Отель просто шикарный. Если думаете, где остановиться в Милане, бронируйте этот отель не раздумывая. Все на высшем уровне: сервис, завтрак, удобство расположения и так далее. В номерах тихо и чисто. Чувствуешь себя комфортно. Завтрак - лучшего и желать не приходится! мы остались всем довольны!

Всё хорошо. Даже чаевые, оставленные на столе не взяли.

Очень чистый и уютный отель с чутким персоналом. Функциональная ванная комната, есть биде. Большая удобная кровать. Разнообразный и вкусный завтрак. Красивая посуда. В номере, кроме минибара, есть все необходимое для чая и кофе.

Отличный отель с очень удобным месторасположением и за адекватную стоимость! Замечательный завтрак. Бесплатный интернет по Wi-Fi , бесплатный минибар, чай, кофе в номере,!!! Единственный небольшой минус это то, что второй корпус отеля находится через дорогу от главного, и на завтрак приходится идти через улицу. Но это несущественные мелочи.

Остановились в отеле уже второй раз, но в первый раз впечатления былы лиучше. Сейчас шел ремонт на средних этажах, соответственно немного шумно по утрам. И неприятно поразила теснота в ванной комнате - уж очень маленький санузел. А так - все очень хорошо, чисто, приятно, дружелюбно. очень вкусные и обильные завтраки, приятные комплименты- пирожные от […] горничных и т.д.. Гостиница около жд вокзала и метро - очень удобно. Есть вокруг супермаркеты, и даже магазин континентальных продуктов - держат китайцы, покупатели в основном афро европейцы. Треш еще тот. Но сувениры у них намного дешевле, и можно купить, например сушеные креветки из Китая. Сама гостиница очень понравилась. Завтраки (ну очень большой выбор, даже можно […] выжать морковный сок), обслуживание, расположение, номера, удобства, Интернет (и проводной и WiFi), все очень понравилось. Недалеко до торговой улицы Буэнос Айрес, и трамвай №1 рядом (7 остановок до Ла Скалы - стоит на нем проехать). Да забыл, чайный уголок - в любое время можно попить чай и кофе в фойе и бесплатные напитки в баре номера, который пополняется каждый день. Если еще раз будем в Милане, то наверно только там. Очень сильно сэкономили (более 30 %) когда оплатили весь номер сразу через данный сайт, хотя делали здесь первый раз и были определенные сомнения (непонятно было - входит в стоимость Интернет или нет, страхи оказались напрасными - все было включено). Очень приятный отель. Доброжелательный персонал, чисто, уютно, хорошие вкусные завтраки. Хорошо расположен, не в историческом центре, но это абсолютно не напрягает. Все вполне соответствует описаниям на портале.

С момента, когда я вошел в отель Bernе, я был приятно удивлен обслуживанием, которое я получил там. Отель очень удобно расположен, близко к центральной железнодорожной станции, окружен несколькими "комнатами массажа". Метро едет далеко от El Duomo и стоит только одно евро. Превосходное обслуживание, красивая современная комната и невероятно вкусный завтрак. Остановлюсь снова в этом отеле, если будет возможность.

Мы остановились в этом отеле только на одну ночь, прежде чем вылететь из Malpenza на следующий день, но были бы счастливы задержаться подольше. Местоположение отеля было отличным: одновременно и около станции и в то же время на расстоянии небольшой прогулки до центра Милана. We stayed at the hotel berna for 3 nights n thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean n quiet (even though we r along a street). Breakfast spread was excellent n service was just commendable. Very helpful n attentive to our needs! Highly recommend this place to stay in Milan!

very easy to get to from the Milano Centrale station on foot. Also close to the trollies which make easy to get around town. Great breakfast buffet. And the largest shower I saw in Italy.

