I booked the Howard Johnson based mainly on price but also location. I arrived and found the check if staff to be helpful, I was given my key and was... not disappointed with the room. It was a decent size with everything in it I needed. It has free Wi-Fi but to be fair it is a little patchy at best. It was difficult skyping my girlfriend back in the UK as the connection never seemed to hold long enough. There is plenty of parking and all the rooms have a fridge and microwave. I had read on trip advisor about the breakfast and thought that it couldn't be as add as some people were saying but breakfast consisted of an urn of coffee, some cereal and a box of doughnuts... Not quite the continental breakfast I am used to but there was a lovely diner just down the road that was very reasonably priced. I would say that this hotel is not particularly suited to families but for the purpose of my business trip it had somewhere to sleep and I am not disappointed with the hotel at all.
