Plaza Tour Eiffel Hotel - Париж

Замечательный отель, удобно расположенный на тихой улочке — в нескольких кварталах от Эйфелевой башни. Очень чистая современная комната. Портье были очень услужливыми. Продовольственные магазины и булочные в нескольких шагах — замечательные бистро поблизости.

Наше пребывание в «Plaza Tour Eiffel Hotel» было потрясающим. Это относительно небольшой отель в районе Трокадеро. Персонал очень дружелюбный, профессиональный и любезный. Район был идеальным для моей семьи: приятный, чистый и тихий, но, в то же время, очень близко к метро, Эйфелевой башне и другим достопримечательностям. Дружелюбный персонал, чистые комнаты и отель в пешей доступности от Эйфелевой башни (в паре кварталов) и реки, где вы можете взять катер и доплыть до Лувра, собора Нотр-Дам и т.п. Замечательные кафе и рестораны поблизости. Я бы однозначно рекомендовал этот отель в Париже.

Из аэропорта нас не забрали. По прибытии у нас была забронированная и оплаченная комната для трех человек. Номер дали только для двоих. На следующий день нам предоставили номер 100, который находится за лобби. Было слышно голоса из лобби и, когда я выходил из номера, в лобби обычно сидели люди и мой номер, и я сам отлично просматривались. Моя единственная оговорка в том, что, несмотря на то, что отель […] находился рядом с Эйфелевой башней, от него было далеко от всех остальных достопримечательностей в Париже, и поблизости удобной площади Трокаредо нет ресторанов и т.п. Вам придется сесть на метро (около четверти мили пешком), чтобы добраться до чего-нибудь интересного. Я был так же слегка разочарован инцидентом с wi-fi. Интернет не работал (так мне показалось), и, когда я подошел портье и сказал им об этом, сотруднику на ресепшен было, такое ощущение, все равно. Он предложил мне другой пароль, а когда я объяснил, что дело не в пароле, он только пожал плечами, сказали, что ему «жаль», и решил, что на этом все. Мне пришлось попросить его, чтобы ко мне подошел кто-то, кто мог бы помочь. Наконец, вышел менеджер, перезагрузил систему, и все заработало. В целом, отель в очень хорошем состоянии и персонал очень старается помочь настолько, насколько может. Эйфелева башня в пешей доступности, и отель расположен близко к метро, что удобно. Единственная проблема в том, что комнаты очень маленькие. Я ожидал немного большего от 4-звездочного отеля и денег, которые мы заплатили, но я все же рекомендовал бы […] этот отель. Lovely attentive staff, great little hotel with a fantastic view of the eiffel tower.

Very nice hotel. Very good service.A little too far from the center of Paris-but easily reachable with Metro. Be aware that in the deluxe rooms ( which are bigger and nicer than the standard rooms) the bed is made up of 2 mattresses shoved side by side -wheres in the standard rooms there is a queen bed which is smaller but made up of one mattress.

It may not look it from the outside, but the Plaza Tour Eiffel is quite luxurious once you get into your room. The bathroom was spotless and well-fitted -- including a strong shower with a glass screen. There was ample storage space; the four pillows were of the best quality; there were free newspapers (incl. some in English); staff were pleasant and […] not only spoke English but tolerated my French. Very good experience, the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Great breakast although not included in the price. Rooms are tiny, but who's going to stay in their room in Paris?! Very clean and comfortable, the location is great. Short easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, many restaurants.

Brillant little hotel - 5 min walk to Eiffel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms extremely clean. Slightly small compared to NZ. Had a brillant stay and would recommend to all:)

The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. The bed was large and comfortable. Walking distance to Trocadero Plaza with restaurants, cafes and beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. We travel a lot and this is the best Paris hotel we've found for the price.

We were satisfied with our stay here mainly because it was convenient to the metro and an easy walk to the Champs Elysees. Unfortunately, during check out, we had a misunderstanding regarding charges for laundry service. The person at reception got unnecessarily flustered and, assuming we couldn't understand, proceeded to complain about us in french […] to a co-worker...while we were standing there! Cute boutique hotel, nicely located near the Trocadero metro and Eiffel Tower. The room was clean (a bit small, but serviceable for just one person) and the staff was professional and responsive. My only complaint is that the bed was much too hard for my tastes. I would recommend the hotel to those who prefer extremely firm beds.

Very friendly and helfpul staff. The hotel was expensive but on a par with other hotels in Paris. Great location, very accessible to the Eiffel Tower.

Great hotel with excellent location within walking distance of tower and arc. Room was very clean and nicely appointed. Staff was very helpful and fluent in English. Room was a bit on the small size, but for a short stay this was not a problem.

My wife and I spent 3 nights in Paris and loved the location of the hotel. It is across the river from the Eiffel Tower, easy 15 min walk. We loved the neighborhood, actually felt like we lived there. Didn't feel like you were staying in a tourist area. So many great bread, wine, cheese and butcher shops close by. We showed up at this hotel and they said they were having electrical problems and we could not stay there - that there was no room. It sounded a bit fishy, but safety first I guess. The hotel did arrange a taxi to one of their "sister hotels" - same price, same quality level... but overall I can't recommend a place that turns guests away.

The Plaza Tour Eiffel Hotel is in an excellent location in Paris' 16th arrondisment. It was less than a 5 min. walk to the Trocadero Metro station.The employees at the front desk were all very friendly and willing to answer any questions that we had and they all spoke English. The location was fantastic, very close to the Eifel Tower and a good Metro entrance but in a quite neighborhood where you could sleep at night without noise on the streets. Everything was fantastic with the hotel. The only problem was the Internet was a bit "spotty" so I could not use Skype more than 3 minutes without losing the connection. The hotel is located in a more residential area and is pretty quiet at night. The staff all speak english and were very helpfull. Close walk to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero.

What a great hotel. Very well kept room, L'Occitane goodies in the bathroom. Could see the top of the Eiffel Tower if you leaned out of the bedroom window! This is a pleasant little boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood (16th arrondisement). The staff were alll extremely pleasant & just as happy to speak in English or to teach us phrases in French. Esta bonito, bien mantenido y limpio, el desayuno es excelente y la alatencion es buena. El unico problema es que el servicio de wifi es muy malo la recelcion de la señal. Deben mejorarla porque hoy en dia es una herramienta indispensable.

Dans un quartier assez calme . notre chambre standard était petite mais propre et très correcte. Rien a dire pour l'accueil. Situation proche du Trocadéro mais loin du centre parisien. A recommander.

Hotel agréable, avec personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Mais les prix sont bien trop élevés par rapport à la prestation. En province, pour le même prix, la chambre fait le double d'espace! Géographiquement bien placé.

Es war ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit Charme.Der Empfang an der Reception sehr herzlich.Das Zimmer sehr sauber. Leider war das Bad etwas klein und wenig Ablagefläche. Der Standort des Hotels, nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Eiffelturm, machte diese kleinen Mängel jedoch wett. Auf alle Fälle zum Weiterempfehlen.

Sehr zufrieden, freundlich bedienung, sauber, tolles früstuck und bett sehr comfortable, zimmer ein wenig klein aber sonst alles ok, sehr zufrieden!

l'hotel nous a proposé une catégorie supérieure pour plus de confort car nous avions une poussette et un bébé. geste très appréciable. pas de minibar dans les chambres ( présenté comme un choix délibéré ?, surprenant pour cette catégorie)

Cette hotel était génial! Nous avons pris la suite Junior et nous n'avons pas été déçu! La vue "Tour Eiffel" correspond à la partie haute de cette dernière, mais les petits balcons privés de la chambre furent bien appréciés.
