Impiana KLCC Hotel - Куала Лумпур

Останавливались в Impiana на неделю, отель превосходный, все в шаговой доступности - и ТЦ, и башни.Бронировали простой Делюкс, поселили в клубный номер на высоком этаже с потрясающим видом на башни. Персонал на уровне, завтраки хорошие, всегда есть из чего выбрать, в общем рекомендую!

Отель очень понравился. Возле отеля есть переход,по которому можно дойти до основной достопримечательности - Башни Петронас. Не понравилось только то, что из окна (а мы жили на 11 этаже) совершенно не видно города,одни небоскребы. Хороший бассейн с видом на башни-близнецы. Очень понравился завтрак, достаточно разнообразный, есть как европейский,так […] и азиатской кухни, все очень вкусно. На 15 этаже есть бар, опять же с видом на башни. Great hotel! I didn't expect it to be that good. Very clean, just walking distance from Twin Tower, and very good service. Free buffet breakfast at Tonka Bean was great, they have a lot of different cuisines to choose from. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful specially Alex one of the their Pinoy staff who willingly offered us help in arranging […] a cheap taxi to the airport, though train and bus is way cheaper if you are really on a budget and you can still afford a little walk to the station. The only thing I was not satisfied, is their wifi connection. It's quite slow and signal is very weak. Even in Tonka Bean, I wasn't able to connect but I didn't bother to ask them so I'm not sure if this can be fixed or not. For the record they also have wired connection for netbooks (haven't tried). We stayed at the Impiana Hotel for 2 nights. The reception staff were fantastic and upgraded us on our first night. The location is terrific - an air conditioned walkway takes you to the centre of bukit bintang and KLCC within 5 minutes. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, the rooms were spacious and modern. For a start the hotel itself is very well presented. Breakfast has a very wide and tasty combination of local and continental breakfasts. I stayed in Impiana for 2 nights. I booked for deluxe room, however, they upgraded my room since it was available. Staffs were so friendly and they clearly guiding. Room was clean and very comfort and services were too good. Over all I am happy with Impiana

The Impiana KLCC hotel is as good a value as any hotel I've stayed in as a business traveler. The location is outstanding, 5 minutes walk to the Petronas Twin Towers. The negatives are trivial but could be fixed. The breakfast buffet featured watery eggs, the wifi could be quicker, and the drinks at the hotel bars are too expensive. Would I stay there […] again? I made the reservation 3 days prior my departure. I'm very satisfied with the hotel . The location is very close to twin towers and also shopping malls. Price is also reasonable. Overall I am happy with my stay.

Could not fault this hotel. We had a great stay. So near to the shops and everything you need. Food at the hotel was amazing and the music with it was great. Would definitely stay there again!

It's a good hotel close to KLCC, Pavilion and Bukit Bintang, and now they have to +15 walkway linking them it's great. Breakfast is varied with European, Asian or Oriental choices. But beware of the busboys calling you a taxi and charging 120RM to go to the airport it should be around 90RM.

It is extremely well located and reasonable for where it is located. All shopping malls as well as the markets are walkable distance through the air conditioned walkway. The infinity pool is really great with view of the Petronas. The reception area could be perked up a bit. Overall worth the money we paid. Don't forget to visit the bar on the 15th […] floor. The food in the restaurant was great too with a very friendly chef. Don't forget to check your booking with the hotel to make sure you get adjoining rooms if you are traveling with teenage kids or in a group. They has not booked our rooms on the same floor even though we made the bookings 4 months ago via Expedia. I had a wonderful time in Impiana the room was clean with a nice view of the twin towers specialy if the floor is high and if you are staying in the new wing, Good friendly staff, reasonable breakfast buffet, small but nice swimming pool and a nice pedestrian from 3rd floor to connect you with Convention Center Suria KLCC and Pavilion Mall

We experienced a very quick check in which was nice as we got off a long plane ride. We went out straight away, however upon closer inspection when we got back late that night, we found the bathroom not to have been cleaned properly, which is a bit disappointing. The room had older upholstery on the furniture which is a bit dated. The plug for the shower […] was broken so we could not use the hand held shower head. We asked to change our rooms which the hotel did for us very quickly. The second room wasn't that much better as the bathroom was not clean enough for a supposedly 4 or 4.5 star hotel. There was hair left on the hand basin, which we suspect was a quick clean. The upholstery was refreshed in this room. We asked for a room with the view of the Petronas Towers, however the hotel informed that due to our room being booked under Expedia, this was not possible. Originally we were going to stay at Traders hotel, but it was just too overpriced. So we opted for the Impiana and we are so happy that we did. We stayed in a deluxe room for 4 nights. It's a lovely and spacious room and we had a nice view of klcc. There is an enclosed walkway that connects the hotel to the klcc and bukit butang, so it very convenient […] and pleasant to sight see. The staff are worth a 4.7; that's only because I find it hard to give anyone a perfect 5 out of 5. The only lack is in their understanding of some little things - confusion caused by language differences but otherwise warm natured, thoughtful, wonderful & very helpful!
