Free wifi was important to me as I was in town for a funeral but needed to be able to work. This was the cheapest hotel in the area that had free wifi.... The front desk personnel would friendly, though the one that had the "night shift" had her boyfriend or something there and I had to wait several minutes for her to return and then felt a bit awkward to talk to her since she was too concerned about him. The other front desk reps I had interactions with for more than professional and friendly. They even knew my name! The doors to the hotel were suppose to be secure meaning you had to use the keycard to get into the hotel -- none of those were functional, which I guess it okay, I didn't feel like we were in a bad neighborhood and it was less of a hassle to use a keycard at different hotel entry points. I would recommend that the exterior doors be "upgraded a bit" the hotel was nice and the heat worked TOO well. We had the heat on 65 and were sweating. It's of no complaint though, just observation.
