Этот отель расположен в самом центре - всего 3 минуты пешком до Пизанской башни. Это симпатичный отель, но стойка регистрации закрывается в 9 часов вечера, так что если вы прибываете поздно, приходится регистрироваться в отеле той же сети по соседству.

Мы останавливались в отеле Dei Fiori на 2 ночи - в первую ночь нашего отпуска и в последнюю (из-за вылета из Пизы и разъездам по разным областям Тосканы). В первую ночь нас приветствовал симпатичный мужчина по имени Лоренцо, который рекомендовал нам хороший местный ресторан поблизости и дал нам карту Пизы. Он также согласился хранить в отеле наши велосипедный […] багаж 6 дней, пока мы не вернемся. Это было нам очень удобно. Номер довольно маленький, но комфортный. Второй раз (наша последняя ночь в Италии) нас приветствовала женщина - не такая дружелюбная и гостеприимная, как Лоренцо. Она сказала нам, что наши велосипеды нельзя хранить в отеле, поэтому мы испытали затруднение- как демонтировать велосипеды перед полетом? В конце концов, женщина согласилась. Номер был простой, кондиционер не работал, душ брызгался на пол в ванной, пока мы принимали его. Я также не рекомендую еду, мы ее не пробовали, но она выглядит непривлекательно и завтрак плохой. Отличный маленький отель с большинством необходимых удобств. Бесплатный WiFi был дополнительным плюсом. Чисто, отличный декор, дружелюбный персонал и 5 минут пешком до Пизанской башни, которую мы все тут приехали посмотреть. Одно маленькое замечание - номер маловат, но это совсем небольшое замечание. Обслуживание на стойке регистрации фантастическое, порекомендовали превосходный ресторан с большим шармом, который предлагает ранний завтрак.

Моя жена и я останавливались на одну ночь в этом маленьком отеле, который находится совсем рядом с Campo dei Miracoli. Нас встретила очень приятная и услужливая женщина за маленькой стойкой регистрации. Пока мы наслаждались за обедом шведским столом в ресторане при отеле, она присмотрела за нашим багажом. Она также организовала для нас такси до аэропорта […] в 5.30 утра. За стойкой регистрации никого нет в течении ночи, так что. когда мы уезжали рано утром, мы обрадовались, что такси приехало во время, как она нам и обещала. мы отлично поужинали в ресторане по соседству на маленькой угловой пощади. Когда мы прибыли, номер был готов. Правда, у телевизора не было проводов и нам пришлось запаковывать обратно чемоданы, чтобы перейти в другой номер. Это нужно было сделать быстро. Так как отель открыт только с 2 часов дня до 9 часов вечера. Wi-Fi работает хорош, но каждый день приходится получать новый пароль. Это означает, что вы должны встретиться […] со служащими отеля между 2 часами дня и 9 часами вечера. Ваш день вращается вокруг времени возвращения в отель. Около отеля нет бара или ресторана. Ванна в нашем номере протекала - каждый раз. когда мы мылись на пол протекала вода. Мы останавливались на одну ночь по пути во Флоренцию. Отель Relais dei Fiori превосходен. Мы прилетели Британскими Авиалиниями из LHR и сели в автобус LAM Rossa от аэропорта до собора и башни. Автобус стоит 1.1 Е за каждого, годится до 70 минут с момента активации, поездка длится примерно 20 минут. Билетный автомат находится на автобусной остановке, […] сразу за зданием терминала. Автомат говорит по-английски, но не дает сдачи. Но вы можете указать нужное вам количество билетов и заплатить за все сразу. Остановку у башни вы не пропустите - просто выгляните и увидите толпу, продающую солнцезащитные очки и часы. От остановки до отеля около 15 минут пешком мимо главных достопримечательностей Пизы. Проверьте дорогу по карте гугла, потому что путь не очевидный. Хотя, после того как вы один раз справитесь с толпой на площади, добираться до отеля будет легко. Отель RdeF находится на северном краю одной из главных улиц Пизы. Если вы прибываете немного раньше времени, как это получилось у нас, снаружи отеля поставлены столы и стулья, чтобы вы могли подождать, поскольку стойка регистрации открывается только в 2 часа дня. Отель и персонал удивительны! Номер уютный, превосходный для остановки на 1 ночь. Весь отель очень чистый, работают кондиционеры и есть бесплатный интернет - подключаемый и Wi-Fi. также бесплатно предоставляется 2 бутылки минералки в мини баре. Завтрак шведский стол с хорошим выбором - хлеб, мясо, сыр, пресервы, хлопья, йогурты, выпечка... И превосходный кофе! Выписки из отеля нет - просто оставляете ключ в номере и уезжаете до 10 вечера. Дорога до вокзала занимает 20 минут пешком. Выходите из отеля, поворачиваете направо, идете через Arno и площадь с круговым движением и вот вы на вокзале, откуда ходят поезда до Флоренции. Поезда уходят каждые 30 минут, и через час прибывают на вокзал Флоренции SMN. Билеты продаются в киосках и в автоматах (англоговорящие, сдачи не дают). Не забудьте активировать билеты. Пока! The staff was very accommodating and helpful, not to mention friendly! The location was ideal, as it was very close to the Pisa tower and the Cathedral. The room was clean and beautifully decorated.

