Отель очень хороший, расположен в 100 м от станции метро. До центра 20 мин. Обслуживание в отеле- отлично. Номера достаточно свободные и очень чистые. Завтраки-как везде, особым разнообразием не отличаются. Персонал очень внимательный и любезный. Всем советую.

Отель понравился, завтрак отличный, номера просторные удобные, интерьер достойный, сам отель новый. Единственный минус- это его расположение! Если вы не на своей машине, то очень неудобно добираться до отеля вечером, после восьми часов вечера, когда автобусы до отеля уже не ходят, а такси можно вызвать, только из центра города! А если идти пешком от метро, то это займет примерно 45 минут, не меньше!

Отель расположен очень удобно, что открывает возможность поездом путешествовать по Италии, а также с легкостью добраться в и из аэропорта. Сам отель очень простенький и обветшалый, но вполне приемлимый для того, чтобы переночевать.Затрак был впоне приличный. Основными минусами были -плохое отопление в номере и слобый напор воды в душе.Первую проблему […] персонал легко уладил,предоставив нам эл.обгреватель, объяснив, что розлив горячей воды идет сверху.И, действительно, в номере нашей подруги, которая проживала на 4-ом этаже было достаточно комфортный температурный режим.Что касается персонала, он оказался очень приветливым и всегда готов предоставить любую интересующую информацию.Мы остались вполне довольны и при следущей поездке,пожалуй, остановились бы снова там. Борьба с курением превращена в борбу с курящими. Номера для курящих можно не бронировать - их просто нет.

В этом отеле мы провели 4 незабываемых дня и ночи из нашего медового месяца. Обслуживание, да и сам отель, оказались на достойном уровне (жаловаться особо не на что). Завтрак - хороший шведский стол, изобиловал блюдами и напитками на любой вкус. Номер - уютный и достаточно комфортный, за исключением кровати, которая состояла из двух полуторок. Еще одной […] неожиданностью стал - платный Интернет (хотя кто-то из гостей утверждал обратное). Администраторы отеля давали полезную информацию, как о достопримечательностях данного города, так и о транспорте. "Отличный вариант трёхзвёздочного отеля"
Отличный вариант трёшки! Умопомрачительные завтраки - омлет, 3 вида круасанов, жареный бекон, 2 вида колбасной нарезки, тортики, капучино, американо.... Если у вас обратный ранний рейс, то с собой дают ланч бокс. Номер был небольшой (мы жили в трёхместном) - 3 отдельные кровати, большая ванная комната, в тамбуре ванной была ещё 1 раковина и зеркало, […] что давало возможность с утра трём человекам собираться быстрее. Номер чистенький, аккуратный, персонал вежливый, полотенца меняли ежедневно. Телевизор не работал (не было сигнала), был маленький холодильник-мини-бар, небольшой шкаф-купе с зеркалом, в ванной - фен. Отель расположен в 5 минутах ходьбы от центрального целезнодорожного вокзала, а также от стоянки шатлов, отправляющихся в аэропорт Мальменса и Орио Аль Серио в Бергамо (час езды). Отель идеален, если вы планируете посетить другие города на поезде. До центра минут 25-30 пешком, или 3 остановки на метро. Например, чтобы добраться до Дуомо нужно ехать в метро (3 минуты пешком до станции) и по прямой ветке будет 3 остановки. Подробнее

Остались только на несколько часов, пока ждали пересадочный рейс в Париж. Легко добираться, близко к станции, сотрудник был достаточно приятным, чтобы завернуть нам завтрак с собой. Лобби и комнаты имеют абсолютно разные декорации, что заблуждает, хотя какая разница.

Мне показался отель очень удобным для всего. Вы можете взять hop-on hop-off автобус всего через 1 квартал, центральная станция расположена прямо через улицу, где вы также можете поймать автобус или сесть на метро. Мы были приятно удивлены этим отелем, оставшись здесь на одну ночь вначале окончания нашего путешествия. Great location to train station. Wifi in hotel was not included in room so that was a bummer it was offered for an additional fee which we didn't want to pay. Other hotels we stayed at on this trip it was included.

"A good located hotel for a short vacation"
The location is perfect close to the central station and subways. Quiet area. The breakfast is Okay. The only minus I can see with the hotel is the hard pillows.

Nice Place, Nice staff, Good breakfast.
The room key system is rediculou. I have to go back to the front deak several times for the master key help. The shower head is broken, yet hotel manager asked me to be 'understandable because they will fix it afterwards which means after I check out. The table lamps are broken, too.

If you travel by train this is an excellent choice. Could not be closer to the Central train Station and located in a decent area. Very reasonable price and very friendly and helpful staff. I would stay there again.

We only found one good thing about Hotel New York in Milan Italy and that was it was located in a very convenient location if you are traveling by train. Upon enterance to our room we found the carpet less than acceptable, cob webs in the corners along with spiders and other creepy crawling things. The shower was less than par with mold all around. Good location being near to the Central Station although did mean could hear trains at night. Not too much of a problem though and my friend didn't hear a thing through not being such a light sleeper. Staff very helpful with all enquiries and spoke very good English. Good breakfast. Only criticism would be is that I found the pillows very hard.

We needed a hotel for the night and were taking the 7:05am train. This hotel is walking distance from the train station and served the purpose. I would stay here again. The room and bathroom were decent size. Didn't stay for breakfast.

"Mondern and Clean"
We stayed one night on our way to Paris. Walking distance to train and metro. The room was clean and big for european hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Room is old, needs renovation. Beds are uncomfortable. Reception staff are very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Air-conditioning in the room is not working, I called the reception and the staff said he CANNOT DO ANYTHING and asked me to wait for the central system to "start up" in my room (what??? if it is central system, why need to wait). Anyway, […] I waited for 2 hrs and it is still not working. When I called the 3rd time, he said there he will asked the technical staff to check the next morning. We have to open the wondow and endure the noise from the streets (I could not sleep the whole night due to the noise and heat). I reminded the recption the next morning to check the air-conditioning but when I returned that evening, the air-conditioning is still not working. Another sleepless night!!! "Great business place to stay"
The hotel is very convenient and one feels very safe in the neighborhood. If you are also looking to make Milan your launch point for day trips in Milan or out to Venice, Lake Como or Florence, it's a great spot as it is very close to the centrail train station and subway.

As soon as we walked in the door i felt that it was clean which is very important to me. The rooms and dining room were also clean. The staff were very friendly and helpfull and kept our luggage while we toured Milan for the day before we collected it to travel from central Stn. to Malpensa Airport.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There were mosquitos all over the wall along with the smeared blood that came from them. The sheets had hair on them and the owner specifically told me they don't wash the bed spreads because it cost money.
