Отличное место для пребывания. У нас было две спальни, кухня, многокомнатная ванная зона. Может быть и не самые захватывающие окрестности, но около замка и рядом есть нескольких хороших кафе. Weekly Mansion в Отемае удобно расположен около станции Tanamachi Chome 4; до замка Осака и музеев можно дойти пешком. Также в округе есть много дешевых ресторанов и удобных магазинов. Комната была чистая и очень большая для Японии, с двумя кроватями, столами и стульями. Отличный выбор для семьи.

Недавно я остался здесь на 2 ночи во время неторопливого путешествия в Осаку и Киото. Хотя отель и был удобно расположен к замку Осака и к музеям, как было и представлено, была нехватка сервиса. В первый раз я попросил 2 комнаты для некурящих, а получил одну для курящих, вторую для некурящих. Поскольку мы регистрировались ночью, мы не могли поменять […] комнату для курящих, которая воняла мокрыми сигаретами (мне нужно было полностью промыть мой чемодан и даже неношенные вещи, чтобы избавиться от запаха). Во второй раз мы регистрировались в 9 вечера, однако стойка регистрации (это буквально нечто... Это не консьерж) закрывалась в 8 вечера, так что пришлось 15 минут выяснять, как мы можем связаться с управляющими, чтобы они нам разрешили зарегистрироваться. Там не было ни одного знака или индикатора, который говорил бы о том, как можно зарегистрироваться ночью - если бы другие посетители в "лобби" (два складных стула за дверью) не сказали нам, мы бы наверное ушли. В конце концов, в этом отеле абсолютно нет удобств. Нет беспроводного интернета, весь отель воняет, тонкие стены и окна, нет сообщения между комнатами, нет кондиционера в общих местах, нет даже лобби. Этот отель достаточно удобно расположен около ж/д станции и замка Осака. Что неудобно в этом отеле, так это время регистрации и выезда - регистрация в 16:00, а выезд - в 10:00.

Превосходное местоположение со множеством ресторанов! Также тут есть один хороший супермаркет! Хороший транспорт с ближайшей остановкой в нескольких сотнях метров от отеля. Комнаты в два раза больше, чем обычные номера в отелях Японии.

Наша двойная комната по японским стандартам была большая и очень чистая, с новым полом из линолеума. Маленькая кухонька была очень хорошей для приготовления блюд, а прачечная на цокольном этаже была очень удобной. Можно легко дойти пешком до замка Осака и сесть на метро на станции Taminachi 4 chome.

Weekly Mansion не является украшенными апартаментами, но будет великолепным выбором. Мы остались на 8 ночей в просторной комнате с двумя раздельными спальнями, кровати были удобные и чистые, хорошая кухня с плитой и микроволновкой, плазменный телевизор (показывали только канал CNN на английском) с очень дешевой опцией кино. Местоположение великолепно для того, чтобы дойти до Замка и Музея, и отель очень близок к большому количеству ресторанов, кофейных магазинов и маленьких супермаркетов. Очень близко до нескольких подземных станций (Tanimachi 4 - самая близкая), и очень легко можно добраться до любой части города, а так же до Нары и Киото. Знаки на английском, билетные машины на анлийском, и их очень легко и дешево использовать. Если вы хотите хороший, чистый, но обычный отель - пребывание здесь это отличный вариант. The room is comfortable and good enough for a family. Walking distance to Osaca Castle Park, accessable to subway station. People downstair are friendly and helpful. Next time when we visit to Osaka we would like to stay there again, and this hotel would be highly recommended to our friends.

stayed here twice and will again. Booked far enough in advance you can get an amazingly cheap rate. Staff speaks enough english. Rooms have a fridge & kitchenette, laundry downstairs & bike rental available. as small as the rooms might seem, they are actually a bit bigger than most business hotels in Japan.

The 2 bed room mansion is small but still comfortable for 4 of us. The distance to the closest Tanimachi 4 Chome station is only about 5 min slow walk. It is also very close to many shopping areas, i.e. Shinsaibashi, Higashi Umeda, Osaka Station and convenient stores which open 24 hour. NICE TO HAVE A SELF CATERING PLACE TO STAY- MAKES A CHANGE FROM HAVING TO VACATE THE ROOM FOR THE DAILY STAFF. I have stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. My friends and I lived in a 3-bed-room. The room was great. It was pretty clean. The hotel staff were very nice. The location may not be the most convenient one but there is a subway nearby. So, the location is not a big problem especially if you have a subway pass.

I love staying at this place, it makes you feel that you're staying at home. The place is spacious, clean and has everything that you need like a home should - from coin laundry, microwave, mid size refrigerator & kitchen wares, perfect if you're travelling in groups. Weekly Mansion is probrably the cheapest & spacious hotel you can get. It's definately your choice if you are travel in a group or with family. The hotel is around 8 minute walking distance to the nearest subway station and the front desk only work from 8am-8pm but considering the price you are paying, it's still a very great value hotel.

Location, price, arrangement........are good, but the name seems easy to forget!

Nice small hotel that caters to foreigners. About a 5 min walk from Tanimachi 4-Chome Subway Station that connects to JR Rail. In a very nice and safe area with a lot of convenience stores and restaurants. Very small bathroom, but nice size room overall with a simple interior. Great economic price for ones looking to save a little.

the apartment suits family trip, we got cooking facilities, a living room and 3 individual bedrooms insided.

A great place for family who wants an apartment style of stay (esp. for longer stay). You can cook in the apartment and there are many convenient stores & restaurants nearby. Coin laundry is also available. Train station is not far (about 5min walk).

Big and spacious room with a mini kitchen. You can make your own meals in the room after buying some ingredients from the nearby convenient stores. It is also about 5 to 10mins walk to Tanimachi Yon Chome Station. During the night it is also very quiet so that sound sleepers can sleep in peace :)

The whole place smelled of smoke, the 2 internet kiosks were out, there were no instructions on how to turn on the hot water - and no available staff after 10p- so no way to solve the problem. And no house-cleaning- except for an additional fee. It's worth the extra $5 to stay someplace better!

If you want a cheap no-frills, foreigner friendly hotel in Osaka this is the one. The Weekly Mansions in Japan are literally rentable apartments. If you're travelling in a group, you can fit lots of people in these and the price is fixed. It has a full kitchen, huge balcony, and feels Japanese. I think that some Japanese people actually live at these places because the price is good enough.

Since living in Japan is expansive, the weekly mansion in Osaka is a good choice for those think hotels are expansive. The weekly mansion is definitely not a hotel so it will give u room service unless u told the m the day before. Overall it is comfort to stay
