Отличный отель, прекрасное отношение персонала. Очень хочется вернуться сюда снова.

Все больше, чем мы ожидали. Местоположение, цена, персонал, завтрак, и все фантастическое. Хотим остановиться в этом отеле снова!

Отель не очень далеко, пешком от станции около 15 минут, и прямо рядом центр города, около 5 кварталов. Персонал отличается в диапазоне от очень полезных до выглядящих подавленными и обеспокоенными по любому мелкому поводу. Комната была маленькая и простая, но милая.

Превосходное местоположение, прямо между Старым городом и Еврейским кварталом, и всего 10 минут пешком до главного вокзала. Можно везде ходить пешком, нет необходимости ездить автобусом или трамваем. Персонал приятный и полезный. Завтрак шведский стол обильный и свежий. Это по-настоящему превосходный отель! Вернусь по зову сердца.

отличное местоположение относительно всего, безопасно, очень чисто. Персонал на стойке, особенно 2 девушки, Оля и Каролина, выдающиеся и добавляют очков отелю. Комната слишком маленькая для двух человек, ванная впрочем почти адекватная, более новая и просторная, с примерно 5 полками, чтобы разместить личные гигиенические принадлежности, например, косметику. […] Только 2 полотенца для каждого, нет губки для мытья посуды, кофейника, фен старого поколения с минимальным потреблением мощности. Кровати очень удобные, хотя уже и меньше, чем двуспальная, и можно открыть дверь на балкон. Завтрак был неорганизованный, только один человек обновлял стол, и еда стала надоедать после 3 дней, каждый день один и тот же выбор, и время от времени яйца и гренки были холодные. Персонал просто отличный, очень полезный!! В ресторане подают отличную еду, не обычную кухню, которую вы можете ожидать от отеля. Многие блюда в стиле домашней польской кухни и стоят дешевле, чем во многих других ресторанах в окрестности. Комнаты слегка маловаты и паркинг по вызову, но за исключением этого, хорошее место для пребывания.

Краков чарующий, и отель Wielopole прекрасный выбор отселя, находится в центре жизни, прекрасный персонал и прквосходный шведский стол на завтрак.

Если вы ищете 5-звездную роскошь, бронируйте отель 5 звезд. Отель Wielopole чистый, удобный маленький отель всего в нескольких шагах от главной площади. Я забронировал одну ночь в Wielopole, поскольку прибыл на день раньше остальных участников моей компании ( мы сняли квартиру, для ясности относительно нашего пребывания). По прибытии я был очень приветливо […] и участливо принят на стойке регистрации. Узнав, что это мой первый визит в Краков, мне дали обзорное представление о городе и снабдили множеством действительно полезных путеводителей, карт, схем и т.д. (Если вы собираетесь в Краков, настоятельно рекомендую путеводитель под названием "Краков в вашем кармане", обычно стоит 5 фунтов, но в отеле Wielopole бесплатно). Когда я пришел в мою комнату, она была чистая и комфортабельная - место, где можно прилечь после целого дня впечатлений от осмотра. И поскольку температура достигала 30 градусов, кондиционер был спасением свыше. В общем, это хороший маленький отель 3 звезды, в котором, если мне доведется снова быть в кракове, я непременно остановлюсь. Подробнее

We stayed at this hotel in February 2012 for 2 nights. Our rating is based on the fact that the hotel has just been refurbished in the last month and we had a superior room, which was very quiet at the back of the hotel. Booked this hotel at a very good rate and didn't really know what to expect. Well my hubby and I were both extremely happy with everything, the location, the staff, the breakfast, the cleanliness and comfort of the room. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Excellent value for money.

Hotel smelled like smoke in non smoking rooms. I was kept up all night by noise outside. If you wanna sleep stay somewhere else. Breakfast was.alright. compared to other hotels in Europe its good, but by American standards its terrible.

The hotel was well situated only 10 minute walk from train station. The staff were very friendly and the room was furnished to a very high standard. Would recommend

We stayed here for 5 nights. We got stuck into this place because it was past the cancellation period. The hotel itself was mediocre and the reception was good. But the food got both me and my wife sick the first two days. So if you eat here stick to the bread. There was constant smoke in the hallway, even though our room was non smoking. To top off our entire stay, the house keeping stole 300 us dollars from my money belt! Unbelievable! Talked with the manger who could only offer to review security tapes. Great hotel, helpful staff, would stay again

Fantastic hotel - centrally located, friendly staff, good quality breakfast, comfortable, clean and contemporary rooms.

We stayed here for four nights and would recommend the hotel for a city break. Our room was quite small but comfortable and very clean. The main complaint with the room was that the tea/coffee sachets were not replaced at any time. The air conditioning was not very efficient which could be a problem in the summer months when it might be necessary to […] open the window, with resulting problems of noise from the street. The main plus for this hotel was its location - only 3 minutes from the main square. Krakow is a great city to explore with all the main sights within easy walking distance. excellent little hotel superbly positioned just outside the centre approx 5 mins walk into the old town square and a couple of very good little bars on the way should you not be able to manage the walk without a drink! Very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very conviently located for visiting all the places of interest. Hotel restaurant and bar were being renovated during our stay but we were not disturbed by any noise whatsoever. The single room was basic but very clean and comfortable bed. Only complaint being the view from the window was to the back of flats so couldn't see how the weather was in the morning. This hotel was very central and perfect distance to walk to either the old town or the Jewish quarter where there were heaps of great places to eat and drink. staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel breakfast was pretty good, pancakes were a highlight. Everything about this hotel highlights why it has such great reviews. The reception staff are friendly and kind. We arrived very early in the morning and they sorted our room quickly so we could get in and shower etc before heading out for the day. The small size adds to the atmosphere and personal service!

This hotel is close to the town centre - 5 minutes' walk. Ideal location for visiting Krakow's sites of interest and restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Having been to Krakow 3 previous times, we initially chose the hotel for its location. We loved everything about our stay, - comfort, cleanliness, the breakfast buffet offered from 7 to 11. In addtion to all the amenities, the staff must be complimented for their efficiency, helpfulness, and genuine kindness.

One of the better hotels in Europe for us. Great location, quiet, modern, with helpful staff. Exceeded our expectations.

Staff very helpful, and happy to advise on what to do and the various options (e.g. DIY or use tour guide) . Location very good. Restaurant and bar very good value for dinner and breakfast. Security on the hotel is also good with reception manned 24 hours. Only downside is that the single beds are a bit narrow but the rooms are a decent size.

hotel wielopole was very central to all there is to do in Krakow it is near the rail station and has a great number of trams and buses.The staff were very helpfull and very friendly the rooms and the rest of the hotel was very clean.The restaurant was good and very good value for money.

Var i en gruppe på 3 par som "konkurrerte" i å finne noe negativt på hotellet. Ingen vant, da vi ikke fant noe å utsette. Kommer til å velge samme hotell ved neste besøk!

Vi var fire personer på tur, og har absolutt ingenting å klage på! Blide og imøtekommende personale, som til og med kunne fortelle om de andre i reisefølget var kommet tilbake eller ned. Altså våkne og service-innstilt. Ikke minibar på rommet, men hva skal man vel med det???? Frokosten var veldig bra, buffet med noe for enhver smak.

Très proche du centre, à 3 mn à pieds, hôtel tout neuf, personnel accueillant...A recommander !
