Были в Риме только 3 дня, поэтому приходили в отель только поздно вечером уставшие и сразу спать. Никаких отрицательных эмоций отель не вызвал. Всё понравилось!

Ночной портье на стойке регистрации был чрезвычайно услужлив. Он был очень вежлив, постоянно улыбался и делал все от него зависящее, чтобы помочь всем посетителям отеля. Это ценный персонал. Он должен получить повышение по службе. Нам очень понравилось то, как он работал.

Отель отлично расположен, если вы планируете пользоваться метро или поедом. Очень близко до Колизея. Если я когда-нибудь вернусь в Италию, это будет отель для меня. Очень чисто, современно, персонал очень услужлив и свободно говорит по-английски. Жалоб нет вообще. Останавливалась на 2 дня, все понравилось.

Да, отель чистый, современный, содержится в хорошем состоянии. Персонал очень услужлив и номера симпатичные. Особенно понравилось окно. Открывающееся прямо на улицу (хотя, для чутко спящих несколько шумно). Отель расположен близко к Римскому вокзалу Термини. Да, отель хорош для осмотра главных достопримечательностей. Номера очень, очень маленькие. Завтрак мог бы быть много лучше. Немного завышена цена для отеля с небольшими удобствами Но отель находится в Риме, а в Риме все дорого.

Very nice, comfortable hotel. Service was great and very helpful. Breakfast was awful but it is included so no love lost, besides there are wonderful cafes very close by. The location is convenient because it is only 2 blocks away from Termini Station. This makes it very easy to travel to the airport and the metro.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff, a good breakfast and a very large room (a quadruple) with full sized bathroom and bath. The hotel is 3 minutes walk from Termini and handy for the hop on, hop off bus. Also walking distance to the Trevi Fountain (about 20 minutes). We lucked out and had a great deal with this hotel. It is by the train station, making it a convenient grounding spot for seeing Rome and even for day trips out of Rome. Wonderful hotel. Location is a block from the train station. Entire hotel is newly renovated in a very modern style. There are many excellent restaurants nearby that the staff are happy to recommend. The staff of the YES hotel were ALL friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we travel to Rome.

We were given a room at the ground floor. Since the hotel is not far from the Roma Termini, it was sort of noisy especially at night or early in the morning. We could hear people walking by with their luggage. The rest was up to standard and the price is very affordable!

Hotel room was recently updated and clean. Room was a bit noisy all hours of the day due to proximity to Termini station. A/C functioned well and blocked out some noise from street. Bathroom was very big and modern. Mini fridge in room was nice.

We were looking for a hotel in Rome for one night after our cruise. We wanted something close by Termini Station (train station) for easy access to the airport the following day. The front desk personnel were very kind and helpful and seemed truly happy to greet us. The room was a little small compared to what we are accustomed to here in the states, but very functional. The bath was very modern and clean. The mattress was a little firm for us, but still comfortable. We were able to walk all over the city from the hotel, including a long walk to the Vatican. It is only about 15 minutes to the Colosseum and another 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. From the mixed reviews we read about this hotel we were prepared for anything, but were pleasantly surprised. The location is very handy for Termini Station, the metro, and travel to the airport. Only a one night stay before flying home but it was a good experience. Clean, professional staff, modern and well located near the main train station. The wi-fi policy was a bit goofy. Clean and modern hotel. Chose it because it was near to Termini. Rooms average size, nice bathroom with proper shower cubicle. No windows in room to speak of. Breakfast was average and the room was very hot and crowded. Apart from the convenience of being so close to the station, would probably stay somewhere else next time.

Without a doubt, the best 3 Star Hotel in Rome. Comparative to many 4 Star Hotels with the price of a 3. Staff are fantastic, at a minimum they speak 4 languages and are happy to assist with your learning and understanding of Italian if you wish. The complimentary buffet breakfast is as good as any, although it is a little tight for room. There is free WIFI and internet in the lobby, and reception will print-out anything for you. Middle of the road hotel. Not great not bad. The free breakfast had a good selection of food choices. The proximity to the main train station is great. A 5 minute walk tops. As others have said, the rooms are on the small side (that is the only reason I gave 3 out of 5 for "comfort of your room"). However, if you are not interested in doing pilates in your hotel room, you should be fine. The rooms are very modern looking, which I have found is very rare during travelling throught Italy. I have stayed in 4 star hotels in […] Florence and Venice which looked like they have not been updated since the early 1980's so this hotel was was pleasant surprise for a 3 star. Stayed in this hotel for one night before travelling on to our destination as our flight got in too late to travel. Thought the hotel was great. Easy to find (though should say street is easy to find but as there is no hanging sign for hotel you need to pay attention to find it).
