Отель достаточно милый. Правда, персонал настаивал, что он для некурящих, но пахло табачным дымом! Наш номер был на втором этаже, над нами остановились очень шумные люди. Музыка доносилась за пару кварталов до самого утра. Парковаться практически негде.

Отличное расположение. Я останавливался во многих отелях Монреаля, в основном 4* и 5*. Этот отель превосходен. Чисто и комфортно, тихо. Отличное место. Вернусь без колебаний.

Кондиционеры не регулируются из номеров. Экстремально холодно. Кровать очень жесткая и некомфортная. Парковка позади отеля - звуки оттуда как со стройки. Очень много людей громко разговаривают посреди ночи. В последнюю ночь в отеле поздно вечером парковалось много велосипедистов, их фонари на головах светили в окна. Не остановлюсь здесь снова. Я говорила […] на стойке регистрации о холодном воздухе от кондиционера, он сказал, что не может помочь и предложил открыть окно. Из-за шума снизу я побоялась открывать окно. Мой номер был большой, комфортабельный и тихий. Я припарковался бесплатно на улице перед отелем на 5 дней. Расположение позволяет легко дойти до метро, бистро на R St Denis, магазинов на Ste Catherine и достопримечательностей старого порта.

Мы прибыли в 1:30 и нам дали номер, который начали готовить, когда другие были уже доступны. Были проблемы с водопроводом за стеной, до нас донеслись звуки хлещущей воды, мы сначала подумали, что кто-то внизу принимает душ, позже вечером, когда мы вернулись, эти звуки были такими громкими, что мы не могли уснуть и рассказали об этом на стойке регистрации. […] Нам поменяли номер в 2 часа ночи. Надо ли говорить, что спали мы не много. Завтрак -ничего не осталось, когда мы пришли, а мы пришли до его окончания. Когда мы уезжали мы рассказали менеджеру о звуках воды. Он не хотел слушать, но потом пошел проверить, говоря. что это кто-то принимает душ, но мы то знали, что звук длится постоянно. После долгих протестов он решил вернуть нам 25.00, что было не слишком много за все, что мы претерпели. Не лучшее первое впечатление. Останавливались в отеле Elegant в течении 2011 F1 Гран При. Цены подскочили, как и везде. Если вы не гонитесь за модой, этот отель чистый, комфортабельные кровати, бесплатный wifi, бесплатный континентальный завтрак, продуктовый магазин за пол квартала от отеля. Близко к центру города и метро. Нужно сказать, действительно хорошее расположение, не плохое […] место для остановки, пока вы не пытаетесь кого-то поразить. Скудный бюджетный отель близко ко всему, где вам стоит побывать. Устаревший декор, телевизор на шкафу, где его почти не видно. Ванна как будто недавно отремонтирована. The people at the front desk were very pleasant. The hallways were clean, and our room was small but tidy. The bed was very hard and I was a little nervous about the bedding as there was some unknown hair on it, but the tv was nice and large. Location is perfect, walking distance to everything, metro station is a block away. Parking garage is across a street, looks secure, reasonable charge per day. Staff is very helpful, just do not be shy to ask. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place for the price. Its right next everything. There is also a very secure parking garage directly in front of the hotel it cost 12 dollars to park your car for 24 hours. We left are car their for the weekend and it cost 24 dollars which really is not bad for downtown and I new our car was safe. The room was very clean, but had a strong chemical smell that i could not identify and would not go away. similar to moth balls. other than that, the room was clean and comfortable and everything else was in order. Great location if you are not familiar with the area and reasonable rates.

The room had no AC. The breakfast was Costco muffins and croissants. The coffee was good though. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I liked the people alot. They just need a better breakfast and AC in the rooms.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I asked the shower curtain to be changed due to mold and it was done right away. The walls are paper thin. The balcony is nice and the fridge was an asset.

Hotel was located in an area where cars are broken into and was not safe to park. While vacationing in Canada , my husband and I realized that parking in general in Montreal is not safe . Be aware that your car can be vandalized in broad daylight just as it happened to us. It was a very traumatic experience. The bathroom could have been better cleaned, grout in tiles look like they were never deep cleaned. Bed was super hard. Asked for another blanket and it had burns marks and was ripped. No AC at the rooms, little bathroom, old towels, the location of the hotel compensate the discomforting hot night stay. The metro station is a less than a block nearby.

Extremely close to the coach terminal if you take the bus to Montreal, like we did. The hotel was also close the subway, which could ALS be accessed from the bus terminal. A fairly close walk to Rue St. Denis, where you find a nice selection of restaurants. The towels were clean, but they seem to have permanent, subtle stains that won't go away. My girlfriend and I shared one towel and requested more the next day. Some of the news ones received were in similar condition. The mini-fridge we were promised on the web description wasn't in our room. For whatever reason, we didn't have one. We had a peek into some of the other rooms each day we went out and realized the other rooms DID in fact have a fridge. It wasn't really a big deal not having a fridge because we ate out all four days we were there. If you're concerned about not having a fridge, just make sure inquire before checking in. We were disappointed with the room because we could smell smoke and also we could hear conversations through the walls with the people who were staying there. Also the continental breakfast was so minimal. There were a few croisants and some frozen/stale muffins, not even butter for the croisants. There was a toaster but no bread.

The hotel is your basic inexpensive, barebones hotel. The location was the best thing about it. Breakfast room was the worst. Four small tables, 8 x 8. I think they expected us to take our stuff to our rooms. The bed was always made even after I got up at 2:00 pm. The Berri-UQAM metro station was only a block from the hotel. OK for the price.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 days and I didn't have major problems. It is located 5 mins from the Subway station and Gay village. So you don't really need a car to reach almost all of the city attractions. But parking is not for free and you have to pay $12 for each day. Don't count on breakfast, it is only coffee and sweet bread:) They don't have an […] air conditioner in the room but instead there is something up in the ceiling and you have to be smart enough to use it:))) And I didn't like pillows at all because they are not comfortable at all! I stayed at this hotel for one night and just needed a place to leave my things and sleep for a few hours. That is all this hotel is good for. There is nothing in particular wrong with the hotel, just that it felt a little dirty and cheap.

The room was horrible. It was the size of a matchbox as was the whole hotel itself. It resembled alot of the motel that I visited while I was in Toronto, maybe they should consider renaming their business. It was clean, that was possibly the only plus point, and the fact that there was a washroom and fridge in the room.

Exactly what we expected - a bare bones hotel that was clean, nice and a good place to sleep as we spent the weekend in Montreal. The mattress was very firm in the room we stayed, but other than that we had no complaints. Nice staff, easy parking down the street for about $10 per day and overall a good experience.

Super location. 3 minutes to central bus/metro station. By metro just minutes to Old Town and restaurants. Hotel and room in good order. Seemed safe. A/C worked fine - just have to know that the vents are opened by rotating center baffle. Would definitely do it again.

The hotel was ok for the price. When we checked in the clerk behind the counter state that we could park on the street or in a lot for $12 a night. We asked it the street was ok and he stated yes.
