Служащий работал не покладая рук. Работал один и пытался помочь всем, если они нуждались. Было трудно поверить, он был один на стойке регистрации. Лучший работник, которого я увидел за долгое время.

"Suites Paris CDG" - хороший отель вблизи аэропорта. Маршрут трансфера был неясным, как будет ехать автобус из аэропорта в гостиницу, т.к. он заезжал во многие отели.

Отель для ночевки в Париже неплох, но трансфер неудобный и медленный, что характерно для всех отелей в округе. До остановки трансферного автобуса долго идти и он переполнен, в то время как по возвращении вы высаживаетесь в другом терминале и должны сесть на другой автобус в обратную сторону. Если нужна крыша над головой, то вам сюда. Разве вы не захотели бы остановиться больше чем на одну ночь и проигнорировали бы номер с мини-кухней и гостиной. Если вы собираетесь использовать кухню, то не забудьте привезти свои чайник, столовые приборы, фарфор, одежду, моющие средства и т.д., т.к. их не было. Не соглашайтесь, как я, на номер на 1-м этаже, […] с окнами на улицу, т.к. вас может разбудить трансферный автобус. Если моторизованные шторы будут сломаны, то вы также будете просыпаться из-за уличных огней. Сотрудники были готовы переселить меня, но лично для меня это было уже слишком поздно ночью. Хороший отель. С другой стороны дороги велись шумные работы. Они там перестраивали дом. Я полагаю, что эта неприятность была только временной, и это не зависело от отеля.

The hotel was very nice but I expected more service from a 4-star place. Firstly, the receptionist was not at all helpful. For example when asked where Hertz (car rental) office was located, she said she didn't know and advised we looked it up on the Internet. Wow. I didn't even comment on this to let her know that it should be her job to look it up […] on the Internet and then inform us. Then there were problems with the room key - she switched the room for us (we were supposed to get a room on the 2nd floor, but she changed it to the 1st floor) and never registered this change anywhere. So the room was marked "available" in the hotel's database and at around 11 pm two men were trying to get in because they were allocated to this room. Luckily, their key didn't work and I opened the door since I heard them messing with the lock. They were just as surprised as I was. My key to the room didn't work either so every time I left the room I had to get the receptionist to unlock it for me. A very inconvenient location. there appear to be better options that are actually at CDG, rather than a bus-ride away.

The hotel room its self was perfect. The floor was dirty and the air conditioning did not work properly. I checked out of the hotel in the morning sweating. When I requested the airport shuttle service schedule for our morning departure we were told repeatedly that it was in the room. We looked every where and did not find it. My partner ended up paying […] 22euros for a taxi to the airport in the morning and when I checked out the schedule was produced right from the front desk in a laminated precise schedule form. This is my second stay at this hotel. It is a nice hotel. Reception staff not always friendly. Very convenient location for travelers as it is only a few minutes away from CDG airport. The parking is too expensive and apparently it is dangerous to leave the car outside...

We needed something by the airport at a good price this hotel fit the bill perfectly. The room was excellent -- the lobby carpet needed a good cleaning or replacement also the lobby furniture is worn out -- but over all it served its purpose well.

Only stayed for 1 night. Fairly average for the price.

But dirty rooms, towels that were stained, amenities in the room that were forgotten and generally unhelpful staff. There are many better options

We had a great stay!

I was not impressed with the lack of cleanliness in the room, as you came in you could see the dust and what looked like breadcrumbs on the floor. It was simply filthy. There were 2 slats of parquet floor sticking out by the bathroom door and you had to pay attention so as not to injure yourself. Such an easy thing to fix and have been left there. I […] have booked with breakfast included and later on was charged 15 Euros! for a mediocre quality breakfast. But you live and you learn. Also I was charged an additonal 1.20 Euros for some accommodation tax, but that apparently is charged in all hotels. Pictures online looked much better than reality. It was comfortable, but not as nice I had expected. The man behind the front desk was pretty rude. You can see what they were after with the decor, but it was not a success IMO

I stay only a night to this hotel because I lost my flight, but it was a pleasent experience. Even the hotel is near to airport and I could see the plains from my window, I did not hear the noize.

The hotel was fine other than the leaky sink. The rooms were large, well appointed and the staff though a bit to few of them did their best. Certainly for the money you are paying it was good value. The neighborhood leaves much to be desired. Want some food you have to walk quite a ways to a little village with few choices. Want a drink and you have […] to walk even further to a small pub. So you really have to ask yourself why you want to be there. This hotel is still a half hour away from the airport by the time you wait for the shuttle and all. So sure if you had an overnight stay because of being in transit at CDG this might make sense but otherwise you might as well stay in Paris and take the train out. Подробнее

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was way overpriced to I didn't have it. The room was just so so but adequate. I appreciated the wi-fi and really needed it. The nearby town is very charming and a 5 minute walk. Shuttle service to and from CDG was very convenient and free.

