Номера двухкомнатные, удобные. Лучше берите на первом этаже, самолеты не так сильно слышно. Чай, кофе бесплатно у бассейна и закуски чипсы и макароны.

The hotel located just infront of Beverly shopping center and 10 minutes drive from Groov and Farmer's Market. The Hop on hopp off bus stop is also infront of the hotel for those who like to get 1st impression of the city from seconf flour of that kind of transport :-) Service in the hotel is on the highest level, all employees from guys opneing doors to the cleaners, and for sure recpetion, concierge are helpfull, polite and think about your next step before you realize what you gonna do. I travel a lot all over the world and have been to many 4-5 star hotels, quality and level of service in this hotel is best i ever met. The only small thing which do not let me to put highest rating to this hotel is that our friends had to change 1 room before they got one with working shower and air condition, and in some rooms the door to the bathroom is sliding type, so you can imagine: there is no real privacy when you are in bathroom. Otherwise the rooms are cousy and comfortable with view to Holliwood hills from one side and Beverly shopping center from the other. The swiiming pool and fitness center are great. We really liked the Restaurant as well,. They had delisious food as for kids so for the adults. I would recomend this hotel for stay at Los-Angeles.

The hotel is a block from my office, so that was why I stayed. I used to eat at the restaurant when I lived in LA. The room was tiny and the window faced a block wall. The adjustable shower head would not stay in the up position so I had to hold it with one hand and shower with the other. "This is more of a three star hotel"
Lobby is beautiful, making you feel like you are checking into a 4 star boutique hotel & check in process was quick however walls are paper thin, corridor needs to be cleaned up and rooms need to get some attention or a make over. Cheaply put together, bed is not comfortable and above head air conditioner is noisy, reminded me of a hotel 6 room with […] white linenes and shiny polyester curtains. "Walking distance to Staples"
The parking is fabulous, $12 for 24 hours literally ten steps from the O Hotel.We were there for a hockey game at Staples and it was a ten minute walk. We also felt safe walking back to our room at the end of the night. We had no problems checking in. The elevator is just a little creepy, but completely functional nonetheless. We had a queen sized bed […] and a perfect sized room for two people staying just a quick night. Our view out the window was a brick wall, but we were only in the room to sleep so it wasn't a problem. The shower head is a little too contemporary, you could either hold it in your hand or hope it sticks in one spot so you aren't spraying the ceiling! Other than the shower, everything else in the room was great. We had a brand new tv in our room that hadn't been programmed yet, and Christopher at the front desk was knocking at our door to help us before we even hung up the phone. I paid about $200 after taxes for our queen sized room. Even though the room was clean and comfortable, I honestly wouldn't pay more than $100-150 at the most. We attended the Sweet Sixteen at the Staples Center. The hotel was within walking distance of the arena, about three blocks. The neighborhood was safe with eating and shopping nearby. We recently stayed one night at this hotel. It has a modern decor which we liked, a good atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff, good beds, clean rooms, and not all the stuff you really do not need if one only uses hotels to sleep in. The continental breakfast was as usual, but some yoghurt would have been nice. The area was pleasant, near Staples […] Center and the Convention Center, many restaurants, a nearby supermarket with good food, parking at reasonable rates within walking distance. Recommended. "Couple's Stay - Event at Staples Centre"
The hotel was chic & modern, and we were able to check in early (around 11 am). Lighting was dim in the elevator & hallways, but it might be the hotel "theme' - I guess it gave off a chic, romantic, lounge-y vibe to the hotel. Our room was clean and smelled nice when we first entered. Not very big, but had everything we needed, so we were satisfied. […] Modern decor and nice lighting. Perfect for romance, or if you like being able to control lighting in your room. Quick room service, although the ladies didn't quite understand our request for a second bathrobe. Booked the hotel mainly because of it's location to Staples Centre. We watched a concert, and were able to walk the 2.5 blocks safely. Although we enjoyed our stay very much, we would choose an alternate hotel if the price was right. We would pay the parking fees surrounding Staples, and stay somewhere outside of the downtown area.The neighborhood was clean, but seemed a bit sketchy as we walked back from Staples to the hotel. "O how horrible"
Hotel was a disaster -- sort of like a prison. View from my room was a cinder block wall -- 6 feet away. No light in the room. A spa with no service -- and the staff had no idea when/if they would open. Breakfast was less than adequate -- no fruit, no yogurt -- although I was charged a daily fee for the privileged. Location is what drew me to this hotel but service is definitely what stood out! Front desk was super- including when I was lost and called for help- and really made my stay special !! Overall the hotel was no e, and the room was nice. Little overpriced but its L. A. Noise was a problem at 4:00 in the morning which is something they should look into. Stayed here for 2nd time for a night out at the Staples Center. Convenient location to LA Live. Room is nice, however bathroom is a bit small and our floor squeaked. "Beware the hidden charges"
While my stay was ok, the hotel did not clearly communicate their daily "resort fee". I don't understand why they don't simply add this non-negotiable fee to your daily room rate vs. play games & add it separately. "Boutique Hotel"
The hotel was recommended by a friend for its lobby and restaurant downstairs, a good place to meet people if you have several meetings to fit in.I had to be downtown for work, so Indeed, that was the best part of the place. The lobby and restaurant (where I also ate) are good. When I arrived, the first room I got was really noisy next to a vent or […] so. I had no problem getting another room on another floor. This one was better. Rooms are small, the beds are comfortable. There is only a shower and everything seemed a bit run down, little things, some chips off the bed frame, small but obvious (easy to paint over), not quiet white anymore shower floor and sink (again easy to just maintain so it always looks fresh) it was all clean though. Most annoying for me were the lack of light both because most rooms face a brick wall so no day light comes in when you open the curtains. The biggest minus point also had to do with light again (and yes I understand it was a design decision as light everywhere in elevator and hallways was dim) but both the desk light and bed lights were in a corner and not suitable to read. I had to do a lot of paperwork and ended up sitting in the small hallway on the floor in my room, on some pillows as that was the only place I could see ( I wear no glasses, so not an eye issue). There was another light not working I asked it to be replaced which was never done in the three days I was there. The staff was friendly and helpful. ПодробнееОтзыв реального пользователя Hotels.com

