This was our first night in France to attend the Sarlat Truffe Festival and visit Carcassonne. We usually drive on out of town our first night in France, but our flight got in later and thought we should rest a little before journeying on. Smart move as it snowed that night. Our room was spacious and Internet service was reliable without interruptions, and the bar and restaurant were excellent. Arrived late (after midnight) so no shuttle bus was only issue, but walked for 10mins to get to hotel. Room looked a bit dated in terms of decor, but was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Great hotel to just do what you want and sleep!

A disappointment at best. This is a classic case of the pictures showing only one side of what should have been a very pleasant last night in France. Instead, we ended up in a room that smelled of smoke (despite being on a non-smoking floor), with cigarette burns in the furniture and windowsill - the solution offered was a spritz of menthol to cover […] the smell. The carpet was stretched and wrinkled, with a significant stain in the entryway. The chairs had stains in the upholstery. The shower (at least it was a stand-up shower) had missing grout around many of the tiles, and a fair amount of mildew. Despite the description stating that a scale would be in the room - useful at an airport hotel - there was no scale available when asked, except maybe access to one in the kitchen (we didn't wait the 20 minutes it would have taken to figure that one out). The workout room and pool were nice, as was the reception area. Parking access was easy and convenient, and access to the airport the next morning was fortunately quite easy. The staff spoke excellent English - better than my French - but for a 4-star hotel I expect a level of quality that we just didn't find. Подробнее

Very pleased. Was comfy and they provided a good cot for our toddler. Breakfast was ok and included in the price unlike some of the other nearby hotels

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport since we had an early morning flight and the fact that it had a dining room and shuttle service. We found out after dropping our car off that the shuttle only began running at 7 AM. It cost 20 euro to go by taxi to the terminal - about 1 mile away. The dining room was closed on Friday night […] (not enough business) so there was a very limited menu in the lounge and inadequate service. We were stuck at the hotel since there is no place to eat that is walkable. I read the description and the reviews thinking this hotel sounded nice. I only forgot one thing.....this is France. This hotel might be on par with a Hampton Inn or slightly less. A 4-star hotel it is not. Contradictory to the hotel description, this hotel is NOT adjoining to the airport. You have to get the shuttle or a taxi. Had to book here in a […] pinch and won’t be back. not the cheapest option but so close to airport, good free shuttle service, and rooms spacious. indoor pool decent for a splash. food was expensive but very good. well worth staying here if, as us, you have an early flight next day. we left our room 1.5 hrs before flight took off, and were at the departure gate with 1 hr to spare! would return.

Convenient to airport and friendly people....even at 4:00 AM. Dinner a little overpriced, but good food, artistically presented. Can't really comment on neighborhood....just drove through in a taxi and didn't leave the hotel.

Hotel very clean with friendly helpful staff, good locatioin near Toulouse Airport, which suited our itinerary and car hire etc. Breakfast was lovely and a wide choice, lovely spacious outside terrace too.

We had a 6 am flight so we needed to drop the car off the day before. The hotel is so close to the airport we were able to walk the 1K back from the airport after dropping off the car. I can't fault the hotel other than with regard to one point. I had an early morning flight from Toulouse Airport (7.10am) and made my reservation at this hotel based on its proximity to the airport and its free shuttle service which, according to hotel information, commenced at 5.30am. During my stay, I requested the free transfer but was told that […] the times had been changed and it now actually began at 6.30am which was too late for my flight. Having said that, the reception staff were very polite and helpful and ordered a taxi for me. However, as a result of their change in service (without informing me in advance), I incurred the additional expense of a 15 euro taxi fee. I should mention that I had made use of the free shuttle the previous evening to take me from the airport to the hotel and it was very efficient. Apart from that one little hiccup, I had a great stay. The bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in - feather pillows and a feather under blanket made me feel like I was sleeping on air! Подробнее

I want to find an excuse to stay at the Toulouse Pullman again. For a reasonable online rate, you get luxury. The rooms and beds are large and very comfortable, American hotel style, with coffee and all amenities in room. Everything is accessible with easy elevators. The staff is super helpful and nice. We recently stayed at the Pullman Toulouse for the weekend and could not have been more pleased with our choice of hotels. Not only was the bed extremely comfortable, but the room was quiet and peaceful-exactly what we needed!

We landed late but the hotel still sent a car to collect us from the new terminal (NB - use door F to find the car). The service was superb. Rooms are adequate for an airport hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Highly recommended for an airport hotel.

My husband and I just got back from a 9 day trip to France. Our last day was spent in Toulouse and I booked the Pullman due to it's proximity to the airport and a very early flight to Paris. The room was large, tastfull and very clean. The plane noise was not too bad. We had a light supper and the food was fab! We didn't have breakfast, too expensive. This is a great airport hotel for a convention or a one night stay. The quality of the service was superb. The only downfall is the restaurant is closed on Friday nights and there isn't much available around this hotel.

Unser Zimmer war eher klein, zudem roch es nach Rauch, obwohl es ein Nichtraucher-Zimmer war. Das Hotel war nicht schlecht, jedoch für den gebotenen Service, die Lage, den Ausbaustandard und die Sauberkeit verhältnismässig zu teuer.

Malgré un travail des femmes de ménage impécable l’hôtel n'est pas entretenu (joints de salles de bains salles, décorations d'avant guerre, et moquette usée à mourir). La literie est complètement morte et l'isolation avec les voisins inexistante... A EVITER

Hôtel avec des très bonnes prestations. Par contre sa localisation n'est pas terrible pour un séjour à Toulouse. Il est proche de l'aéroport avec donc un cadre géographique limité.

Les équipements de la salle de fitness et du sauna ne fonctionnent pas correctement (tapis roulant, sauna femme, douche hommes, ...). De plus le petit déjeuner pour une famille de 4 personnes est trop onéreux (100 euros).
