хороший отдых за умеренные деньги!!! Советую. Единственное надо в ресторане отеля проверять счет, а то бывает приписывают лишние евро в счет:)

A great location with a clean sandy beach, bars, restaurents and shops within 5 minutes slow amble. The weather was clear blue skies, but at 36+ in the day dropping to 28 in the late evening. Went to Cyprus with my partner to visit family and have a break. When looking for somewhere to for a couple of nights last minute, I am so pleased we chose the Alva Hotel. Great location, just one road back from beach and at one end of the main strip with bars and restaurants.. Everywhere therefore easy to walk to. Hotel staff very excellent, very friendly […] and made us feel very welcome. We have a problem with balcony door when we arrived and they sent someone up to sort out as soon as they could. Breakfast was included and cooked to order. We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which although basic, was clean and spacious. Bed's were comfortable and the inclusive air conditioning very welcome. Lovely balcony looking towards sea. Don't get me wrong, If you are looking for five staff accommodation this might not be the place for you. But if you are looking for good accommodation, in an excellent location and decent sized swimming pool with sun loungers, good friendly staff for a great price then look no further. The hotel has great location. The rooms are relatively large and the price was reasonable. The kitchen is well equipped. However, there are several negatives. Though there is an air-conditioning system in each room, you have to pay an extra 6 euros to use both of them! I have never encountered a situation where I had to pay for the use of an air-conditioning […] system in a hotel anywhere else on earth! The most critical issue for me was the fact that the hotel is popular with local youngsters who cause a lot of noise overnight and early morning. The hotel staff essentially did nothing to stop the teenagers from causing havoc. The breakfast is miserable and you are better off going to a bakery at a short distance from the hotel. Stayed at the hotel for 2 days. Was looking for a cheap hotel and was surpriced by the room size, friendly personel, breakfast and location. Only room for improvements was no towel service for the pool. Overall a very good experience for a budget hotel.

My wife, teenage daughter & I have just spent two weeks at the Alva. We knew the location of the hotel from previous visits to Protaras & decided to book here as it's a very short walk to Fig Tree Bay. Somewhere […] clean to shower, get ready & sleep in comfort. You do get some noise from the strip but it's in the background, not loud enough to keep you awake. They could do with changing towels a little more often & I would recommend you pre book late checkout as the shower room downstairs is like a sauna, so you end up needing another shower by the time you have attempted to dry yourself. Apart from those couple of gripes the overall stay was fine & would not dissuade anyone from staying here as its a great price for it's close proximity to a wonderful beach and all the shops, restaurants etc.... The room was big and clean. The location is perfect, is in the heart of Protaras. The stuff is very good. The parking space is tiny. They have a "tennis court" that is basically not in use. The breakfast is very very poor. You order form a menu that has five fixed plates. (serials, continental breakfast, English breakfast.. and other two options) We […] have ordered Eng-Breakfast and it was a plate full of caned bake bins that were terrible two fried eggs in the bins sauce one cold sausage two sliced of dry cold bacon inside the bins sauce, half roast tomato in the bins sauce and 4 slices of toasted bread that were extremely cold. I wake up early to eat a good breakfast end end up eating the lowest quality breakfast meal that i ever had. Value for money is ok... Overall if you are not from Cyprus the hotel is in the perfect location because you will not need to hire any vehicle to move. Vi bodde i en av sviterna som var helt fantastisk för att vara ett tre stjärningt hotell. Helt nya sviter med fin inredning i vitt , sköna sängar med härliga täcken och kuddar. Badrock fanns också i det fina badrummet tillsammans med fina sköna handdukar. Badrummet i sig var stort med ett fönster mot sovrummet. Dubbla handfat. Platt tv och fullt utrustat […] kök. Vi hade även en fin balkong med utsikt mot havet. Nya fina möbler även på balkongen. Frukosten var helt ok. Kaffet kunde varit starkare och även juicen,. Hotellets läge är också jätte bra. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber sehr gut unterhalten. Mit der Renovation wurde begonnen, zwei Etagen sind bereits fertig. Das Personal ist sehr nett und die Zimmer sehr sauber.

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole anche se al primo impatto in effetti ci è sembrato un pò vecchiotto come struttura e, passato l'ingresso, con l'aria di una colonia. Le camere comunque sono pulite e confortevoli dotate di tutti gli accessori. La zona piscina è gradevole e con un bar molto carino.