We only stayed at Hotel Berna for two nights, but we enjoyed the experience. The staff speak excellent English and went out of their way to be helpful and make our stay enjoyable. We stayed in the hotel for 1 night. The service and friendliness of the check-in staff is fantastic. He made us feel very welcome. We are also very surprised that we are able to customise the room to our needs such as having the type of pillow, towels and drinks etc, We were also delighted that the hotel provides fast speed internet as well as compilmentary […] drinks. The buffet breakfast is a sumptuous spread. I specially love the hot chocolate which is thick and delicious! We were given a room on 2nd level beside the lift. Home from home lovely friendly happy staff. Breakfast to die for :) 5 minutes walk to the train station and 2 minutes to the subway. A jewel in Milan

This hotel is highly recommened. Close to train station and many restaurants. Frienly staff and great breakfast. I needed an iron and they instantly brought one up to the room. Small refrigator with drinks and snacks at no extra charge. Great hotel would stay again.

Room appearance & service is good but the location of the hotel is poor. The good thing about it is it's close to all public transportation.

Hotel Berna is conveniently located near Milan train station and a metro station. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. A super market is also within walking distance. We stayed in the building across the street from the lobby. The security seems really tight (with an airlock-type, two layered security door). One of the best surprises is that the content in the mini-fridge in the room is complimentary. I wish more hotels would do this. The service is responsive. Hotel service is excellent . Location is good, easy access to anywhere. Breakfast is great. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We definitely will choose to stay here in our next shopping trip.

The staff were very kind. The room was not fancy but nice and sufficiently pleasant to stay. The breakfast was very good. The room has some defect (the shower head was broken) but did not bother me seriously. The price was a bit high but it's in Milan.

Very good hotel. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Hotel is located roughly 5 mins walk from the main train station. The hotel is in a nice area, considering most main train stations aren't the best areas to be based near. Very child friendly, clean, and the staff were the best I've had dealings with. Very easy access for airport shuttle bus and metro station. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is fab - wide variey of food available - even a juicer.

Great Hotel with excellent service. We booked a double room and were very happy with the standard. Flat screen tv, Free soft drinks in the mini bar and a large bathroom with bath and shower - very clean. The only downside was the hot water wasn't very hot in the morning time. Service and facilities are brilliant. Location is close to train, restaurants. Staff were very helpful with booking meals etc and all spoke great English. Breakfast is to die for!

A perfect hotel, no matter for the room conditions, services, location, etc. If for super picky person, I would only say the breakfast is very good, but can add some more hot dishes.

We stayed at this beautifully appointed hotel for two nights. The survey that you complete before going to this hotel is a nice touch. I have never seen so much good quality food/drinks on a buffet. This group even packed us a breakfast so we could make a 7 am train to Venice. A word of warning though. It is a piece of fruit, basically crackers, water, jams, nutella and cookie type stuff that is prepackaged. You will not receive pastries or anything off their breakfast buffet and of course we lost a great breakfast (and paid a good bit for it) by leaving before the buffet opened but that was our choice. The croissants/cookies and coffee/tea placed during the day was wonderful. It is also a 5 minute walk from the train station which for me was a bonus, not to mention a to die for pizza/Italian place down the street. My son was in heaven and ate there with my husband twice. I would stay there in a heartbeat if we ever go back to Milan. One thing I would like to mention for soccer fans: for 20 Euro there is a stadium tour where AC Milan and InterMilan play. Going into the locker room, going on the field and visiting their museum was the highlight of my son's trip. There are also 20 Euro shopping tours that go outside the city to the outlets for the day but don't return until 6 pm. We could not have been more pleased with the service and attention. My wife forgot her cell phone in the room and did not discover this until we returned to USA 3 weeks later; Hotel had to phone and mailed it to us. That's the kind of personal attention they gave.

The Berna is ideally located on the Metro a few stops from everything. Room was good except perhaps for the smallish shower. The staff was wonderful:helpful and very friendly. Great bar with evening snacks, adequate for a light dinner after a normal (i.e., big) Italian lunch.

The hotel is near the central station of Milano. Opposite to the hotel is a nice restaurant which operates until 2 am. There are free drinks in the room and the breakfast is great. However, the shower space is so small that you can hardly turn around.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Berna. It is very well located, in the nice area close to the train central station and half a block from a subway station. The staff is really helpful and make your experience even better. We would definitely stay there again.