If your are driving yourself, I would not recommend this hotel. Finding it then getting to it through Pisas one way streets was a nightmare. Parking is pure luck somewhere on the streets. Good Luck. While the staff was nice and accomodating, the hotel needs some updating to be worth recommending.

Excellent location. Staff wonderfully nice and helpful. Air conditioning in room mediocre, room otherwise quite comfortable. Restaurant decent, but not great. Friendly service makes up for a lot, though. We were thoroughly jet-lagged, so just looking for an easy meal. No parking on site, but manageable. The staff were extremely helpful. Very enjoyable stay. The room was a bit dated but comfortable.

The Relais is very well located, its just a 5min walk to get to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, or Piazza Garibaldi and quite a lot of very good restaurants and Gelato cafes. The breakfast served in the mornings is good and there is plenty to eat. Rooms are small, but comfortable - efficient cooling system in place. The opening hours of the reception is […] between 14.00-21.00, which is slightly inconvenient. To access the wifi , a username and code must be collected from the reception which is valid for 24hours only. The staff are friendly and helpful. Relais dei Fiori is a modest sister hotel to the only 5-star hotel in Pisa: rooms are small but quite comfortable; the decor is slightly eccentric; and the location is very noisy in the way that only Italian hotels seems to be, but the windows had good sound proofing. It only has reception from 2:00-9:00 p.m., so when we arrived in Pisa in the morning […] we left our baggage with the sister hotel (5 minute walk). The problem was that when we went to our hotel at 2;50 that afternoon, the room was just being cleaned. When it was finished the beds had no coverlets (just sheets), there were insufficient towels, and the fridge lacked the water we had been promised. We asked for a taxi to be called for an early flight the next morning, which didn't show; when we walked around to the sister hotel to get them to call us a taxi, no one was there in reception or indeed anywhere on the ground floor of the 5-star hotel. After 5-10 minutes the receptionist came running down the street, insisting that he had called us a taxi and if we had just waited it would have been there. excellent location for seeing the sights (tower etc.) and shopping close to pedestrian only area breakfast choice could be improved, get there early to have a piece of cheese and ham

Close to everything. Newly and beautifully redecorated. Very pleasing decor. Clean as a whistle and everything worked. Desk staff terrific and breakfast really good. I don't like dry cereal w/o milk or cream and they had it. Would return in a heart beat.

Excellent Location....with people who try their very Best to Help you. The Breakfasts were Plentiful and good variety plus...great friendly service. We enjoyed our little room with all the comfort's. This hotel was easily within ten minutes walk to the tower, to very good restaurants and to the Universities. Room is very small but exactly what they say it is. Their breakfast of juice, rolls and such is very good and was a great experience for us.

Hotel is very close to the LTOP and other sights. Our room was really cute and had a great bathroom with shower. You have to plan ahead to be there at a normal check-in time or you will run into a slight hassle, but not bad. We got there at 11:00 am and had to call over to the bigger sister hotel, they called a housekeeper, and she came and checked […] us in. Not a biggee. Very Pleasant Stay at this hotel in Pisa. Very central to the Main and must admit Only attraction....The Leaning Tower. All Local Restaurants and Bars reasonably priced. I would advise on taking a taxi to find as its on a quiet street.

Reception is only open between 14.00 and 21.00 hours so arriving outstide these hours is slightly complicated. I contacted the hotel in advance so knew to go to the sister hotel. Martina who works on Reception was very helpful but we found the lack of Reception in Relais Dei Fiori in the morning and evening to be a disadvantage. Breakfast was served […] between 7.30 - 9.30 which we found to be a little early, this could be extended to at least 10.00/10.30. I might add the breakfast was very poor and the bread was actually stale on our last day. Otherwise when the staff were there they were informative and friendly and the hotel room was small but nice. We stumbled upon this gem while staying in Pisa overnight. Service was great and the location could not be better -- few minute walk from the leaning tower! Morning breakfast included. The hotel and room were comfortable, clean and well-maintained. We got the room a little late (they only give it to you after 2pm), and although it was clean and nice, it was small and tight even though they upgraded us (which was nice of them). Bathroom was nicely done. Room was quiet. Breakfast was good. Only major gripe is lack of staff at hotel […] at night. It is difficult to get in touch with main hotel (the Orologio) after hours. Tried calling them 6-7 times for wake-up call, but could never get through, and was too tired to walk over to the Orologio just to get them to give me a wake-up call the next morning. So, don't expect to get service late. The location is great. It is within walking distance to the tower. It is also a short walk to restaurants and shopping areas. One thing I would recommend is being ready and outside with your bags when you call for a cab to the airport or station. The meter is going to be ticking the moment the cab is called and the drivers will use every trick in the book to pad up the numbers. Подробнее