"Only For Secure Comfortable Couples"
If you are going to stay at this hotel and you're a couple, you better be a couple thats comfortable with each other. There is a sliding door to the bathroom and there is a gap between the wall and the glass door. If you're a new couple or still trying to impress the other person, this isn't the place for you. However, if you've been together awhile […] and are comfortable with each others bodily functions, you will have no problem with this hotel. My spouse and I have been together 11 years, we loved the hotel and plan on returning next time we go to a concert in the area. The hotel is within walking distance, 2-3 blocks, to Club Nokia and the Staples Center. No need for a Designated Driver, Taxi, or to re-park. Parking is right next to the hotel and is only $12 (no in/outs). - Once again, if you're not comfortable in your relationship, do not book here. There is no need to leave a negative review, because you booked a place you are not comfortable with. "Not like the pictures!!"
Really can't believe I paid nearly $200 for one night at this hotel! Our room looked NOTHING like ANY of the pictures online - it looked more like a 'hostel' room - basic, very small with nothing in it! When I checked in there was a lady at reception that clearly was meant to be cleaning the hotel not working behin the front desk - she had no idea what […] she was doing. It was busy with walk ins and people including me trying to check in - I stood there for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. She agreed to upgrade me but couldn't do it without the manager approval who took another 10 minutes to appear and then tried to charge me $20 for an upgrade! "comfortable bed, but so-so neighborhood"
Rooms are comfortable but very small, service is good, they try, but they are in a non-tourist type neighborhood. Not unusual to see homeless guys lying around outside hotel, although it is not a far walk to LA Live and other attractions.Отзыв реального пользователя Hotels.com

"Overnight stay after a concet"
Room was pretty good. The bathroom door dosent provide much privacy. There is an opening on the side and you can look in on whoever is using the potty. The shower is good but difficult to figure out. The water gets all over the place. The breakfast isnt worth the time to walk down there. They were out of coffee cups, there wasn't much to choose from. […] I expected more from an "upscale/art deco" place. Other than that the staff was really nice and the location was great. if you are going to the staples center and do not want to drive home this is a good place to close your eyes. "Perfect place to stay for event at Staples Center."
This hotel has the NY Boutique feel: small, as they are in NY. On a street with highrises all around, like in NY. Very good location for LA Live and Staples Center. We live here in CA, but with attending a concert at Staples Center on a Monday night, thought it better to stay the night than drive an hour home afterward. We love NY as one of our favorite […] Domestic trips, so it was fun to have a night in a hotel (not too far from home) that allowed us to feel a little like we were farther away.
