We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was large, clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this for anyone looking for good value for the money.

I was very impressed with the Hotel overall. I was concerned with the trip due to a family member with Health issues. One time before I had them visit and they could not stay due to the condition of the room. Not the issue with this Hotel. It was clean and very impressive for the dollars. The staff even went out of their way. The breakfast bar had already […] closed, but I had some elderly relatives staying at the hotel and the front desk personnel made them toast. If you are a Non-smoker please make sure you request a room near the pool side of the hotel. The first room we booked, incorrectly, with only a King bed and the staff was extremely helpful in getting us another room. It was located on the street side of the hotel, 2nd floor. The odor in the room was overwhelming. It was a Non-smoking room. We turned […] the AC on full, thinking it smelled because it wasn't on. However, when we returned the smell was still bad. Talked to the staff and they informed us that the second floor rooms on that side of the hotel are above the smoking room! So the AC vents their smoke up to those rooms. Wow! However, they again were very helpful and placed us back on the other side of the hotel, same floor. No smell of stale smoke. The breakfast was okay. Eggs poor, otherwise lots of selections. There is a Crackerbarrel within walking distance of the hotel. So skip the breakfast, it's not free. Wifi was spotty. Only got 2 bars in the rooms. 3 at times. Slow. The second room, second floor street side, only 1 bar and it dropped the connection often.Overall the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is very near Augusta Mall and Ft. Gordon. Perfect if you are family visiting a soldier.(Make sure that your room is not next to a smoking room or the smell will seep below the adjoining doors.) I think every hotel in Augusta was on that same street. So you do have other choices. Подробнее

We stayed in Best Western hotels for our entire trip. This one was the worst in terms of comfort of the beds, yet it was the highest priced Best Western. We booked it through Expedia and when we checked in we were told that there was a fee for the safe that will be imposed but they assured us that when we checked out it would be removed when we asked […] about it. The next morning the young lady refused to remove it because she said it was not charged. When I asked to see the bill, she refused to give me one and said that Expedia would provide the bill. That was not the case. Expedia did not provide me a bill for any of the stays. I would not recommend this motel at all. Подробнее

I was completely happy with our stay so much I am returning in 2 weeks on business will stay there. We stayed for 5 days - breakfast the 1st day was the best of the 5 days. After the 1st day the scrambled eggs were terrible - on the 4th day I could not eat them they were so awful. The waffle maker was great but as a diabetic I could not eat one every day - which is why I needed better scrambled eggs. Our room developed a terrible odor in the entranceway […] - it was not in the bathroom but in the hall leading to the bedroom - twice during the week, the toilet blocked up and the aroma got worse leading us to believe that was the source of the problem. Because we were so busy with family we did nothing about the problem until the day we checked out - the desk clerk said they would have changed our room. Business Center consisted of a small table, desktop computer and printer (printer was not working so I couldn't print my boarding passes for my flight.)

This is a typical newer commercial hotel building, nothing fancy but not lacking in amenities either. Stayed here for business in Fort Gordon and was just down the street. I am picky in hotels and my only complaint is breakfast. I don't like the round slabs of processed eggs or cold biscuits. The hotel room was very small. The carpet was wet and the bathroom was very warm. At the end of my stay the attendant made returning the key cards a condition of checkout and did not provide a final receipt. The hotel was doing everything right. It was a nice place to stay. Teenagers running the halls at 1 am made it tough to sleep. Close the swimming area at 10:00 pm and get rid of that problem.
