Оставались в отеле 2 дня. Расположение отеля отличное, центральная улица Гранд Виа в 100 метрах от отеля.В шаговой доступности все достопримечательности Мадрида.Не советую брать такси от аэропорта, очень дорого, доехать до отеля приблизительно 35-40 евро.Самый не дорогой способ добраться на метро, очень просто и не дорого! Отель очень понравился, всем […] советую! Комната просторная, интернет в комнате работает отлично, и самое главное-БЕСПЛАТНЫЙ СЕЙФ!!! Один только минус есть кухня, но в ней ничего нет, не ложки не вилки не чашки, НИЧЕГО!!! Но впринтцепе если вы как и мы поедете не сидеть в номере, а целый день гулять по Мадриду, и номер нужен лишь что бы поспать , точно берите этот отель не пожалеете! У нас была очень приятная остановка в этом отеле, который расположен в центре. Наша семейная комната была просторной, была кухонная зона и микроволновка (хотя не было чайника). Кровати были немного жесткие, но комната была чрезвычайно тихой и мы все хорошо спали. Мы порекомендуем этот отель семьям.

Обслуживание отеля было выше наших ожиданий. Я думал, что за такую цену я мог найти немного побитой место, которое недавно стало отелем. Это был не тот случай. Персонал был дружелюбный, говорил на нескольких языках, комнаты были очень хороши, и мне казалось, что я попал в пятизвездочный отель на юге Франции. У нас была проблема с нашим международным […] адаптором электричества и персонал сделал все, что было в их силах, чтобы решить проблему. Комнаты были удобные. Не уверен, что кондиционер действительно охлаждал до правильной температуры, но он работал. Так что мы не сгорали от летней жары. Температура была очень комфортабельная. Улица, на который был отель, была немного жуткой. Есть несколько баров с подозрительными персонажами, выходящими на улицу. Но тут был и полицейский участок в 50 метрах от отеля, на той же улице, где всегда стояло 6 полицейских машин. Так что несмотря на грязные бары, мы чувствовали себя достаточно безопасно, даже при возврате домой из центра. В следующий раз когда я поеду в Мадрид, я останусь в этом месте. Но единственная проблема, это комната. Там есть кухня, но, по понятным причинам, нету ни горшков и кастрюль, ни столового серебра. Так что не думайте про вашу собственную готовку в отеле. Наша семья из четырех человек осталась здесь на 3 ночи в июле 2011. Комната была очень просторной и тихой (мы были на верхнем этаже). Планировка была идеально для путешествия с маленькими детьми, например, раскладная кровать была прямо в углу около кровати. Местоположение было отличным, легко добираться по городу, но находится не на главной улице.

I had read in previous reviews for this hotel that they provide drinks in the refrigerator for free. This is NOT true - they charge for everything, even water (at the usual exorbitant hotel rates). Also, while there is a kitchenette in our room, there is absolutely nothing to use it with - not even one plate, or bowl, nor glass, and not one utensil […] - no spoon nor fork. While there is a microwave and oven, there is absolutely nothing you can use it with - unless you buy a bag of microwaveable popcorn! Also, there is no breakfast with the price for the room -actually this hotel has a very tiny lobby, so there would be no place to serve breakfast in any case. The hotel is great and staff is very pleasant and helpful. However the location is a little seedy even though it's pretty central (next to Plaza Espania), it's on the street that doesn't have too many people at night and next to a strip club. Otherwise the hotel is perfect. The room that we stayed in even had a kitchenette.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights during Oct/12. Staff at the hotel were both friendly and helpful. Our room, which was on the 5th floor, was very quiet. The room itself, which was very clean, was large with a king sized bed and a nice, modern bathroom. There was a safe + wifi was available in the room. Hotel is very well situated close to Plaza […] d'Espagna (100 yards) and the Gran Via as well as two metro stations. Both the Royal Palace and the Plaza Mayor are within reasonable walking distance from the hotel. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel but you are able to use these facilities at a sister hotel further up the street and there are many restaurants and coffee shops closeby. Nice, but a little off the beaten path. A little walk to Atocha train station, but not terrible. The restaurant was OK for breakfast. Some friends said their room smelled of smoke, but ours was fine. There were a number of tour groups staying there. A short walk to the Regina Sophia.

It´s a good location,very convinient,very clean though very basic.The staff is extermely friendly,helpful,and nice. However,the beds are horrible! They are hard as rock,we both ended up with sore backs. Another problem;the air conditioner,it´s extremely uneven,not effective at all. I won´t stay there again.

Very satisfied with stay. Only drawback was that the beds were very firm. My husband liked that. I did not. Other than that, the hotel and room were very clean. The hotel was very close to La Grand Via, a main thoroughfare. Close to restaurants and shopping. Starbucks is nearby if you cannot stomach espresso (like me).