The online site said the hotel was attached to the airport, and it was NOT. The hotel was about a mile from the airport. Also, the coffee that is set out, was cold both times and horrible. Not to mention they didn't set out coffee until 10. Also, the room that they gave us was not cleaned from the previous customers. Gross!

The heating system of the suite was horrible, it was blowing cold air, even when setting the temp to max. after calling the service room to intervene, noting changed, we have been very concerned about our young kids, we dressed them as if we were outside. Also, we took this close hotel to the airport to take the shuttle service. However, i'd not recommend […] it when you are traveling with kids (luggage + strollers). the bus was very packed, and the bus sop for terminal 2E is a heck of a walk (if you are loaded with luggage). "Only Suites" has the distinction of being a spacious 'residence', with full kitchenette, in "hotel row" of the charming hamlet of Roissy-en-France, on the edge of Charles de Gaulle airport. I stayed here for the access to the cute little town, with its two grocery stores & restaurants, that the Airport hotels lack. However, since the "navette" (shuttle […] bus) service to these Roissy hotels has been much curtailed and no longer makes stops directly at Terminals 1 or 2, next time I'll just stay at the "Terminal 3"-based hotels (Ibis, Novotel et al), which is the only stop the Navettes now make, and save myself schlepping luggage that extra distance. Either way, you now must take the airport train from "Term 3" which is merely a hotel hub between the actual terminals 1 & 2. This suite is spacious, but maintenance was run-down: tv had been added as an after-thought, but no english channels besides BBC & CNN, which were both limited to sports. Kitchenette has dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove. Front desk charged me one euro for 'city tax' which I thought was odd, given my hotels.com receipt clearly stated that it included such city taxes. Подробнее

In general very nice hotel, a few minutes from CDG airport. They forgot to give me the wake up call!

A manager and the people who work at this hotel are not friendlyl. Especially, a manager is very arrogant and not helpful. No consideration for the tourists who are not familiar about the soundings. Under a such manager, 4 stars hotel status is not agreeable. Compassion is totally missing.

It felt like home! ps: Except that there was supposed to be WiFi but the front desk lady said the Internet is down. They don't even have a kiosk for guest so if you need Internet badly, too bad!

The hotel was the filthiest hotel I have ever seen. Carpets were stained. Room had not been cleaned with dirt and crumbs on the floor, sheets looked like they hadn't been changed and condition of room was very run down. Breakfast, was inedible. A/C wasn't up to the job . The room finally cooled down about 4:00AM.

If you're looking for a nice, clean room close to the airport, this is probably your best value. I chose this hotel as it was the most reasonably priced for the Airport Hotel Village and included a shuttle to the airport. I only needed to stay their for a night as I had a very early flight. The hotel room was clean, spacious and relatively comfy. I also got upgraded to a double room suite.. didn't need it but it was appreciated. Internet is also […] included and free. The hotel doesn't seem to be doing very well though as they are VERY slow with check-in and although I didn't run into any problems I saw many people have issues with lost reservations, delayed check-ins and other weird issues. A few things in the room seem to be falling apart and nobody wants to spend the money to repair it. Elevators are pretty small and slow. In the end though, the hotel did the job. Good Points: Clean, spacious design, microwave, good lighting, big bathroom, great decor for an aparthotel, powerful shower, helpful staff, great location for Airport, plenty of surrounding hotels and restuarants. We needed a hotel at the airport as we came in late and were leaving early the next day. The hotel was very modern, clean with a very large room, enough for 4 people. the location was great as there was a shuttle bus very 29 minutes to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel and the price was great!

The room safe and the kettle did not work and the place had a tired feeling and look. On our return trip we booked inot the Holiday Inn which was ideal.

Stayed to catch a morning flight back to US from CDG. Asked airport information where to get shuttle and she knew. 5th floor above rail station. It is the black bus and both ways it went well. The bus stops at a few hotels, but all were close together. We took a 7PM from airport and the 5:30AM to the airport. Neither took over 15 minutes.

Comfortable but a long ride from the airport as the black bus goes a long route from terminal 3 to terminal 2 before it starts the hotel drop-offs. My biggest disappointment was the kitchen...it is not stocked with anything...no glasses even. The cleaning crew forgot the hand towels and glasses so we used tea cups. the room was huge and the shower was hot. What a treat! It took us a little wandering at CDG airport before we could find the place where the shuttles stopped, but once we found it we were fine. There are several different shuttles that go between the airport and various area hotels. The bus that goes to the Only Suites hotel is called the "Black Bus". […] Make sure to wait for that one.
