiting about 10 minutes to get someone to my table. Other than that, it was fine.

I was only in the hotel for one night, so I didn't use a few of the amenities (i.e. bar in the lobby, etc.) . The location of the hotel was perfect for getting in and out the city quickly. I was flying out of JFK so it was easy for the cab driver to take the Brooklyn Bridge to the BQE, etc. This hotel is perfect for anyone who knows their way around […] NYC and just wants an easy base to settle it. The hotel had a good atmosphere, design and location. Hotel staff had a disinterested attitude but the accomodations were a very good value. There is a nice little restaurant and lounge area. I would stay there again.

The Duane Street Hotel offer excellent value for money. Clean, well appointed hotel with decent amenities for the price. This sweet little boutique hotel is perfect for the Gen Y traveler. WHile a bit light on experience ( the staff seemed a bit confused about process sometimes) everyone could not have been nicer!! From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone seemed genuinely glad you were there, and showed none of the attitude you might expect from a hip little hotel. […] My rrom was tiny, but well laid out and very comfortable. Convenient location for shopping, Wall Street, Battery Park- just a short walk or a subway ride away. There are some nice, relatively inexpensive cafes nearby as well as upscale restaurants. Parks. The room was perfect for one person - so the two of us were very innovative in storing our belongings - but nicely done, all the amenities. Remindful of a European hotel, small but nice attention to detail - not cheap - but hey it's New York!

Duane Street Hotel is stylish, but tiny with no real amenities. The "queen" beds are actually full-sized. My room was basically just 2 extra feet around the bed on 3 sides. There was no refridgerator in the room or laundry service, restaurant or gym in the building. The "restaurant" is just a bar with an espresso machine. The neighborhood provides most of these thing (until 11PM) and it's a nice walk to/from the financial district, but if you're looking to hunker down and do a couple straight days of work, this hotel offers nothing beyond its location. The location was perfectt, the price good. However there was no closet in the room, and the elevator broke when I was there. The room was clean. Breakfast or coffee is not available tell 7am...little late. the people were nice and helpfull. Internet was free.

Very chic & nice location. Was a bit disappointed with the size of the room. Tried to keep in mind that NY rooms are usually smaller than average. Nice amenities. Staff were very helpful and we would stay there again.