The Relais Dei Fiori is in an excellent location just minutes away from the leaning tower and baptistry. The hotel rooms were very homey and extremely clean. The marble bathroom was beautiful. Breakfast consisted of fresh croissants and a variety of pastries, cereal, fruit, juice, meat and cheeses. The cappucino was delicious. The only drawback was […] the air conditioning. They should not even advertise that they have air conditioning because it simply doesn't work. If I were to return to Pisa I would stay there again because it was an excellent value for the price and the location was unbeatable. Thoroughly recommended in every way - close to the Campo di Miracoli, easy to reach by taxi from airport or station, nice local restaurants, polite and helpful staff. Only negative aspects: room is a little crowded (cosy), and reception is only open 2-9pm. Otherwise a lovely little place, making its connection with the 5 star Orologio hotel understandable. […] Above all, after some ambiguous experiences in Florence with 37 degree centigrade heat that apparently excused sweaty nights and the necessity for repeated cold showers, having similar temperatures but effective (and quiet!) air conditioning was wonderful. We got to this hotel and on a notice found out that check in closes at 9pm it said go to relais hotel and a phone number. We had to use intercom to speak to sister hotel which we could hardly hear. No directions were printed so we had to ask passers by. Eventually we found the hotel to check in, got our room key and walked back. It wasn't too far but […] without a map isn't easy to find. We only had a small amount of luggage thankfully. The hotel itself is in a good location, ideal for the leaning tower. The room is adequate, no clock in room, and check out was early, but the room was ok for couple of night stay. Nothing exceptional but room was comfortable enough. What a little gem. A small hotel, just a couple of hundred yards from some nice bars and restaurants. Only 5-10 minutes walk to the Leaning Tower. The room was nice and more than we had imagined for the price.

The staff was very friendly. They are only available certain times of the day however. But they were able to call us a taxi the day before we were leaving and it arrived exactly on time the next morning. The water from the shower leaked out of the shower glass door, however, it was the only hotel in Italy we stayed at where the shower was comfortable […] to use - plenty of room! Very good location in regards to the attractions and restaurants. Nice breakfast service in the morning. Our room had a couple of maintenance problems but they were nice in trying to fix it.

We stayed here for one night, after taking the train from Florence and before flying back to Brussels for the rest of our vacation. We took a cab from the train station for less than 10€ and the driver knew exactly where it was without having to give much information. He said it is a very nice, and popular, hotel. And he was right. The service at the […] reception when we checked in was very nice. There was no internet available at this hotel, but we didn't have any in Florence either, so at this point it was not a big deal. We did have to ask for a map, whereas other hotels in Italy just automatically gave us one. The map we got was also just a photocopy in black and white, and it was sometimes very hard to read. However, Pisa is a really small city and not that hard to navigate, so this was only a minor inconvenience. The rooms are VERY small, even for European standards - there was barely enough room to walk between the wall and the bed to get to the bathroom. But the rooms are decorated very nicely and was by far the most "romantic" looking out of all of the hotels we stayed in during our travels in Italy. The a/c didn't seem to work until later on in the evening, I'm not sure if I was doing something wrong or if they just don't allow it to turn on until it starts cooling down in the evening like many other hotels do. It wasn't that hot while we were there, so no big deal, but like I have read on other reviews about Pisa, this city has quite a mosquito problem, so you won't want to leave your windows open to keep your room cool. Instead, just wait for the a/c to come on later. The breakfast is served in a restaurant downstairs and it was very nice, with excellent service. This is also where you have to leave your key when you check out since the reception is only staffed between the hours of 12pm-8pm. So keep that in mind if you're arriving late, since you'll have to go to a different location to check in. We didn't have a problem with this because we arrived earl Подробнее

Room was very nicely decorated and clean, but was small. it a good hotel for the price. Unfortunately there is not much to do in pisa, but if you want a quiet holiday and a nice hotel it was very nice

Cuando llegamos, como la recepcion del hotel estaba cerrada( eran las 12 de la noche ) , nos atendió un chico en la calle, cubrio nuestros datos encima de una mesa de la terraza del hotel, etc. Las habitaciones son realmente pequeñas y pésimamente decoradas, en fin, para no volver ni recomendar a nadie
